Tops Pizza in Slough

This place can be quite inconsistent—no two pizzas are ever the same! While some visits are great, others can be disappointing. It's a bit of a gamble each time. I might just stay away from now

Awful customer service, suprised you can turn an oven on to be honest….. nothing like other locations, I’m sure this is the let down branch

This is the only pizza place I ever get pizza from as it's the only one I really like. Really nice pizzas and the delivery time is so fast after ordering. Also ordered in store before and had really good service plus the older guy there is friendly

Given the high prices, I had high expectations for my takeaway pizza. Sadly, the pizza dough was poor quality and the crust was very doughy. The toppings were generous, but the quality of the dough unfortunately ruined the pizza for me. It was marginally better the next day when I put it in the oven for a few minutes to reheat/cook a bit more. Tops threw in some free cheesy garlic bread (normally £5.99) which was a nice surprise. However, I would have been furious if I had paid for this as it was 4 pieces of supermarket garlic bread with cheese on. The food was delivered quickly and still hot. Sadly, I will not be returning.

completely wrong order. I asked for a meat feast, and you sent me a chicken bbq pizza. you have never screwed up my order before. not impressed!

Very happy with this branch, still use foil for menu sides which keeps things fresh. Pizza itself was crispier and good amount of cheese compared to the hounslow branch. Manager seemed to genuinely care about quality too

The overcooked, burnt, and soggy from insure pizza received negative feedback, exacerbated by the defensive attitude of the store manager.

I used to live in Slough and love Tops Pizza’s pizzas, they are so tasty, have plenty of toppings and are always delivered piping hot. They are perfect! Where I live now there are no Tops Pizza branches (please open one in Bury St Edmunds) so whenever I visit friends in Slough I always get a Tops supersize Pizza to enjoy and then bring the rest 100 miles home with me.

Thats shop should be halal we use to have top pizza in southall and Hounslow they are halal top pizza is best but unfortunately slough shop is not halal

Delivery super fast, pizza hot. Unfortunately pizza's had no tomato sauce at all , no any taste at all. I had 2 different pizzas . Disappointed and won't order again.

Highly recommended pizza place in Slough. Very quick and efficient service with lots of tasty pizza options and could see the place was busy with delivery orders as well. Staff seemed friendly and welcoming.

Really bad customer service by Robert who is in charge of taking orders on the phone as he is really really rude to customers. I really recommend the owner to take a move on this as the pizza quality is good but what Robert is doing is harming the business and i no wonder why the rating is 3.5.

Really great pizzas, I was in the area and excluded the online option and directly raised the order at the shop for a later delivery for kids party, the guys provide amazing service, fresh pizzas delivered on time, pizzas were good in size and very tasty, definitely recommended.

I used to get pizza from here all the time Well today was my last day..because i saw the guys who were making pizzas were not wearing gloves They were mixing hands in chicken and veg at the same time Clearly against health and safety

When you send 2 pizzas . Make sure they are made at the same time . 1 was fresh, and the other one was the second time in owen . People aren't as stupid as you may think ... and what's with the bbq wings? They were for different purposes? Did you just dump the bbq sauce on top, and they become bbq wings? Thanks for being open today, but I'll definitely avoid your pizza shop. No good...

Driver turned up and left my food on my bin in the rain without contacting me. Complained to just eat but 5 emails they haven't replied. Normally great food but as boxes was drenched me and my family had to chuck it away!!!!

For some reason there was no tomato sauce on the base of any of the pizzas. Tasted awful

I stopped buying from here about 5 years ago because problems with three consecutive orders and some poor customer service. I went in recently and noticed none of the previous staff were in. I spoke with a polite young man, he was polite, friendly and quite happy to talk. The pizza was made effortlessly and quick and ready in about 10 minutes. I think based on my recent experience with staff and how nice the pizza was I will definitely be returning for more

pizza had chorizo, and i don't eat chorizo! you had to click on "see more" to see chorizo is actually on the pizza. Why would you put the most important thing at the last? why there is no allergy information about the pizza?! Won't be ordering again, already reported to trading standards.

Pizzas were tiny for their price and we didn't personally like them. The toppings weren't distributed well; if you looked at it, you'd guess we ordered a black olive pizza with a black olive base and some extra black olives. But the delivery was really fast and the side was alright 👍.

I ordered a small German doner pizza tonight. It was a joke. Out of all of the slices only three had any meat on them and that was when I could find it. I will not be using Tops Pizza again and if you take my advice you should steer clear it’s a complete rip off.

The delivery was a good 15 minutes earlier than they had said. This was not an issue so I can forgive the fact they forgot my chilli flakes. Pizza was hot and tasty. Excellent service.

Ordered 1large &1 medium pizza..the medium 1 was not cooked fully & was more the size you would exspect a small one to be..the ham on the large pizza was very salty & completly inedible..Will not be buying from them again.

The pizza arrived barely warm and the drink was missing. Considering the pizza was a medium, it was so small. I don't know what sort of cheese was used but the topping stuck to your teeth, I've never experienced pizza like that before. Most of the wedges were undercooked, hard and dry. First and only time I'll ever have Tops Pizza.

This is my go too after a long day at work. Food arrived cold and 10 minutes late. They was no attention when packing the box as it came damaged and the Dip was placed in the centre of the pizza which was squashed and exploded all over. I may look for somewhere new. Not good.

This shop was really useful for me as they have gluten free pizzas at affordable rates. However, today the guy who was at the reception was very rude. I asked him for two chicken tikka pizza’s and told the toppings and when he was making I saw that he did not put chicken on one pizza I just told him to put chicken but then he started acting rude and said all the Asians are the same. I don’t even know what was my mistake here. Their customer service is really bad. I would never buy from here and he does not have the right to bring in my nationality into this scene.

Got the large /own choice topings pizza yesterday and served by a young lean gentleman wearing glasses ,The service was Top Class and the Pizza was extremely tasty ,Even though they were very pizza but they followed the instructions exactly how I wanted it and 10/10 for service/Taste /Cleanliness everything .Keep up the Good Work guys

My food all came cold except for the curly fries which didn’t come. It’s not good enough if like a refund because I spent 30 quid on it and it wasn’t even worth five

Amazing, best pizza out there. Places like Domino’s or Pizza hut or Papa Johns can’t even compare with Tops Pizza!! My favourite pizza place! Highly recommended!!

The delivery driver was extremely rude and left before the pizza was collected. He then came back to redeliver cold pizzas and was extermely rude at the reception and was shouting at the school staff. Highly disatisfied with the service and nothing was done to rectify this issue.

Pizza had no flavour and was soggy for a thin crust pizza.

Worst pizza shop in Slough, first order: pizza crust all burnt, second order: covered in excess tomato sauce, third order: never even arrived, despite several phone calls and messages to shop, no answer and no response, absolutely rubbish pizza shop, save your money and time and order elsewhere!

Really tasty good quality pizzas

Time and time again I have politely and quite plainly asked to be called on arrival instead of knocking and to receive NO DIP! Once again, they knocked on the door, not once, not twice but 3 times, waking up my child. THATS WHY I ASK TO BE CALLED ON THE NUMBER GIVEN! Yet again, garlic and herb dip came with the pizza inside the box and exploded (yet again!!!) ruining the pizza and making it inedible. I have in the past asked for a replacement which I have grateful received but enough is enough. Feed up with having to ask for a replacement each time. No more! Absolutely ridiculous service!!

Pizza was lovely as always, only one complaint this time and that’s I ordered pepperoni stuffed crust and got cheese stuffed crust. It was lovely as all ways and will still be going back to this pizza place even with the little mistake because let’s face it guys everyone makes little mistakes sometimes

One of my favourite pizza's until today. Ordered large peperoni cheese stuffed crust and alI can't explain how it tastes Especially the cheese stuffed crust, definitely not the tops pizza I knew.

The person that picks up the phone which is I guess some Polish fella is so rude and rushed your order everytime he never says thank you or anything like that zero respect towards loyal customer very poor customer service as pizza is very nice when they listen sometimes I ask for less bbq sauce but he does the opposite and its like be puts more very very rude should be fired the guy clearly doesn't like his job plus its funny how I walk past there to get to work and all they do is sit on their phones

today i ordered two vegetarian pizza from tops pizza shop slough farnham road and both they make worst pizza i never had before . From this type of pizza i got vomit because pizza not ready the base of pizza looks like gum and inside no taste its was like as grass . Like that it can make food poisoning.

Only received part of my order. Lost £5.99

Pizza was cold as if it was prepared long back. The box contained dip spilled but the dip provided was intact. Completely wasted and spoiled the dinner

Very disappointed with the order which was a simple medium margharita pizza. Took 1 hour 15 mins to get this delivered and half of it came without cheese on some of the slices! Pizza was also not warm let alone hot. Had to call to find out where it was as I couldn’t believe it would take this long. Have ordered before via uber eats so wonder if its just eat or tops at fault - either way won’t be doing it again.

Pizza was ok. BIGGEST LET DOWN WAS I ordered 3 Budweiser and was given stella. Paid £12 for something I couldn't drink as gives me headaches. So now got cans sitting in the fridge I wont be drinking. If somebody orders something and you dont have it you call them and give them another option. You dont just give what you choose. Not happy with restaurant service. But thanks to the driver for being professional. It's not ur fault.
