Great place for outside dining (when weather allows) and chilling out with family and friends. Menu covers the usual pub greats, and prices are affordable.

This is a confusing place now. Since the revamp the name has sort of changed but the old name still applies we are all confused. Is it Casparri's or Pianilo's at the moment its both. ??. The web confirms this as they both appear as separate businesses but at the same address. ?. The interior has changed and is of a high standard, a very comfortable atmosphere. Service is great. food is good. However this is now a pizza and pasta Italian restaurant which is now competing with budget restaurants at luxury prices. Unfortunately the Italian mains have now gone, no steak, no pork, no lamb, no fish, no specials board. Unfortunately I feel they will only appeal to a limited customer base with this new concept. I don't hold much hope for their future unless thing change. Sorry loved this place but very disappointed now.

Great location and really friendly staff.

I had a great experience at Subway in here! The night shift staff was incredibly kind and welcoming such a pleasure to be served by someone so friendly. The food was fresh, tasty, and exactly what you’d hope for. The place is clean, comfortable to dine in, and everything is reasonably priced. Highly recommended for a quick, quality meal with great service!

Pool table, sports, garden area with cheap drinks.

The garlic bread was overcooked, and the service was unacceptable; the main course took an hour and a half to arrive. This is completely unsatisfactory.

Rubbish ribs, dry and chewy,would not recommend to a dog or feed it to it. Would not get the food again

We were booked for Josie's 14th birthday in April 2023. What a LOVELY venue. Easy to find in the centre of Chertsey, access was really easy from the rear of the premises, helped by the lift (so really helpful for disabled users) The interior was clean with optimum facilities and hospitality equipment and all had a great time. We would so recommend this location to anyone looking to have their party and function in the Runnymede Area. 11 out of 10 for a wonderful experience

Scheduled order for 19:45 received it at 20:33. On calling the restaurant I was advised it had just left them. Called back 15mins later it was still with the restaurant. Misguided and been lied to

First time ordering from the Chertsey branch and I’m glad i did. The food was piping hot and the delivery was very fast. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
