Had Chole Bature and Masala tea. Food, and ambience was good. The girl who was managing the counter and serving was friendly. Overall highly recommend.

I have celiac disease and traveling abroad has always been a bit nerve wracking for me. Cristina and the rest of the crew were more than accommodating and very thorough to ensure I had a great meal! They checked the allergens and even cross-checked with the cooks. It was very much appreciated!

This is a confusing place now. Since the revamp the name has sort of changed but the old name still applies we are all confused. Is it Casparri's or Pianilo's at the moment its both. ??. The web confirms this as they both appear as separate businesses but at the same address. ?. The interior has changed and is of a high standard, a very comfortable atmosphere. Service is great. food is good. However this is now a pizza and pasta Italian restaurant which is now competing with budget restaurants at luxury prices. Unfortunately the Italian mains have now gone, no steak, no pork, no lamb, no fish, no specials board. Unfortunately I feel they will only appeal to a limited customer base with this new concept. I don't hold much hope for their future unless thing change. Sorry loved this place but very disappointed now.

Order via uber had a superb liver and bacon so we were looking forward to our order. Made order over £75 but ok we wanted it. Currently not available. Glad you can afford a loss of a £75 order. NEVER AGAIN!!!

We were booked for Josie's 14th birthday in April 2023. What a LOVELY venue. Easy to find in the centre of Chertsey, access was really easy from the rear of the premises, helped by the lift (so really helpful for disabled users) The interior was clean with optimum facilities and hospitality equipment and all had a great time. We would so recommend this location to anyone looking to have their party and function in the Runnymede Area. 11 out of 10 for a wonderful experience

Absolutely loved it. Had quarter pounder meal and it was amazingly flavourful. The service was top notch, specially by the person at till, he is really nice person. Overall great experience

Eaten here multiple times and always had great service and great food!
