preparing without gloves and same time touching rubbing ears pathetic...

Ordered twice from here. First time missing items from my salad. 2nd order hardly any tuna in the sub and tiny amount of salad. Won’t be ordering from here again.

No marinara sauce on my meatball marinara. how?

Avoid at all costs, ordered and cheese was added to my wifes veggie delite and she is vegan. Checked our order and it was not selected. Also a cookie was missing from our, I will never order from here again having had multiple issues in the past.

Only trouble was my tomatoes were missing 😔

Asked for toasted and turned up untoasted and cold

Ordered toasted oats and honey footlong and most of the sandwiche was hard? I don't if the bread was stale or it was in the oven too long but it wasn't up to standard..

SERIOUSLY 😧 LIKE HOW DO YOU EMPLOY SOMEONE WHO NOT ONLY DOESNT USE THE REQUIRED SANITARY BUT HOW DO YOU NOT COMPLY WITH THE CUSTOMER AND BE RUDE ABOUT IT (Asked for his name and he demanded and ushered me out of his little shop!) Food was nice but didn’t receive my drink or cookie and nachos didn’t have jalapeños. Food however came quick and hot

Fillings in all of the sandwiches ordered were so small, they are not worth the money you pay for them. Absolutely disgusting.

Restaurant was very looking new and quite inviting. The location is quite convenient since it’s close to the train station. Service was 10/10!

We ordered tuna sandwich and a turkey

Visited today for a foot long . The store was clean and tidy and the chap who made my roll was a pleasure to deal with . One of the best made subs I've had In a long time was . Would definitely recommend a visit to the Chertsey subway . 10/10

I was ask for double cheese but in my food there was not...

Hashbrowns were still frozen, bread was chewy and they missed 4 cookies off the order. I tried to call but they don't answer the phone

Almost 4 hours waiting for my food to be delivered and when the driver finally arrives it did arrived on the wrong address! Weldone just eat and subway

I am a regular going inside and have never had any issues. However I ordered a delivery this evening from Uber eats and what I received was shocking. The Natchos had hardly any cheese or sauce on and no jalopenos. Completely dry and tasteless. Also the salad had hardly no sauce on. The cheese was missing and the guacamole that I paid extra for was also missing. Salad was also dry and tasteless. Very disappointing and I will not be returning here again

Absolutely disgusted my food was orderd at half 7 in the morning to be delivered at 10:20 I will not be ordering again I want a refund I have emailed you and you have no responded if I don’t get a refund I will be taking further action

Ice cream was melted as in the same bag as the hot sandwich. Sandwich was soggy and barely toasted.

Store has been recently renovated - looks like it is under new ownership. They really care - excellent team working there - sub made with care, friendly staff all experienced on multiple recent visits.

Quite appalling service. We deliberately went to this restaurant as they stated 20 minute delivery time and it took 1hr20. They Put the delivery slot back by 20 mins 3 times. Don't false advertise if you can't deliver to the stated time

My food is stone cold. I ordered it at around half eight and have only just got it, restaurant was super unhelpful and received over two hours later.

I ate several times at this place. The staff is friendly and the food is good. One point that they need to improve on is staffing. Only one person prepares everything. Probably during lunch and dinner time they need add staff.

Despite ordering 9 extra items of cheese, salad and sauce my order arrived with just ham and turkey! After no help from the restaurant I had to drive to the restaurant to get a new and correct order! I will never order from here again!

Really very very unhappy that again they don’t send the crisps that were ordered.

The lunch I had today made me feel very nauseous. Also, the coffee machine was broken so I couldn’t get a coffee.. which is always annoying. A girl making the sandwich seemed very chaotic and unconfident in what she was doing.

Avoid completely. Below is what I left on subway customer support. Went in for breakfast ordered 12 inch mega melt young girl was working alone and quite flustered between deliveroo orders and serving customers. Long wait as she flitted between orders. When made my order image on screen shows egg on mega melt. When I pointed out there was no egg she did not understand so just gave up and accepted my order. When I sat down to eat it it was sausages were still frozen and sandwich cold in middle. I went back to till and complained left me for another customer she was unable to refund on to my card as did not know how. Then asked me for change so she could give me a cash refund. She apologised and said she was new. I asked to escalated to her manager as there is a complete lack of training here. And it is dangerous serving uncooked food. Please address this as a matter of urgency before some one gets ill. This is the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced. Really not happy at all.

Hardly no filling end of the sandwich had no tuna in at all. The bread was hardly toasted just warm and soggy. Never normally arrives like this. Disappointing!

Wrong items not just one or two mistakes almost whole of the order was wrong.

The food and the coffee is cold and the Indian woman is unfriendly

Awful customer service. I wish I could give them zero star. Missing order. Food prepared wrong, missing salad only Bread with tuna (seriously). Horrible customer service. For a start Language barrier as the assistants could not speak fluent English, had to tell me again and again that order was missing. Never order from here.

Everything is organised and well managed. The staff is amazing.

I ordered two kids meals and a foot long meal didn’t pack the yogo bears and drinks so my kids just had a sandwich and a cookie I paid for xtra £2 for the nachos and got a bag of Doritos I call and I got told the employee forgot to pack these things and could I come to subway even tho I ordered and was delivered half my stuff so now me and the kids have to go out in the rain to grab the rest of my order never ordering from subway there again il stick to the other takeouts 😂😂😂

Was an amazing experience with amazing staff in the past. But now absolutely horrendous with the new staff and owner. Bread over cooked so you toast they burn, very unorganised always running into each other.

Bread was very dry. Best thing about the meal was the cookie. Never going back!

Just ordered some food, food was missing from the order. I rang the store to be laughed at! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and we are very disappointed with the service that we received

The staff clearly doesn’t know what is doing. I go 10am at Subway they was open but not ready. The guy ask me what I want then told me that I’ve to wait because he is not ready with the products. I said:okay how long? 15 min he answered. Then he go back talk with someone and come to me and said that they are closed till 10:30.

Very poor attitude from the staff way too much trouble to make a sandwich this place needs staff that want to do a good job I wont go back to this subway

Just been into the Chertsey Subway and NEVER AGAIN!! The staff obviously didn’t want to be there and the service was shocking!! Completely messed my order up and then had the cheek to blame me!! Will never use Subway again!!

Waited 15 minutes just for a cookie and went to sit down, so I didn't have to stand up while I waited so long. Then I was approached by one of their various rude employees and forced out of the store.
