Fireaway Egham in Runnymede

Do not order the pasta! Absolutely appalled that I asked for carbonara pasta and was served the slop in the photos and charged £8.99! I politely said I think they may have served me macaroni cheese instead as there was no ham or bacon in the sauce. The last didn’t offer to change it or even add ham to the dish- instead she pulled out another freezer pasta trays meal and showed me that it doesn’t have ham in 🙈 The manager refused to change it and said that it has ham flavour not actual meat! I asked if I could change it to lasagne to which he said no. Just awful service and food - such a shame for what appears to look like a nice upbeat pizza place.

Honestly, the best, quickest and healthiest fire baked pizza you can get in Egham. Must try their Parmesan garlic chicken strips, cheesy garlic bread, honey chilli chicken strips and cannoli. Friendly staff, loads of options for desserts as well. Also must try their famous Nutella Pizza.

Ordered 2 Asian Fusion pizzas which have tandoori chicken on them, barely any chicken on them though, some slices had no chicken at all - see pics!

Great food but the service is unbelievably slow. Me and my friends don’t have time to order and eat without missing the first 5-10 minutes of our lesson because of the wait, however it would be worth it without the short lunch break we get.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I got to for this one. I was stuck on dominos when it comes to pizza. I am a very picky eater and I don’t like trying new things but I said to myself I will give fireaway pizza a go. I mostly go to the one in Egham near Staines and the staffs are amazing and friendly. The food if very nice and finally I found another pizza place to go to. Very please with the quality of the food and service and will sure keep coming back to try more items on the menu

This is now not my first time… My first time I came here, the food was brought out to me, so I didn’t get a parking ticket. Then I tried it and had eaten half of it because it was so delicious and had to go in and say how amazing it was. I had to resist the temptation to eat the whole lot and I was take it home! Really clean place, great service… Super pleasant and friendly and pizza First class!!!! I haven’t tried the rest of the food yet, but I am sure it will be of a great standard.

Awful service. The lady working at the till seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Any questions asked she said read the menu. Horrible and cold food - avoid! The wedges are awful and the chicken strips were reheated.

I didn't have a good experience here at fireaway. I took a pizza as eat in. Pizza was very flat I mean not thick, it was very skinny. Portion of pepperoni was good enough, but there wasn’t enough meat on that pizza. And last but not the least, taste wasn’t upto the mark. For all these reasons, I am rating it 2 out of 5. Hope, they notice these things, and improve their quality.

Saw the poster on the window, said 50% off all signature pizza, therefore I went inside and order. After I ordered 3 pizza, I i was told that it's £35.xx... so that I asked the cashier isn't 50% off? She told me only lunch time. I said OK. So I only ordered 1 pizza and 1 portion of chicken wings. My friend asked the manager (male), asked the poster didn't state that it's only lunchtime, he better put it on. That male manager answered everybody knows. I'm sorry, but clearly that we DID NOT know the 50% off ONLY FOR LUNCH TIME IF YOU DIDN'T STATE IT ON YOUR PROMOTION POSTER. I highly doubted this kind of business ethics...

It has been recently opened, so of course this place is well decorated and all the seating area is brand new to!Cleanliness wasn't an issue as the place was spotless 👌🏻costumer service was great no issues with that at all!the pizza itself is okay, i would say its average....we got one Napoli and one Roma!the Napoli was to salti, matter of fact was so salty that we threw away half of the pizza....Roma was great in fact, i wish we was ordering two of them😅👌🏻

Food was going a bit cold by the time it arrived. The driver couldn't find my house, even though I provided the coordinates. Apparently the drivers aren't given the delivery information. The pizza was ruined by the liberal application of dried herbs. Sad to say, I don't think I will try here again.

Lovely pizza, friendly staff, and great milkshakes !

Ordered just around midnight Saturday and the order arrived just before 0145! To then be sorely disappointed with the food which had clearly been reheated! We get fireaway Ipswich regularly and have never received such a disgusting order.

Best pizza place in egham. Highly recommended to all the pizza lovers nearby.

On top they want you to pay the garlic dip extra… first pizza shop that don’t give any dips.

Great pizzas and good choice of toppings. There’s special offer for lunch time half price on any signature pizzas. The staff members were awesome handling our group and we will definitely recommend this place..

Found what looks like nose hairs in the cannolli dessert. When we tried to show a worker, he said it was just cardboard and dug his finger into it, then tried to show us that there was no hair on his finger. He clearly squashed the hair even further inside (basically destroying evidence) and proceeded to ask us if we still wanted it or to bin it. For those wanting to order here just beware of hygiene and very rude customer service.

I wouldn't even give it one star 0 out of 10. Cold pizza even though it came in 35 minutes (pretty standard) my milkshake was warm and had lumps in it. Absolutely disgusting. Never ordering again

Ordered online via Deliveroo, easy and quick. I ordered Hawaiin with extra mozzarella and it was incredible - was fresh and arrived piping hot. Had a side of 6 chicken stripe which were also tasty a good addition. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Lovely BBQ wings, beautiful texture, succulent and juicy wings, cooked to perfection. I was given a lovely bottle of Arancia Rossa, went down well with the meal. The staff were very friendly and attentive, made me feel welcome, next time will try their pizza.

Had a Roma pizza tonight and it was spot on. Fully recommend Fireaway.

Kept calling to ask where the food was, they kept saying 15-20 mins. An hour and a half later, no food. The guy on the phone then tells me "oh we don't cover your area, thats why its late" LOL so wht accept the order? Terrible service and had to cancel the order. Won't be ordering again.

Meathead pizza is the speciality of the fireaway pizza as they said and it's true everyone should try it

Worst place I ever been. Staff is very rude. There is hairs in my pizza plus no hygiene picking noise and making pizza, when I spoke with manager he’s so rude as well.I won’t be going this place ever again Will definitely won’t recommend this place.

As a lover of pizza I had to give this a try and it will NOT be my last visit!! I had the meathead pizza, it was fresh, tasty, full of flavour and not a greasy bottom anywhere in sight, it was cooked in a proper pizza no oven, not a conveyor belt in sight! I had order of chicken strips too, again, oven cooked and not greasy, a flavour full mouthful with every bite. I'm so glad I gave this a try and will be back for more 😋

Was very impressed with my pizza delivery today . Fast service . Friendly driver . Pizza was full of flavour and not greasy and heavy with crust like other pizza places . I was verry impressed and looking forward to ordering again to try more .

Worst pizza in town, just picked up a couple in passing and thought we would try it, dry, poor ingredients, lifeless dough, just plain awful. so many good pizzas around town from italian concept, villa rosa, caspari etc dont waste your time! terrible!

Delicious freshly cooked pizza and the BEST chicken strips (with garlic and parmasan). Oh my goodness, if you eat meat you need to try the chicken strips. Lovely service and decently priced. We will be back 🤗
