Asked for duck wraps, got wraps. Called and they argued that duck wraps are plain wraps only. Been ordering here for many many years and now this. Horrible experience. Who orders duck wraps and expects plain wraps? Especially since we've ordered here so many times with the SAME ORDER.

This is our usual Chinese takeaway but had an uncomfortable experience so will swap to royal chef in west byfleet. We spent over £80 on food but this arrived with plain wraps and no duck etc. when I called about the missing duck & sauce, apparently you need to order “aromatic duck wrap” rather than “duck wrap” as apparently “duck wrap” refers to plain wraps. The staff member was quite blunt and as adding the duck would’ve been under the minimum delivery price so there was no solution available. We’d spent over £80 so didn’t notice the cost difference between the meals, a small difference on the meal but the poor customer experience has changed our view on what was our usual local.

Ordered on JustEat - Order accepted so I'm waiting for it to arrive. 30 minutes later the order is cancelled because there's no drivers? Would they not know that sooner? More like they didn't want to deliver a small order even though I paid the ridiculous delivery fee of £5 for just that!

We gave this takeaway a try yesterday. Ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken balls, Fried rice, Shredded chicken. Was pleasantly surprised - chicken was excellent & portions were really generous. Could have done with a bit more sauce. We enjoyed the meal. Still loads left over for today.

Omg !!! I don’t ever do reviews however since I’ve been to this Chinese since young I thought I would give a review. This is the best Chinese place I have ever been too extremely delicious and quick delivery . When we order lots of food sometimes the staff or owner (I think) delivers the food and is always greeting us with a smile 😊. They always make the food taste so good and it’s honestly feels like it’s made with love . The prices are slightly high however I do think it’s worth the money . I DO RECOMMEND 🤝🌸 Salt and pepper chicken to die for 💕 Good job everyone 😊your doing so well :)

I ordered for delivery, super fast and friendly, and the food was DELICIOUS.

I used to live opposit here nearly 30 years ago, moved back into the area 2 years ago, here they still are. I still love the food, deliveries are always early, whilst nothing in life is perfect, I am rearly dissapointed here.

By far the best Chinese in the area. The cuisine is always wonderful and of the highest quality. the food was hot and delivered quickly. They had these new sweet and sour mixed balls, and they were delicious!

Not a happy customer at all won’t be returning! The complaint is too long from the inedible food to the awful customer service £35 wasted.If I drove I would of returned the food says online order get 10% discount didn’t get any discount. I am disgusted!

Food arrived on time, hot Nd delicious. Embroidered to say that we have lived in the area for years and have always bought our takeaways from elsewhere and endured long delivery times, sub standard food. Oriental flavour have a new regular customer. Great work team, keep it up 👍🏻

Could do with serving the walk in trade first would be nice and 10 minutes isn't 30 minutes

Had a lovely dinner from here after our usual one was closed and we really fancied a Chinese meal. Had been put off before from seeing the ratings. However, the food was super tasty, reasonably priced, quick easy ordering and payment via web and didn’t wait long for delivery. Will definitely be trying more food from here one of the best I have tried for sure.

Food is excellent quick service and I really like the chicken chow main, will definitely be coming back here with my family!

Faster delivery than mentioned. Food was lovely, had the chicken in black bean, perfect portion size really flavoursome and filling. My son enjoyed the chicken balls which he never normally eats! Really nice batter and the sweet and sour sauce was nice. Other half had the chow main, perfect amount of spice he was sad he couldn't eat it all! Will certainly be ordering from them again and will have then as my go to Chinese takeaway!

Well that was the worst Chinese I have ever had. I would say that the oil needs to be changed and the sweet and sour chicken balls are the worst I have ever had. Hence the reason I have put them in the bin. Never again. 😔

Dearer and not as good as the other local Chinese takeaways. Do offer 10% discount for first time buyers but if you have an intolerance so want it without onion you pay full price. Try Dragon Wok in Ottershaw as their food is much nicer.

Easily the best Chinese I have had for years. I have tried many different things from the menu and I haven't been disappointed yet. Very friendly staff, good prices and big portions, I'm always very happy with my food from here.

Ordered from Oriental Flavour via JustEat. I am surprised by all the bad reviews of this place but it looks like they are from quite some time ago when they used to be Panda Express. Whether it was just a rebrand, or new management, new chef, people working there instead of pandas - whatever they have done seems to have vastly improved their offering vs those reviews from 8-12 months ago, and they're doing it right this time. Tried a fairly standard spread - Crispy Chilli Beef, Singapore noodles, pork fried rice, and beef szechuan. All really very good, very tasty and fresh. Even though it was delivery, the Crispy Chilli Beef arrive and it was actually Crispy - the way you'd expect it to arrive if you were eating in a restaurant, rather than the sort of mild-crunch mostly-chewy state that this dish arrives in from many places. Really pleased, will definitely be ordering again!

Omg just ordered from this place the food was disgusting the noodles were rubbery and tasted reheated the chips were hard and cold. the Service was appalling. They didn't care and was rude. They hung up on us when we were still complaining they blamed the signal but when I rang back they did not answer until I phone up again on a different number. Will never go here again.

Ordered from hungry house among many other options and have no regrets. I've tried all Chinese local to me and I won't be needing any others any more. Never had a better Chinese take away and the prices were good too. Panda Express, I thank you for existing. You'll definitely be hearing from me again soon

I spent £56 on food which was delivered to my door. Three of the dishes were not up to usual standard on this occasion. When I asked for a refund for the three dishes they said the driver would pick the food up and bring it back for the chef to analyse! I was about to go out and so couldn't wait in for him. They then told me that I could drop the food that I was unhappy with in to them!!! I couldn't believe how unreasonably they were treating me after the amount I had spent that evening and have been to them on a few occasions prior to this. I definitely think their customer service needs brushing up on and won't be giving them my business again.

DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! awful rude service first and second time both orders were charged and stuff was missing off order. that will be the last time we ever go there the lady was on her mobile the whole time while serving us and when giving her the money she didn't even say thank you ! she then got our order wrong and when i asked her to drop off the correct order she asked for my address which i gave to her three times and even then it got sent to a compleatly different road and they had to call back to ask for it again. It was ridiculas and i will never give them a penny again !

I have used this take away a few times now, they have a good choice for vegetarians and a good variety on their menu. The food has been consistent and not greasy. Always seems busy.

wouldn't even rate it one star 😂 I phoned up and said I was paying with a £50 note and to make sure the driver had enough change and they told me they didn't have enough time to hear me out and got really rude and said they were to busy to listen to what I had to say and cut me off !! I am not happy with the service they gave me at all!
