Friendly service, relaxed atmosphere and a great choice of extremely good and very fresh food. First time here and will definitely be back.

On my fourth time eating here, I am still always amazed by the rich quality of the food and the generosity of the service in this place. I've been craving this Venezuelan touch since my last visit, so I dropped in for lunch by myself and ordered an arepa Sifrina and some empanadas queso. I was welcomed by a lovely lady who encouraged me to try and order in Spanish. It felt very encouraging, like I was being invited to appreciate these delicacies and that I should try to order as a Venezuelan if I can (I can't, my Spanish is terrible, but I'm glad I tried). The arepa I ordered was perfect, always, cooked to perfection, with a delicious fresh taste in each bite. The empanadas were filled with a molten white cheese, complemented by a refreshing salsa quesocaca (coriander & avocado dip). Combining the crunchy and chewy texture of the empanada with the lush flavours of the salsa, it is a match made in heaven. It was the perfect amount of food and I left wholly satisfied.

Best cafe around. Don’t be fooled by Kye’s cafe being in a builders merchant that you’re going to receive a greasy horrible breakfast. All good ingredients and great service.

I didn’t even know this wonderful shop was here. They closed at 3 but I was desperate for a colouring gel and the lovely owner stayed open until 3.45 for me to get there. Amazing shop amazing owner. Thank you…you have gained a new customer in me and my friends 😊

Never had a problem with delivery, or the quality of the order. Even when I forgot to add my address to the order, they came through trumps. Fave fast food by a mile.

Amazing products and staff was so helpful and lovely even chucked in some CBD tea bags free of charge if your look for CBD this is the best place I have ever been to had amazing selections and product from vapes to flower even edibles might I also add the price was amazing

I have been a customer and took also potential customer there , which spent quite a lot of money on shopping. I feel the service it’s bad and the cleanliness leave a lot to desire . I have tried to understand as to why , the standards are going down and service is mediocre. Today I have experienced bad service to the point of rudeness. So I will not go back there .

Never again will I order… £22 for a cold pizza and chips , was offered another but had to collect…. If I order food I expect it piping hot!! The cheese was hard and so were the chips. I’ll wait for my refund. All takeaways are like this now because drivers take multiple deliveries at once !

I have been here quite a few times on my daily commute and whilst waiting for my order, saw the sticker to rate them on TA. I thought to myself ‘self, let’s rate them!’ I always order a bacon and egg roll for breakfast. I’m always asked if the roll should be buttered, any sauce and whether the egg is set or runny. These morning treats set me up for the day and it is difficult to find a better bap. These morning treats ladies are always friendly and chatty and will give this the highest recommendation possible. Micks burgers still the best had them from back in the day when everyone went out clubbing.

Another stupendous cafe - clean, bright and comfy surroundings (toilet also provided) with polite and attentive service. Plenty on the vast menu to choose from at reasonable prices. Our choices were one make-your-own brekkie & the second a 'Mega 6' with extra black pudding, with 2 latte's. Everything was cooked perfectly - soft yoke eggs, crispy but not tough or fatty bacon, lovely black pudding & has browns that weren't dripping in fat. Delicious 😋 This was our first visit & we were introduced to the owner Ozzy, who clearly, knows how to run a good cafe. We will return & I highly recommended it.

Have always been very happy with Gracie-Ann’s however my last two visits have been very disappointing. Today I had jacket potato with prawn and Marie sauce, whilst the potato was nice the prawns were inedible. I did explain why I had not eaten them and staff said they would feed back to chef. Other member of our group had the wrong order but decided to just eat it as we had wait a while to start. Such a shame really as we did enjoy going but something has changed over the last eight weeks or so.
