An amazingly friendly and beautifully situated accommodation…the Staff are this places strongest asset…they’re second to none!!! Room 3 is lovely Good food & a relaxing atmosphere in a sublime location!!!

Been regulars here for over 20 years. It's great, no unwanted TV, music or gaming machines. Good range of beers, only let down by disappearance of Ringwood Brewery! Last meal was French themed food and wine tasting evening, delicious food, good wines and usual friendly service. We'll be back...!

Great place and always a pleasure when visiting... Staff are always friendly and helpful... Meat servings are more than plentiful and food always of great standard!

Lovely lunch here, my boys devoured the ham egg and chips! It was delicious! We will come again for a Sunday roast. Would highly recommend

Went here with my mum for afternoon tea and cake, was a terrible experience. Greeted by a young girl who put us at a table in the back next to the bar, staff kept opening the fire door and leaving open, so asked to be moved further inside because of the cold, once inside the main restaurant the table was dirty with crisps and old napkins on the floor under the table ,room was still cold and after waiting 10 minutes to be acknowledged and served gave up and walked out. Staff very young and clearly inexperienced at running a tea room,

We had our wedding here on the 28 August 2024. What a fabulous day from start to finish. Everything was perfect. Tom and his staff were very professional but friendly and accommodating. All our guest guests thought it was the perfect venue very relaxed. Even the weather was perfect and we were able to have our ceremony outside, but even if we needed to be inside the venue would still have been perfect. A really big thank you to Tom and his team for making our special day perfect.

This place has the very best food I've tasted in Bransgore. I've eaten in all three pubs in the village & the quality, portion size & dining experience is second to none. Great atmosphere, great food at great prices. Well worth a visit for some proper home cooked food.

Menu was just a bit limited, but otherwise a lovely place.

Evening meal when staying in the village. Apparently it has recently taken over or revamped by a chain. Couldn't fault the choice of food or drinks . Friendly and attentive staff, quickly served. Dog friendly but not in the actual restaurant area . A large bar area and outside seating area and car park.

We have visited this lovely New Forest Pub many times in the last couple of years and is always our go to place for lunch when we have friends visiting.We were a party of four today and as always the service was attentive.Three of us had the Chicken Supreme and one had the Chicken and Ham pie all of which was very well presented and very tasty.Great food and service,whats` not to like

This place is a beautiful venue and been before for afternoon tea but it’s gone very down hill. Staff were terrible need some Training in hospitality and dealing with customers and issues. I can see this has been a trend by reading other recent reviews. Hopefully the owners read this review and start dealing with the issues as it’s such a shame. Waiting hours for afternoon tea which never arrived ended up leaving. Didn’t get the correct drinks and no one can back to see if we were ok etc I really hope you can turn things around as otherwise don’t know how you can keep going as is

Disappointed to discover they have closed their indoor seating area, for good it seems, and only offer take away service. Which for disabled persons, means struggling with your food and drink to outdoor only benches some 20 yards from the cafe entrance.
