Great Chinese shop, best food around

I'll put it simply, we made a booking it was confirmed we turned up on the day and on time and found it closed no call or email to inform us of this, lights were off and the front door locked. Waste of time and money on journey but did end up at a very nice curry house 20 meters down the road.

1xSmall cod large chips 1x can of Fanta 2x sachet mayo = £17.00 🫣 Good Quick service on Friday evening, food a bit too greasy even for fish + chips,this was a treat for my grandson, he gave 👍

This is a regular lunch place for is us for a coffee. Staff are always really friendly, quick service and the place is always clean

Stopped by for drinks and was very impressed, great selection of gins and real ales, really nice outdoor space too while away an evening, very welcoming and professional staff. 10/10 will be going back.

We were meeting friends in the area and they suggested a light lunch at Handleys cafe. We thought it was somewhat cramped and for us not an ideal place to catch up with our friends. The was just about alright but substantially overpriced. Not for us

Walked around for over an hour and couldn't find the place. 26 the crescent is a takeaway and 31 high street (which appears as the address on some websites) is a wine bar. Don't waste your time. Go to prezzo instead.

Fish cooked fresh to order. Light, crispy batter (not greasy). Nice chippy chips. Excellent customer service. Friendly staff.
