my food arrived cold , spoke to the restaurant and they were rude and unhelpful

Ordered food via just eat and it arrived cold , called the pizza hut and they spoke to me like a piece of crap and said 'there was nothing they could do' and hung up on me

Called the restaurant after it had reached the max time limit - turns out pizza had arrived half hour before but been left on my doorstep & no one had bothered to knock on my door to let me know or call to get in the building etc. food was obviously freezing cold that I had to reheat. I already had a terrible day and this most definitely was the icing on the cake for me, especially after not having a Pizza Hut in so long. Won’t bother ordering again.

Food took over an hour to arrive, delivery was supposed to be within 30 minutes according the their app. Food arrived stone cold and was like cardboard. They refused a refund and said they would deliver the order again but why would we wait another hour for it to be delivered cold again. Will never us again.

It was a very tasty, reasonably priced pizza. Surprisingly and seriously delicious. We had chicken, sweetcorn, peppers on a large base, absolutely yummy. 10/10 It's a takeaway only place so atmosphere isn't relevant here. We'd definitely go back. Thank you.

Absolute rubbish! Been waiting more than half and hour for the food (never arrived and won’t arrive.) I just called them and the guy there said they don’t have drivers and still my money been taken. I am really disappointed with this place. Never again.

There isn’t an option on this app to point out that it was more than an hour late. Apparently there’s a different system which meant they didn’t get my order until after an hour had already passed. I asked for a refund… denied! Absolutely outrageous. Pizza was okay, not worth the wait.

Ordered food, didn't show up waited 1.5 hours. I called to check and they said they are busy, sighed down the phone, extremely rude and cut the line!! Shocking never experience customer service like this! (from a fellow catering worker).

Phoned in to make an order and told too busy so will need to do an online order. Doesn't fill you with a lot of faith that an online order will come in a decent time frame. Very rude over the phone. An order is an order whether online or on the phone.

Very bland & tasteless! Also very light on the toppings. Very small size for a medium pizza too! At 40 quid for 2 medium pizzas, this is not value for money. Shame as we’ve always enjoyed eat in Pizza Hut restaurants. Wouldn’t order from here again.

Food was pre-ordered yet still turned up 45 mins late. Unacceptable. Was cold when it arrived too. Am sure it would have tasted good, but you reheat cold pizza the following day, not the night you order it in. Very disappointing.

Ordered today, unbelievable service,they can’t deliver, so said I would collect. On ordering was informed can’t have spicy pepperoni feast !! Also they have no olives !! plus no flatbreads, maybe my menu may be out of date re the flatbreads.. Totally rubbish they can’t deliver a basic service and the ingredients

Awful service. They will keep pretending your order is already on the way. Incredibly late as standard and overpriced.

Avoid this place, they have the worst service, and worse food, when an order goes wrong they tell you they can do nothing about it and leave you high and dry after taking your money and leaving you with horrendous "food"

They delivered it quick but to the wrong address 2 times. A neighbour brought the pizza to the place I was in. So I couldn't have the pizza as I do not know if it has been manipulated by the neighbor. Need to read the address properly, please.

Lovely pizza, round the corner from me, never really got a pizza from there but I will go back, customer service was amazing and I find that is key these days! They even personalised things for me to enjoy my purchase as I was fussy!

There was some confusion but was sorted really well.

Appalling service. Order was cold, and wrong. When I called to complain, first I couldn't get through despite 4 attempts! Then I was spoken to by a very rude member of staff. Eventually I managed to get them to agree to deliver the right pizza, but when it arrived, it was wrong again!!! I couldn't get through on phone at all after that... eventually gave up and went to bed. Wont order again!!!

Ordered well in advance and gave a requested delivery time with over an hours notice. Order then arrive an hour AFTER the delivery time. Reason given: we're busy tonight. On a Saturday? Who would have guessed. Will NEVER use Pizza Hunt again.

Pizza is always nice but really dissappointing when you place your order on online with all the discounts then they refuse it. Called the shop and the guy said nothing online, not sure what he meant, but shouldn’t have online deals if you can not order online…

Wedges undercooked, cookie dough was burnt and missing the ice cream, Chicken pieces were tiny and dry. Haven’t actually eaten the majority of it it’s that bad! Can’t find even find a way to complain to get my money back, without driving it back to the shop!

pizzas were absolutely exquisite, the aftermath destroyed my toilet. very friendly staff kept on offering me sauce and not a single packet to waste. poggers, definitely coming back and i hope the man at the till will be there the next time i come. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be coming back very soon!!!

The best pizza in Leatherhead. This place always has a very good pizza whenever my family gets it ... My son is a bit picky about food, he has his own standards ... so far I have ordered from everywhere in Leatherhead, only Pizza Hut makes pizza that he likes, with all the necessary ingredients and a very good preparation. We are regular customers of this store, every time we receive the order or go to collect the order, the staff is nice, very friendly and polite. Today I was served by Adrian, he welcomed me with a big smile, friendly attitude and reassurance that my pizza is ready for collection, at the end my son was very happy with the quality of the pizza. He really enjoyed it!

We ordered large pizza, gf pizza and wings and it was ready in no time and delicious. What made the order however was the absolutely amazing service from the gentleman with glasses behind the counter. It was our first ever visit but highly recommend and we will be going again.

First time using Pizza Hut tonight. Had to order on line as card machine in shop not working when we called. Easy to do it online and used the option to get best deal. Food arrived quicker than expected, was very hot and extremely Tasty. Would be good to have a thin and crispy option on pizza base like dominos

Delivered the wrong pizza to me. Then was trying to say it was right even though it wasnt. eventually they realised they gave me a chicken supreme and not a chicken sizzler. This meant i missed my work video call where i was supposed to eat with everyone virtually. Very Poor.

My wife and I have ordered from here several times (Click and Collect), and have always found that the pizzas are ready very quickly. We've always been happy with the pizza, and have found the people who work there to be very friendly.

Excellent customer service. We weren’t happy with the pizzas that were delivered. When I spoke to Yash over the phone he offered to personally deliver fresh pizzas - the next batch was piping hot and just right!

I would give a zero star if the system allows me. Worst pizza ever. Just for a margarita pizza I need a straw to drink it. Full of water and oil and a lot of cheese on the top. My little one was saying it's look like someone vomit on it. I had to put in the bin. When I call and told them about it the manager told me he is happy to do again but it will be the same. Really disappointed Will never buy from there again

If you need a gluten free pizza, DON'T but from pizza hut. The pizza is dry, tasteless, doesn't come with sauce, is half the size of the ordinary pizzas and isn't cheap. I always try to find the good in everything, but there is nothing positive I have to say about my experience. I strongly advise against buying a gluten free pizza from here!

Placed an order online 1.5 hours in advance which all went through ok. Unbeknownst to me received an email half hour later to say the order was not placed - I only realised when due delivery time came and went. It said I hadn’t been charged just as well as I opted to pay cash. Tried to phone numerous times but calls went unanswered. Very unreliable.

Not happy with the experience at all, I didn’t receive my order and when calling the store they kept putting the phone down on me! Very angry

I ordered from here and they sent the delivery driver miles from us even though our address was clearly stated on the order. Very poor service don't waste your time.

Food arrived almost 30 minutes after the delivery time they had given me. By then, the pizza was barely even warm. The garlic dip I’d ordered was also missing. The pizza base seemed quite dry, chewy and hard. Not what I was hoping for. Pretty disappointed about everything.

They have being delivering to my address for over a year now! 50% of the time they get my address wrong by miles leading to cold soggy pizza. Management need to sort these simple mistakes to not lose revenue. They have lost a client in me..

Got 2 pizza for cheap amazing quality really nice people great customer service 100% better than dominos

Have us 2 large pizzas for £14 and have my mate a bandage when he showed a cut. Overall great service and i would recommend to anyone over dominos

Service was lovely and food was delivered early. However, the pizza had hardly any tomato sauce on it and tasted incredibly bland. Very disappointing for the price you pay.

They could have rang to say they had no more drink left but the driver told me at my door, said the money should be back in my account. Pizza was nice though.

Terrible greasy pizza, so much grease it was dripping through the box. Inedible.
