The food is always beautiful, the guys really look after you when you go, the fish was perfect and the chips shop curry sauce is amazing!!

Great coffee and super friendly staff. Nice choice of cakes and snacks too. Good interaction with the staff. Had some fun with them.

Great atmosphere and the decor feels very authentic. Service was great and prices felt reasonable. Food was excellent though small portions; definitely seems set up for several courses.

Went with family last Sat for lunch. Shown to big table on the right near the entrance by the owner who like all the staff who served us was extremely polite and helpful. The Pizzas and Meatballs with Spaghetti were absolutely fantastically cooked and so tasty and also beautifully presented. My Grandson was really looked after as well by all the staff and the kids menu had some lovely Italian options for him although he went for Chicken Nuggets and fries but wow they were cooked with gorgeous fresh chunky chicken and nothing like you would get in a fast food place. Really enjoyed our experience and great value for money.

We went to Miss Havershams for scones with jam and clotted cream. Lovely ladies working there and a real treat to be served with fine China. The strawberry jam was so good! Unfortunately the scones were stale which was very disappointing! I would like to go back and try fresh scones.

We visited for a take away yesterday and we were very impressed with menu and the way you could choose the level of spice to your taste for the vast majority of dishes. The food was delicious and flavoursome. The service was attentive but not intrusive. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

This is our go-to choice when we want to spoil ourselves. Everything is so delicious, the service amazing, and this time they managed to slot us in although officially they were booked solidly. Green beans with almonds - my very favourite. I ordered that before thinking about a main course! Vero is a little gem hidden away but certainly worth finding.

Happy new year 2024 evening event . Scored poor due to severe lack of any bring in New Year , no fireworks on screen with any count down , no traditional bring new year dancing etc . One room not fit enough with amount of people to bring in New year , it was rammed and then huge anti climax . It felt like the focus was the band , not the New year experience . No screen to watch , especially how packed it was . Servere lack of toilets considering must have been a few hundred in venue . The room you walk into had music and a screen, over the stage as there was a band on that stage for a while , more comfortable but no New Year event in there . The screen all night wasn't anything to do with the music being played , it looked and felt weird . No wonder people are confused , showing Freddy Mercury on screen singing but completely different song playing .. On the upside , everyone was friendly , staff were lovely , people everywhere were friendly, parking was OK, many just a short walk from parking . There was no issue with bars , I was the driver , coke was rubbish . Clearly drugs going on but where isn't there nowadays. Not been to this venue for 4yrs , last time was much quieter , comfortable. We booked this as pics looked great and wanted some great New Year partying . That part was a complete letdown , something we will talk about forever . Be warned , the floor gets very wet , everywhere . Food wasn't open , so I can not comment on that area . Large outside area , which was nice to see, but we didn't go out there .
