Looking for a place for a quiet cup of tea at “tea time” I came across this little place by the church. A very friendly chap made me a lovely pot of tea with a jug of milk and I succumbed to the lure of a lush looking carrot cake. For once the taste of the cake lived up to its presentation! There are also lovely, properly home baked quiche-type slices and cheese puff pastries so it’s obviously well worth a trip back one lunchtime to try those out too. I know stony is awash with coffee shops but give this a try - it doesn’t disappoint!

Finally a coffee shop that serves delicious italian coffee, the owner gets it! A great relaxing vibe, lots of GF cakes if you need them, warm relaxing setting, that actually is better from the inside than you may think when you walk past. Go support them, we love it there (most coffee in Mk is not great!)

This isn’t a run of the mill coffee shop. The lovely owner, is so knowledgeable about coffee and tea and the teas in particular are a just wonderful. A good selection of cakes and bites including GF and Vegan in a lovely atmosphere where you are made to feel so welcome.

I randomly was walking by and saw this new caffe had opened up a few weeks back. Hands down best qualify coffee you will find on this high street. The cakes are something else too! Flo was a delight to talk to and recommended just what I wanted and needed for a Saturday afternoon. They’ve even started doing some warm bits (perfectly in time for autumn)! If you are in the area defo worth stopping by!

Our first time at No. 8. What a delightful addition to Stony Stratford. The high quality coffee was so smooth, accompanied by a delicious moist blueberry muffin. Lovely atmosphere with low volume jazz playing and a great view of the honeycomb walls of S’t Mary & S’t Giles Church. Flo, the manager provided great customer service and made us feel quite at home. I’d highly recommend a visit for an individual experience whilst supporting our local business.

As I have a tendency to put a whole fry up in a sarnie my Wife reached out to these guys to get me a surprise breakfast for my Birthday. They however don’t open on Tuesdays but they kindly opened for us and did an amazing monster wrap! Super tasty, stayed hot despite being quite far away from the restaurant. Thank you so much

Visited this hidden gem while our Grandson was having swimming lessons. What a find, being inside a large gym it was extremely unlikely that I’d ever stumble across it. I’m glad I know it’s here now. The cheesecake was to die for as was the Victoria sponge that my wife had. All homemade on the premises by the very friendly guy who looked after us. I suppose if you really thought it necessary you could go and work it all off in the gym. I preferred to sit comfortably in the lovely spacious cafe though and let it all settle gently. I’m definitely going to come back and try the breakfast!

This is a great place to pop in for a coffee and/or meet friends or colleagues for lunch. There is a good selection of drinks and brunch or lunch options and a great selection of cakes if you want to be a bit naughty! There is loads of space, ample free parking, free wi fi, and the lady serving on the couple of occasions I have visited so far is absolutely lovely she really makes you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Prices very reasonable as well - what's not to like? Only a couple of minutes from city centre, I thoroughly recommend you give this lovely cafe a try.
