Cheerful people and good old fashioned food at decent prices

Great quality (although as with all chip shops new potatoes wreck chips). Portions are large, family of 3 usually have 1 large 1 regular for all of us, and it's too much often.

Great. People are great and amazing service great food they are a laugh my favourite food must be the Kebabs I go in there all the time and they already know my order kebab with chips with all salads no sauce.

Love this place. So friendly. My son just came over from America and had to have fish and chips. I took him to this shop and he was very happy with it. Said the fish and chips were amazing. I already know this as I go here all the time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. We had donner kebabs the night after. They are amazing too. Thank you for such amazing food.

Good kebab The fish was cooked with old oil, so neither the taste nor the color was good as shown in the picture. * This plate was just a part of it; that's why there isn't much. The portion size was good.

Quite close to my office in Kiln Farm. I have to say best chippy in MK, never had anything that wasn't top notch quality food.

These guys do the best kebabs on the planet! My first was in '98 and became an immediate favourite when I was living and working in MK. When I moved to Surrey in 2000, I always made a point of picking lunch up from here when visiting my parents in Bletchley...fish and chips for them, sausage and chips or fishcake for the kids, doner ( always ) for me. Sadly, don't get to MK so much anymore, though did manage to grab a kebab a few days ago en route to visiting friends in Newport Pagnell. As good as ever and I got to have a bit of a catch-up with the lads who run it. Try the chilli with mint sauce!! Just awesome!

Been a long while since last visit as no longer in the area but they are still one of the best. Ignore the trolling reviews unless you require a laugh.

I am new to Milton Keynes, recently moved here from London. This chippy is only a 4-minute drive from my house,so it's really easy to get to and you have lots of free parking. I ordered two large cod and a portion of chips. The chips are nice and chunky, and they are not greasy. The fish, my god, is out of this world. I had to wait while they fried it for me, and I actually don't mind waiting. I prefer to wait and get a nice piece straight from the fryer. It was a lovely dinner. Thank you so much, guys, and I will be back soon. You're my local chip shop now.

After reading the mixed reviews and the hilarious responses I was rather skeptical about visiting for the first time but safe to sat I'm glad I did, the portions are amazing... chips were chunky and tasty and the curry sauce was banging only downside was that I didn't have enough of it, will definitely get more pots next time. Thanks guys

Just the best value and tasting fish and chips in MK. Always delivers the goods when ever we visit. Supplement to my first review is simple. They are still delivering the goods, great taste and value every time.

Sent my son to get food as I'm Ill. He came back and to charge £36 for 3 donar wraps 1 kebab and 1 meat and cheap is outrageous. Hardly any meat, smallest amount of sauce, salad and chips.... The meat was dry and some burnt...

In my opinion these are the best kebabs for miles around , certainly better than any van based kebab shop,the chilli sauce isn't too hot either.and the foot long sausage in a roll BIGFOOT is a beast !

Decent enough chips and usual chippy fayre. Kebabs though are pretty poor though the garlic sauce is cheap and nasty and the salad isn't very well chopped or seasoned. Also the portions are small compared to some other local specialist kebab houses. Edit: I gave a reasonable review based on my experiences there. Owner doesn't seem to take constructive criticism very well. Went straight to accusing me of being some troll who's been 'bombarding' is inbox. Always good quality, fresh food with large portions properly prepared and they have very considerate staff with a sense of humour. They deal with busy periods well. I've noticed that they help the very elderly and disabled customers in a practical but understanding manner, never talking down to them. I'd like to go there more often but my working patterns limit me from doing so.

Loved the kebab and fish and chips, very tasty and big portions.

That dam burger was fantastic, 5/5. Its a small community oriented takeaway but I do believe that they used to allow you to eat in, covid said no, maybe later. Would recommend 100%

Best chips I've had in a long time

Chips were big and hot, fish 🐠 tasted really fresh. Definitely a place to eat next time ⌚ I am in the area.

Know this place forever, since growing up in fullers slade in 80's/90's, didn't see Vinny in there though, had fish an chips with curry sauce which still tasted the best as always.

Best fish and chips in the area. The chips are nice and thick, generous portions and fair prices! The fried products are nice and crispy and not dripping with oil as you sometimes get from other establishments . The Kebabs are amazing, and I’ve never managed to find a place that does a better Donner Kebab!
