This is our local Indian restaurant often get takeaways. This year decided to go to restaurant for the Christmas dinner. Have never eaten out on Xmas day before as everywhere is always very overpriced & my daughter would not eat the starters or desserts offered but at raj dough they offered to do my daughter meat samosas for the starter. Offered a substitute for dessert too. I was a little but worried about eating out but I needn't of worried the WHOLE meal from starters to cheese & biscuits was absolutely delicious. The turkey was very moist & plenty of it. The only thing I can say was a little of a disappointment was the roast potatoes but I may have to take my own next year. We were all made to feel very welcome & was a great atmosphere. The staff as always were truly wonderful keeping us supplied with alcohol & updating us on our food courses. The cost of this meal was very acceptable & even better no cooking or washing up on Xmas day. Thank you to all the staff for all your hard work that day, will be seeing you soon & even maybe next Xmas day.

Been here on and off for well over 20 years. Sadly on my last visits the chips were undercooked and just mush. Pity when it's not cheap.

GREAT FOOD! GREAT SERVICE! First time Visitors and will be definitely returning. The staff are incredibly attentive and well mannered in every respect. The food was astonishingly good. No faults at all!! Was full of flavour and plenty of it. Went on “banquet night” and let’s say it lives up to the name. Will be recommending to friends and family. Was a wonderful evening.

Ideal place for drinks and a cheap bite to eat. I regularly pop in with friends. Sad to hear that Leanne is moving on massive loss to the pub! Make her stay!

Such a warm and hospitable atmosphere, the staff were attentive to allergies and had a great service attitude, I'll definitely be coming back and would also be recommending the food.

After a lovely walk in Howe Park Wood, a fantastic cafe with good coffee and a good selection of cakes, snacks, or light lunch. Highly recommended.

Absolutely trash. The guy who served me was rude and looked like he was hung over. Just grunted at me at best. Bearing in mind I ordered my food early on a Friday night. He ended up short changing me from a 20, adding onions when I asked not to include onions, a complete shambles. Crooks and rip off merchants. The meat was dry and seemed left over from the previous day. Disgusting
