Great oat latte! Friendly staff

In this Costa there is a young stuff hard working and very lovely. The make the best Costa coffe and I always come with my friends.

Wanted a quiet space on the morning and got it sling with the usual good service and a cappuccino zing.

Have come here today to meet a friend for a catch up with a coffee and a bite to eat. The cafe is very "unloved" food shelves are bare. Slow to clear tables and tables all on top of one another

The drinks and food are all very good, up to the standard I am used to from any Costa. This location in particular I've found myself returning to multiple times as the atmosphere is very nice with comfortable seating and really friendly staff. It's been a really great place to catch up with friends that I'm always happy to return to.

Shirty service and probably closed anyway. Like the only place in the world that continually closes if its short staffed. If my work closed when they were short staffed, you would notice it in your pocket. If nhs closed when short staffed, you would all probably die of terrible disease caught from a paper cut on your pinki. There is obviously no work ethic as no responsible adults on shift to guide them. Must try harder guys.

Excellent service by the young man working on the drinks at 3.2pm Sunday 7th jan (didn't catch his name but he had brown hair and glasses!) bought my daughter in for a babyccino which he did a brilliant pour too that amazed her! He Was really interactive with her and made it a really good experience, even letting her choose a pink marshmallow! Little things like this made what was planned to be a quick coffee visit into something special for her!

Not a great experience to be fair. Tables weren't wiped down or cleared, even though it wasn't that busy. Could have done with a sweep inside and outside as well. Whilst I was being served the server walked away from the till 3 times despite being in the middle of serving me. There was no excuse for that, as it was the weekend and they were well staffed. The person in the queue behind me seemed to be as confused about this behaviour as I was. Staff were friendly, but the overall experience was not good. We regularly go to Costa, and so comparatively speaking this was the worst experience at a Costa to date.

Lovely staff. Clean and tidy. Plenty of choice to eat and drink. Reccomend for a pit stop.

Usually nice place to have a cuppa, but that time around it was shut, not a problem thou they did have a polite notice.

Good coffee nice food and friendly staff only issue with this costa store is they are always late opening 7:30 is the time to open but always 15 mins late don't sound much of a problem but I like to get a coffee in the morning before work and I only drink costa and its frustrating when you pull up at 7:30 and you have to turn around without coffee because they can't open on time other than that nice costa

The best stuff Costa Coffee in the UK

By far the best Costa coffee I have visited, the employees are super friendly and quick. The best customer service I had in any coffee shop so far is this costa coffee in WestCroft, Milton Keynes. Well done to the management team 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 great staff choice and training.

Costa Coffee Cafe situated near Morrisons super market at Milton Keynes is a very good Cafe catering good coffee, snacks etc. We enjoyed the food served by them The customer service is good

Hot chocolate tastes like chocolate.. no powder aftertaste. Always tastes good whatever shop you go to

Overexpensive and need to queue. Wetherspoons do the same for 30% of the cost and that is refillable

Didn't understand my accent but gave me the right order. All's well that ends well.

There was a large online take away order being processed by all three staff, so although I was first in the queue it took awhile to be acknowledged and my order taken. Another customer didn't wait and left I imagine there is a deadline for online orders that has to be met which takes priority.

My daughter and I always have Costa coffee at Westcroft it tasted really really nice.

The staff are very pleasant but the service is very, very slow.

So happy they have the toasted chicken and bacon sandwich back! The mango bubble drink is also amazing. Great summer specials that I hope stay longer

I've never experienced such a bad slow service, 3 people behind the counter but only one at the coffee machine the rest just stands there..., queue back to the door

Overpriced and busy like all Costa...

Popped in for a coffee and was greeted with excellent customer service. Quality of the coffee was as always "outstanding". Kindly let us finish our coffee even though it was past the closing time by 10 minutes. Convenient parking right outside the shop which is another plus to this particular establishment.

I went to Costa Coffee at it's more quietest time. The espresso in the latte I had was extremely well extracted, not a hint of bitterness at all. The atmosphere in the coffee shop is warm and welcoming and thr batistas are friendly. Its somewhere where you can unwind and enjoy a well rounded, delicious drink.

Love this location. Staff are amazing, learned my order within days of me starting to come in. Was running late this morning and worried given how busy it was but the barista had seen me in the queue so made mine ready to hand to me right away.

Waited here while the car was being serviced, the place was clean and tidy Great staff.

Went here for the first time on Saturday morning (having been to Morrisons for a trial shop) and although the staff were friendly and helpful service was very slow. Products consistent with other costs. I would go back again as hopefully the speed was just a one off issue.

MMMM!!! CLOSE BUT NO CIGAR THIS TIME GOOGLE I ACTUALLY WENT TO THE CARD FACTORY JUST TO THE RIGHT THEN INTO MORRISONS TO BUY FROZEN PEAS ( PETIT POIS )JUST TO THE LEFT. HOWEVER DID SEE SCRUBBERS SITTING AT TABLES OUTSIDE COSTA SWEARING AND SPITTING SO I CERTAINLY WONT BE GOING THERE IN THE FUTURE

Good for takeaways only in my opinion hence just 3stars. Sitting outside is not a great option since you will be sharing walking path with shoppers with continuous rattle of shopping trolleys and a permanently stationed homeless person. No issues with the actual coffee or food.

Went this morning. Staff were not welcoming at all. No pleases or thank yous from any of them. Asked for an oat latte but no oat milk even though Morrisons is next door? Asked for a kids hot chocolate and they gave me hot milk and when I took it back they made me feel as though it was my fault and the coffee maker (Ben) asked the member of staff who served me if what I was saying was true as if I'd lie about a hot chocolate and even then there was no apology. The guy on the till clearly had no training and also forgot to give my cake that I'd ordered too so I had to ask again. How hard is it to warm up milk and add coffee and push buttons on a till? Plenty of training needed here in customer service and coffee making.

With the tooGoodToGo app, they fulfill the absolute minimal which is not impressive. I've ordered through the app twice now. Compared to other cafés they are not amazing

A nice place for a quick snack/lunch/break with a good choice n selection of sandwiches 🥪 cakes n drinks, all at an acceptable cost. The tables etc however, could be cleaned, more regularly, as could the toilets, but it appears, since COVID, the staff have been reduced in numbers, so unable to keep up to previous standards...shame really, but hopefully will improve as life gets back to normal.

Very nice drinks. But I went to pay with Google pay and my Costa card is linked to it. The lady who was serving me said I had to use the app as she said it wasn't able to be done like that. Somewhat disappointed with the staff.

I used Click & Collect. My drinks were ready and waiting when I got there. The collection point is easily accessible. The drinks were perfect.

Like too many coffee shops, really gloomy inside. What's this aversion to windows? Made worse in this case by overhanging roof outside. But, staff very friendly & extra helpful. Service was quick.

Ordered from the car park ( via the app ) when I walked in 5mins later there it was , just being served up . Well done great service.

The extra flavoured beverages are pricy, at least offer the same sizes like the others. Paying extra for them is not justified.

The Westcroft store is very clean, all social distancing requirements were followed and the service I recieved from Jodie was phenomenal. She was extremely friendly, she followed my dietry requirements and special requests perfectly and her service was quick. She was also amazing with my son and had a smile on her face the whole time. All in all, I will definitely visit again! Thank you Jodie!

Ordered via Uber Eats app. All food missing from order. Response from Costa staff member when I called was its not our problem Uber do this all the time, they are useless and left the food here on the rack. Stated their instore tablet was not working. Could not provide a number to contact Uber then hung up part way through call.

Have been a few times and every time the service was glacial, with the staff focused on deliveries and click and collect rather than in person. Really poor attitude to other customers, verging on rude

Visited Sunday 24th Jan. We all know how slow Costa can be but this was ridiculous. Furthermore all staff seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. A couple of families entered the shop breaching social distancing and they were spoken to rudely. Once made aware the families moved outside without question. It was uncomfortable to hear them spoken to with such disrespect though. Furthermore we actually were buying a little food/drink package for a homeless person and innocently picked up a paper bag off the side so we could protect the items from the snow as best possible and handover with minimal contact. We were short of shouted at for touching the ‘Uber’ bags (no signage btw). Despite explaining the reason we were treated with disdain after this, with lots of snapping, huffing and puffing. For several minutes the point was laboured that the bags weren’t for paying customers. Outrageous attitude and I won’t be going there again.

Good social distancing measures, quick and friendly staff, and yummy as always.

Don't have any panini sandwiches ( except with tuna ) on the morning. Also if you are staying inside with your laptop for example then prepare your jacket - it's very cold inside and the employees doesn't care about that, but told me I need to track myself. I felt very uncomfortable and will avoid this coffee shop.

Really slow staff. Took almost 10 minutes for a small takeaway coffee. Staff were also giving different instructions with regard to queueing so it was quite inconsistent.
