Costa Coffee in Milton Keynes

On 9th January 2025.. I was served most efficiently and attentatively by a young man (I believe Craig or Gary on badge.. I didn't want to stare!) I have been here a number of times and stopped coming as I felt the service I previously received was abrupt. What a change today.. the young man travels from towcester - I discovered through our pleasant conversation. He was busy all the while serving, replenishing, clearing up, while maintaining eye contact and a genuine 2 way conversation. Well Done 👏.. I do hope he remains on board with Costa.. even if he needs to transfer nearer home at some point.. he didn't say anything in that regard. Colleagues seem happy together working today.. unusual to find in the past at this outlet, only in my experience of course, but today I felt i could relax and not sense the stress from staff.. so thank you!! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I also come out of my way to use this Costa as all the staff are so lovely and they make a great drink. No negatives whatsoever about the drinks, the staff here or the store

Good shop, can get busy, though the staff are fast and diligent. My only negative is that the food is very expensive, and the sausage and vegetarian alternatives aren't great.

I love a costa and treat myself frequently. I'd have to say this Costa is the best in Milton Keynes. Always so efficient and really friendly staff! Would go out of my way to purchase from this one.

Busy restaurant. Gr8 service. Lovely staff. Variety of food to eat. Hot & cold food. Lovely cakes to choose from. Would recommend.

Was served by Cory & Aurora the two was so lovely, polite & friendly, the cafe was nice clean & spotless. Brilliant customer service, will definitely be back.

Inside Tesco’s warmed up cinnamon bun! NO! i didn’t go there, now i know why, dried up! still loverly barista.

Medium sized branch situated within Tesco with reasonable amount of seating offering most things that Costa do. Staff seemed very helpful and friendly with everything looking in order , tidy and clean. The only drawback being it does seem a bit expensive even for a coffee and cake which is a common theme at present otherwise not a bad visit .

Polite and friendly staff, handy location for us and food was a good Costa standard.

Picked up a Too good to go bag from here. The bag was ready in time, the team member was friendly and polite. The restaurant area looked clean and welcoming. The contents of the bag are fantastic

Worst experience, you’re better off somewhere else. Wolverton Costa has the worst service, and they serve half of the hot chocolate in a full glass. The place ain’t even neat or tidy. I wanted to leave the moment I got to my seat. Couldn’t even read my book in peace.

Who doesn't love a Costa. Nice atmosphere and clean.

I love coffee but I get extremely headache drinking a cup of coffee

Was very surprised and disappointed in my recent visit to Costa when I discovered the fire exit being used as a storage area

Despite tesco being manic there was still a seat to sit in Costa, quick service with a smile and delicious hot chocolate.

Great coffee and snacks, comfortable to just relax.

Coffee tasted ok but the staff were a bit despondent. Normally served with fancy swirls not to day !! When you are buying 2 coffees at £5.40 presentation is what its about

Dirty cups though apparently just stained. I suggest you buy some new ones! This one is inside Tesco, who sell cups!

I watched the TV show Watchdog, Costa has plenty of germs on offer for free, but not in every outlet.

Can get busy for tables but the queue is not usually too bad and the staff know their regulars

Nice staff but this place gets really busy with large Qs. They do try to manage it bit can be a challenge

Staff rude although not all staff never a smile or hello and I’m a regular here as i shop at tescos slow and not bothered about customers no communication amongst each other and this is becoming regular

Cracking service ... Excellent customer service from kirsty .. very welcoming and actually made me laugh.. and clearly wasnt a one of as we sat in and observed every customer she treated the same ... Great job !!

Hit n miss depends on staff on duty.

Thought it was closed as so dark n dindgy inside but then saw other customers indide. They werent busy even tho Stony was heaving. Went up to the counter got completely ingored by the staff so went somewhere else!

Situated inside the supermarket. Fairly small space, but seating can normally be found. Service is fast and friendly

Addictive coffee and service, warm and friendly service

Not that busy for a Costa, so it's a good bet if more than a few people need to meet up for a coffee. You access it from the checkout area in Tesco, so people watching from here can be very entertaining!
