Costa Coffee in Milton Keynes

First time to Stony stratford Costa Surprised how big it was,great staff good breakfast toasty and coffee at it's best.

Still think Costa Coffee is getting more expensive.

Had such a lovely experience! The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Especially the girl with long dark hair at the till—didn’t catch her name, but I think it might be Dani? She was so helpful! Definitely coming back!

Great Coffee, Great staff. However why oh why allow a barking dog to remain inside without any challenge by staff. Not sure if this is even hygienic. Bad enough the family also have a screaming baby.

Once again, closed early. Shut at 1600 when gone sign said 1700.

There are five locally owned coffee shops within two minutes walk, all with better coffee, friendlier staff, and better prices.

Was very quite when we went so was very good experience shame that every costa sore does different drinks so I u find one u like u can't get it in others 😔

Stopped for a rest and a coffee. Few people in Costa at the time. Bought a latte and bottle of water. Clean and comfortable. I was suprised at the size as it is a small town. There was more seating than most Costas I've visited

The employees were very rude and didn’t start making our drinks 15 after we ordered. They made someone else’s drink before ours she ordered 13 minutes after ours. it wasn’t very busy at all. And they had packed then cakes away 30 minutes before closing so I couldn’t order what I wanted. We weren’t asked if we wanted to drink in or out. Or what cream we wanted.

Visited this branch as I was in the area for my daughter's appointment. Never ever again. Rude staff, dirty tables and floor so didn't order food. The staff behind the counter no manners just take your order and money.They obviously didn't want to be there all miserable.The older lady in the shop was just as bad. There are plenty of places to get a coffee in Stony so I would suggest going there instead. As for me I'll stick to my local branch in future.

Average. Place was tidy enough but empty cups sat on the side for a while. Convenient. 3 x hot drinks were £12.

Visited this branch for the first time today, the ladies on the till weren't welcome or friendly but after we sat down a tall young gentleman in his late teens helped us immensely. We had to get some work done and couldnt connect to the wifi which he helped us to do, also removed the dishes that had been left by the previous customers and cleaned the table for us, he then proceeded to check up on us after to see if we are ok which we have never had the pleasure of experiencing in any other Costa Coffee nationwide. I would visit again just for the service provided by him, wish I'd got his name but didnt get a chance with pending work . Tall clean shaven teenager thank you for looking after us, you're a asset to the franchise! Will def visit again because of him.

Called in to the Stony Costa early this morning with 2 work colleagues for a coffee before a training course we were all attending. The blonde girl with the ponytail behind the counter was extremely rude to the other young girl working behind the counter who was obviously new and was being trained by this horrible assistant, her attitude towards the young trainee was embarrassing and uncalled for, this was happening in front of the customers waiting to be served. As myself and colleagues left the shop I informed her of her uncalled behaviour and said we will not be returning!

Staff are always friendly and it’s never too busy when I go in

Usual Costa value, clean and tidy, good coffe, what more could you want?

Recently enlarged and refurbished so.much more space and capacity at busy times.

Had a late lunch here with my partner on Saturday. Was quite busy and there was a bit of a wait with the queue but we were happy with the variety of food offered and what we chose. Coffees were spot on - one Ultimate Blends hot latte and one regular iced latte. Cosy atmosphere but with plenty of space. I really love the location of this Costa, in the lovely town of Stony Stratford and with parking right outside. Friendly staff and generally clean. Sometimes they seem to close early on a weekday with no notice on the door which is a little disappointing but this is still one of my favourites to bring my children and meet friends.

It was tables needed clearing !

Ham and cheese was cooked till a point where the cheese unbeknown to me was bubbling and consequently I burnt my lip, the cutlery was filthy, the teapot was dirty. Never again.

Not much atmosphere but it's a coffee shop, some background music might be nice, service quick, lots of available tables which were clear and clean.

Go it a cappuccino with dishwasher liquid. Yummy…. Not

Nice coffee &place to meet friends

I got a coffee and to me it felt quite luke warm so I asked really politely and said I was sorry to be a pain to ask for it to be hotter. The man behind the counter tried to embarrass me by shouting apparently when the other assistants said this coffee is not hot. I was a little shocked and uncomfortable and just felt that regardless of whether he agreed or not this is just not kind customer service and there was no need for that kind of attitude trying to show customers up! Not nice and let’s costa down!!! . Customer service is customer service and unfortunately people behind counters are getting ruder and ruder !

Classic Costa coffee. The best thing is that it is next to car parking. Good for a quick coffee or a takeaway! However if you are willing to explore a little bit you can find cafes with a better atmosphere.

Wouldn't add a coffee to order said had to go to back of queue... First coffee would be have been cold, didn't make sense

Popped in for a Toblerone latte. Very good service, I could not bring the tray to the table so the person who served me did.

Very kind workers, the drinks are amazing especially the milkshakes. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get a coffee with their friends. Sometimes it is very busy and has a long wait before you get your food or drink but most of the time it is fine.

Meets expectations. Quite loud as it’s relatively small and gets very hot indoors on a warm sunny day (due to the large glass windows and lack of shade).

Hi I go to costa in stony every day the staff work so hard theirs one girl called Jane there she is such a hard worker I thought she was the manager but she’s not if the head manager sees this if he excist please make her manager for this shop with out her the shop wouldent cope !!!!!!!!

I used to love getting my morning coffee, now because of the plant based supply change its bitter watery and not nice at all...the reason from a 5 star to a 1 star. Why change a winning combination, makes no sense.

Really slow service, not helped by mixing up our order (2 drinks) and putting ours to back of queue. No evidence of covid hygiene measures, anti-bac at door, but that's it. No evident clean down of tables between customers.

On a cold damp NYD after the classic car meet it was cosy enough, but had a massive queue.

Not the quickest of Costa's and the layout means it's not always possible to stay 2m apart (which may have more to do with people coming in the wrong door and squeezing past the queue).

Shop was clean and tidy Staff were friendly

A deep, cavernous place as the interior is a U-shape making the back of the coffee shop quite dark. Thankfully went in on a quiet afternoon so it didn’t feel claustrophobic. Pleasant staff although the queuing area did not take into account Covid restrictions because if you wanted to sit on one side of the cafe you would have to pass the queue in a very tight confined space. Enjoyed the cafe, the toastie and cake with fellow friends after a long business meeting.

Not a big range of savoury products compared to other branches.

15 mins to get a coffee there was only 3 people in front of me and they were already waiting for drinks. Snail space at serving everyone complaining, orders forgotten and dirty tables. Either more staff is needed or better staff/management

The product is great. The staff are terrific. The environment is spot on. So why one star? Simple answer: exploitative capitalism. Profits made of the back of relatively low staff wages and squeezing everyone below them in the supply chain. So I wont be having another Costa coffee despite how tempting and delicious their products are. The image of a poor farmer toiling 24/7 but still unable to feed his children on the one hand and Costa executives living the "dream life" on the other is troubling my conscience. I am also guilty of the same thing in other aspects of my life. I will start addressing these when they are pointed out to me

Took my cash, which is more than the miserable Out of Office shop did. Well done Costa for not forcing us into an increasingly cashless society!

Coffee tasted burnt but was cold and was waiting in the queue for over 15 minutes. I normally like the consistency you get from costa drinks but this branch are awful

Great Costa coffee in a wonderful historic coaching town. Air conditioned, toilets, plenty of place to sit in and great customer service. Currently adhering to all social distancing measures too.
