Not sure why it was necessary for staff to completely drench one of the crepes in strawberry sauce so much that the entire crepe was soaked through, and it was leaking out the box and all over the inside of the bag. Not enjoyable at all. That being said, the brownie crepe was okay despite lacking the sauce I paid extra for. Not worth the money spent (£26)

they dropped my food and took 2 whole hours to just make one ice cream for me which is what i ordered

Had a delicous cookie dough from here. The flavour is no longer on the menu - it was a special at the time. The waffle however was average.. if not below.

Awful.My items looked like they had been thrown in the bag with no care, The cookie dough was completely drenched in sauce to the point you couldn’t even see the cookie dough, the sauce was all over the bag, ice cream and other items.

Did not get free donut that was on offer if spent over £20. Strawberries were not fresh and had strange taste, also were only couple of berries on the waffle. Ice cream was nice

I recieved a voucher to spend here. Went in specifically because I wanted to redeem it. Was told I can not use today !!! This is because they are so thick they give out vouchers which can not be used before the tills are updated. Crap service . Highly disappointed being a regular at kaspas. </3

Horrific experience. Order was already delayed twice. Then the wrong order came. missing 2x Hershey and a drink. Phoned them up and still gave us the wrong order!! giving us only 1x Hershey and a drink. Leaving us with a waffle we DIDNT order or want. We did NOT get what we ordered nor did they make up for it afterwards! Ridiculous and disappointing

Order did not turn up, tracked delivery driver onto near by road and then status changed to delivered but items where not delivered to my address very disappointing, and alot of money spent for nothing!

Extremely slow service. Went there recently when restaurant was half empty. Placed a simple order and waited nearly 30 mins. Makes no sense for an ice cream parlour to keep customers waiting this long

Visited the Kaspa outlet in MK yesterday. I ordered a chocolate mint sundae and my oh, oh my oh!🍨 It was so yummy and Jasvin Pahuja, the till supervisor was very generous to inform us about the summer special menu edits and the student discounts.

Today 29th July around 4 PM, my mom and I went to Kaspa's for an iced coffee and dessert, and the experience was problematic from the very start. At the counter, we ordered two coffees and two desserts: one Tropical Paradise and a custom creation. It turned out that only one dessert and two coffees were charged on the receipt. This situation was quickly rectified after we pointed out the incomplete order. Later, when I finally received my dessert, I discovered a fly wing inside. I approached the counter to report the issue. The lady who claimed to be the shift supervisor suggested that the wing must have gotten into the dessert when I was outside and insisted it wasn't there when the ice cream was served. The discussion with this lady was far from professional. As a customer reporting such a problem, I expected the dessert to be replaced without question. I had only tasted the dessert. The supervisor, however, insisted that if this happened again, she wouldn't replace it, implying that the fly wing was my fault rather than a mishap in ice cream storage or a simple accident. Eventually, the dessert was replaced after she asked what I expected in this situation. The lady who was assisting me didn't understand that I was talking about a fly wing, and I had to explain that I meant an insect that proverbially "sits on filth." As a customer, I believe the staff should undergo training in emotional intelligence (EQ) and professional customer service. Despite the issues, the place has a nice atmosphere, the coffee was delicious, and the ice cream, if not for the mishap with the fly, would have been enjoyable.

It is very good place for Desserts they have a variety of flavors,The taste was very good I have ordered waffles and crepes they are very delicious and the atmosphere and service are excellent. Overall I will recommend KASPAS for hot desserts.I would say this place is very good for those who have Desserts cravings.

Tried this dessert place for the first time today and I can tell you, not disappointed. The ambience is really lovely, plenty of seating and free parking outside too. Service was quick the desserts were mouth watering. The presentation and taste were both good. The desserts were not overly sweet, we ordered chimney cake, Ferrero rocher hot cookie dough, strawberry banana waffle all were in great portion size enough for 4/5 persons. I would recommend.

Went in today for some dessert and it was mind blowing. The till supervisor jasvin was very friendly and helped me out with the order. Would recommend everyone to visit.

We had an outstanding experience at this desert spot! The taste was exceptional, and the service was top-notch, thanks to Jasvin Pahuja's excellent assistance. He helped us create our own custom waffle, which was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was also impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making our visit even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back soon to indulge in more sweet treats!

Stopped by for some quick desserts, however they took about half an hour to come, which is rather long considering we had only ordered 2 desserts and they weren’t even too busy!

Went there with my autistic grandson for his birthday. They were nice enough, but half the ice cream was quite melted which he didn’t like they bought a candle out for him which was quite suede, but then when they brought other food out, his doughnut dropped on the floor so then he become reactive also because the ice cream was melted and then the cone broke that made it even worse. We had to then go and buy another cone after spending £41 on the other stuff and then the ice cream was dripping through the bottom of the cone. My daughter asked if they had another cone and they said they’re all the same would not go there again, would not recommend it The only nice bit of it was the fact they did bring a doughnut out with a little candle in for him, but because where they bought the food out, and these doughnut dropped on the floor. It made him so reactive. They didn’t replace the doughnut so then it ended up where we had to buy another doughnut and the ice cream, which, because it was dripping through the bottom of it, he wouldn’t eat wish we had not gone to kaspers tonight We had to leave quickly because my grandson becomes so reactive just couldn’t believe how the ice creams were so melted, and as I say, when we asked about the ice cream cone after his first one broke, they were not helpful then and then when we had to buy another one and it started dripping through the bottom which you don’t expect it where a cone is meant to keep the ice cream in there, so the ice cream must’ve been quite quite melted to start dripping so quickly So that then he wouldn’t eat, because it was too melted, what an experience

Worst ice cream I ever had! And over priced.

Terrible delivery driver. Very rude and argumentative my door bell doesn’t work.. but didn’t think to knock, so called me and was rude down the phone aswell as at the door.

Customer service is amazing always greeted with a kind attitude. Food is 10/10 always have a good time here.

I went here for eid with family we order shakes 4 and waffles 3 they made the shakes from just milk and they were in a takeaway cup I complained and got another 3 made but they again put in takeaway cup but we were on tables and they still tasted weird than we got 3 of the same waffles it was supposed to be 2 of the same and one oreo than I went back to complain again they said we will make the oreo one for you but they than but hardly any oreo and white sauce on top when I asked for chocolate sauce so in the end I gave up and did not eat the waffle and only I had a lil bit shake not happy

Ordered at 9:30pm, arrived 10:45pm. Called the restaurant a number of times, for them to say that it had left “half an hour ago”. Another 15mins later and the driver arrives. Took him 10 minutes from the restaurant to get to my house, and he said he was waiting for an hour for the food to be made. Everything was still frozen so I know the driver was telling the truth. The restaurant couldn’t be bothered to deal with it anymore so passed the blame onto the poor driver. Finally got the order to find the sundae half full, and a completely wrong waffle and toppings. Absolutely disgusting service. DO NOT BOTHER.

i ordered 2 different waffles and resevered 2 of the same which wasn’t the one i liked the food was also cold.

Terrible service on Monday. Waited 15 minutes in a queue to then be told it was a 20 minute wait just to takeaway 2 ice cream cones for the kids. Best bit is while we was in the queue a staff member asked if we was eating in or taking away and did not warn us there was a long wait. Of course we took our spendings elsewhere. Highly recommend avoiding this place if there is a queue.

nice place but too long waiting times we ordered two waffles, and the waiting time was an hour, and when we received it it was cold, I had asked for an extra portion of strawberries which were not put, which is unacceptable, and very high prices compared to the quality

horrible. ordered a honeycomb waffle and had raisins at the bottom of the waffle which was not stated!!! clearly got two waffles mixed up!! both waffles were freezing cold. disappointed!!

I'm in the top 5% of restraunt reviewers for the UK according to Google. From a 5 star review to 1 star, last night's trip was terrible and a real eye opener as to how bad management can take a popular restraunt down. Arriving at 21.10 in the evening the restraunt had customers but not that busy for the Milton Keynes branch there was so many staff working but more like chickens running around not knowing what they are doing. We ordered immediately as we frequent regularly. Within 5 to 10 mins my waffle was ready very tight on the toppings it must be said I had a single strawberry sliced up. I know prices are going up but this is still nearly £8 I think they could of used more toppings. I had totally ate my waffle and my drink nor my wife's ice cream had arrived???? We approached the staff at the front and asked why we had not received our food? To be told that it is new staff and not her fault???? I asked to complain and I don't think the member of staff either understood me (I speak English very well) or was just being awkward and not wanting repercussion of being a terrible manager. The refund even took 2 attempts so today I am going to check with the bank to make sure I Did get a refund as they cannot even scoop ice cream. The refund was issued at 21.42 to give you a time frame. If I was to say something constructive it would be train your staff before letting them work???? And change the manager she is useless

Wouldn't recommend for takeaway / take out. We walked in for one scoop of ice cream in a cone, cost £3.25 and took almost 20 minutes to come. The ice cream tasted fine, but it was already really melty when it was given to us. They seemed to serve everyone else first, including people who came in after us. They'd given the option of eat in or take away, but trying to make a 2 year old wait for 20 mins for a lick of my icecream didn't really seem worth it for either of us! Was about to ask for a refund and leave just as they acknowledged we were waiting, and said it would only be a moment.

I'm a regular customer here because I've tried many things and had a positive experience each time. The smell of fresh, sweet waffles is now nostalgic for me and the desserts have an expected level of sweetness but not over the top where it becomes sickly. My only problems would be the price but with the coupons, we save a fair amount as a large family and sometimes, there is too much topping which can make it sweet e.g especially for crepes where the ratio of crepe to topping is off. The best things for me would definitely be the waffles and then the cookie dough. Excited to come back!

Unfriendly and extremely slow service

2 items ordered, only one delivered, given incorrect information to call just eat and that the restaurant would try to get a new driver to deliver the other half, wasted time calling just eat for them to say I havent been given the right information and they can't send a new driver. really poor service from this restraint so really disappointed in them for this.

We had the wrong flavored teas and pearls. we ordered milk and cookie milk tea with tapioca and received blueberry drink with popping pearls

The food is good but i dont appreciate waiting 40 minutes for food after being told it will be 10. And when questioning how long the wait would be, we were told by a rude server it would be at least another ten minutes as our food was still fourth in the queue. I appreciate there is a wait for food but don't tell me it will be 10 when it is fourty. Birthday dessert ruined.

Never received my order spoke to customer service and they claimed it wasn’t my fault spoke to kaspas aswell and was told it wasn’t in there hands. The fact that I paid for something and there was a minor issue with the address even told by the delivery driver that he would deliver to the right address never received anything waited 2 hours. Did everything I could to try get my order and didn’t. Wasn’t even offered a refund or another order to replace the previous one.

i popped in earlier for a classic crepe just with maple syrup it was flooded with sauce and very cold crepe like a left over not impressed at all the romanian lady who served me in the counter had bad service staring into my face dirty like she don’t care about customers i came here before and she just the same she needs to fix up how she even a worker

Such nice staff and the food is very indulgent. If you’ve got a super sweet tooth then definitely hit this place up. It’s a must. Staff were really helpful and the food was really nice.

Unpleasant Experience with biased Service!!!!! Our recent visit to Kaspa’s in Milton Keynes left us thoroughly dissatisfied. Despite the shop being open, they refused to serve dine-in customers, citing a takeaway-only policy. What baffled me even more was witnessing them happily accept orders for people wanting to sit in. To add to the frustration, they mentioned that a person placing a sit-in order was a family member of the staff. This favoritism raises serious questions about their professionalism and fairness. Such a disappointing experience has left me hesitant to return or recommend this place to others. We used to come very often but we are afraid this was our last visit ! NOT EVEN ONE STAR!

Kaspa’s have a large variety of desserts, from waffles to cookie dough, milk shakes and many more. You can also create your own dessert by picking up flavors and everything else. The desserts are delicious and very tasty. It is slightly expensive but mostly worth it. The ambiance of the place is also quite nice.

Kaspas is a nice dessert place to take your friends n family! They provide lots of foods, starting from waffles, crepes, sundaes, cookies doughs and they now have a selection of bubble teas! You can also create your own foods!! The only thing I would suggest needs changing is the corner section at the back. It is a nice setting but the wifi doesn’t reach there which isn’t fair. People towards the front get nice internet, but people in the corner don’t. I suggest this changes immediately, otherwise it is a brilliant place! 4 STARS!!
