My first order was cancelled with no reason. My second order was missing an item and another item was the wrong one

The delivery driver was so rude and kicked my gate before leaving and refused to latch it up. She was aggressive and I felt very uncomfortable with it all. She needs Banning immediately

very upset given that my order was never brought to the door (delivered) even tho it came through in my phone as delivered. i need a refund considering that was ment to be my meal for tonight but i guess not

Very expensive! This was my first time ordering i dont belive it was worth the money the reeses chocolate tasted like it had fermented. The aero drink wasnt very minty. It was packed well just really not worth the money! Birthday treat only!!!

Made a large order through Uber, item was missing when I called through to the restaurant they couldn't even find the order, afterwards I was told that the missing item had been put in, I spoke with the driver and he had nothing left in his car, this was a clear mistake from Kaspas as the waffle and the cream which comes in a separate pot was missing, I was told they would replace it but would need to collect which is absolutely ridiculous considering I have ordered through Uber and also paid for delivery and also waited a hour for it, the service is diabolical, poor management from Veronica, this should have been handled better, telling me to collect after spending £70 and the item being missing to even have the audacity to tell the customer to collect from the restaurant. The food itself, the crepes were rubbery and hard to eat and one was completely dosed in chocolate. Need to do better and management need clear training on customer service, I couldn't clearly hear her in the background as to how she was handling this.

Came on a saturday night with some friends, food was alright and service was ok. The restaurant itself was an issue and became a bigger one towards the end, there was no soap in the toilet and the whole restaurant stank like sewers randomly which almost made me throw up. I probably won’t go back, don’t usually like eating desserts around the smell of sewers. The waitress made it seem like it was a normal occurrence.

Delivery time kept going up and changed about 5 times was 8:30 8:40 8:50 9:00 I don’t no if it was the restaurant but the driver said he was standing around for ages and food is all cold

Why tell us there is 30 minue wait when we go to place order and not when we are seated? Waste of time as you were busy. Decided to order online instead

Terrible experience considering that we are repeating customers waited for an hour after being told the wait time would be 30 minutes. Very disappointing and I am very upset. Some of the staff were rude not acceptable 50 minutes wait time for just milkshakes is crazy. Not impressed at all.

First of all, we ordered our 3 milkshakes (which don’t even take long to make) then they told us the wait would be 30 minutes. Then after we told them we had a delivery at home and we needed to get back so if it was possible to get it a bit quicker again considering the fact it’s only a milkshake which doesn’t take longer than 10 minutes AND they have multiple blenders. After this the lady told us to wait 10 minutes and then we came back after 10 minutes, we were told to wait another 10 minutes and after we told someone else who knows us because we are loyal consumers, she finally told the guy to make it and we got it after 55 minutes, yes 55 bloody minutes. This delineates horrible customer service and this shows how they treat their consumers this is horrible and should never happen and never happened until today. On top of that they don’t use their coupons anymore so she just tossed mine in the bin. And they had so many staff and the people who came in after us got their food before us and they even ordered waffles etc which take longer to make than a milkshake? Also you aren’t meant to leave your customers waiting for that long. I wish I knew there names and I would’ve wrote all of them.

Called up Milton Keynes to find out a price of a platter the lady who answered the phone said to me 'how stupid are you' and hung up on me. Called back again and asked to speak to the manager and she said 'no', we then asked the managers name and she said we couldn't have this and hung up again. Completely unacceptable customer service to someone who is asking a very simple question

The service and food was really good, especially White Bueno Cookie Dough was amazing. The staffs was very helpful, especially Gopal who suggested me the dish and made sure that my experience was memorable.

Over an hour 45 mins for two waffles? Which got thrown in the bin because was spoiled waste if time and money

Service hasn't been the best lately. Table Service 5 to 10mins apart for a table is not great. All deserts for a table should come together.

Never again! Started off great being shown to a table and ordered. 30 minutes later asked where the order was as the place was empty. The staff had marked it as being completed on their screens, promised they'll make it straightaway (no apology) After 5 mins they asked if we were table 11 (we were sat at table 3) then they turn up with the wrong order, we told them it was wrong and guy shrugged and said well take this one.. no we want what we ordered.. Came back with an ice cream however again it wasn't the ice cream we ordered... went up again to request a refund.. they offered to make it again, I said I've given up after 40 minutes... finally got my refund and not even one apology for the multiple mistakes.

Service was great. Food wasn't great. The whatever it is in the picture i post is disgusting. Tasted like wet pasta. Milkshake was okay, but the cream didn't taste nice. Wifi never seems to work in the building. It's password protected, but still doesn't work.

I came in with a big family of 10 and was served by Muhammad. Although we ordered only 20 mins before closing, he was incredibly helpful and gave great customer service. Will definitely be back with the family again!!

Shocking! Came tonight before IFLY...wasnt busy in there...ordered 4 deserts....1 came...5mins later 2 more come...4th no where to be seen! Asked where it were and eventually it came (wasnt right) so had to be taken back. I had to have it in a box to take away as by then we had no time, all of the supposed to be warm deserts were cold! The only compensation for wasting 50 something pound was 3 crappy scratch cards (which won you 10% off) will not be returning! Absolute waste of money & time!

I tried chimney cake. It was more of croissant that is cold and not fresh. Also the mango slices was really awful. Very disappointed 😞

Put in an order jusy gine 4pm for it to be delivered at 5, it cane at almost 6pm, 46 quid for 2 pancakes 1 waffle and 1 slushie is ridiculous and i wouldnt have paid it had it not been my daughters birthday, was qll very sickly too

the food was cold and the ice cream was leaked all over the bag so it was inedible, i’m very upset about the service the food went in the bin.

Food is great as always but I was very frustared that I was not able to use the money I had accrued on the app when paying at the till. I was told to place the order using the app to be able to use the accrued discount. Problem is that the signal is extremely bad in there and the wifi never works. In the end I decided to just order and pay the full price. Jasmin Pahuja was working at the till and he was very apologetic and showed empathy by giving me a voucher I could use to have some money off the bill. This is what you call great service. Thank you Jasmin for this and we will be coming back. P.S: fix your wifi please, it never works for people to use the app in store!

Terrible hygiene!! Hated it got a dirty cup of water (with someone’s pink lipstick marks on it) told this to a member of staff that it’s dirty for them to bring it out and see it is still not been cleaned properly. To make things worse there was a black short hair in my ice-cream - and I don’t have any black hairs so clearly one of the members of staff hairs was in my food!

Not sure why it was necessary for staff to completely drench one of the crepes in strawberry sauce so much that the entire crepe was soaked through, and it was leaking out the box and all over the inside of the bag. Not enjoyable at all. That being said, the brownie crepe was okay despite lacking the sauce I paid extra for. Not worth the money spent (£26)

Had a delicous cookie dough from here. The flavour is no longer on the menu - it was a special at the time. The waffle however was average.. if not below.

Did not get free donut that was on offer if spent over £20. Strawberries were not fresh and had strange taste, also were only couple of berries on the waffle. Ice cream was nice

Awful.My items looked like they had been thrown in the bag with no care, The cookie dough was completely drenched in sauce to the point you couldn’t even see the cookie dough, the sauce was all over the bag, ice cream and other items.

I recieved a voucher to spend here. Went in specifically because I wanted to redeem it. Was told I can not use today !!! This is because they are so thick they give out vouchers which can not be used before the tills are updated. Crap service . Highly disappointed being a regular at kaspas. </3

Horrific experience. Order was already delayed twice. Then the wrong order came. missing 2x Hershey and a drink. Phoned them up and still gave us the wrong order!! giving us only 1x Hershey and a drink. Leaving us with a waffle we DIDNT order or want. We did NOT get what we ordered nor did they make up for it afterwards! Ridiculous and disappointing

Extremely slow service. Went there recently when restaurant was half empty. Placed a simple order and waited nearly 30 mins. Makes no sense for an ice cream parlour to keep customers waiting this long

Visited the Kaspa outlet in MK yesterday. I ordered a chocolate mint sundae and my oh, oh my oh!🍨 It was so yummy and Jasvin Pahuja, the till supervisor was very generous to inform us about the summer special menu edits and the student discounts.

Today 29th July around 4 PM, my mom and I went to Kaspa's for an iced coffee and dessert, and the experience was problematic from the very start. At the counter, we ordered two coffees and two desserts: one Tropical Paradise and a custom creation. It turned out that only one dessert and two coffees were charged on the receipt. This situation was quickly rectified after we pointed out the incomplete order. Later, when I finally received my dessert, I discovered a fly wing inside. I approached the counter to report the issue. The lady who claimed to be the shift supervisor suggested that the wing must have gotten into the dessert when I was outside and insisted it wasn't there when the ice cream was served. The discussion with this lady was far from professional. As a customer reporting such a problem, I expected the dessert to be replaced without question. I had only tasted the dessert. The supervisor, however, insisted that if this happened again, she wouldn't replace it, implying that the fly wing was my fault rather than a mishap in ice cream storage or a simple accident. Eventually, the dessert was replaced after she asked what I expected in this situation. The lady who was assisting me didn't understand that I was talking about a fly wing, and I had to explain that I meant an insect that proverbially "sits on filth." As a customer, I believe the staff should undergo training in emotional intelligence (EQ) and professional customer service. Despite the issues, the place has a nice atmosphere, the coffee was delicious, and the ice cream, if not for the mishap with the fly, would have been enjoyable.

It is very good place for Desserts they have a variety of flavors,The taste was very good I have ordered waffles and crepes they are very delicious and the atmosphere and service are excellent. Overall I will recommend KASPAS for hot desserts.I would say this place is very good for those who have Desserts cravings.

Tried this dessert place for the first time today and I can tell you, not disappointed. The ambience is really lovely, plenty of seating and free parking outside too. Service was quick the desserts were mouth watering. The presentation and taste were both good. The desserts were not overly sweet, we ordered chimney cake, Ferrero rocher hot cookie dough, strawberry banana waffle all were in great portion size enough for 4/5 persons. I would recommend.

Went in today for some dessert and it was mind blowing. The till supervisor jasvin was very friendly and helped me out with the order. Would recommend everyone to visit.

We had an outstanding experience at this desert spot! The taste was exceptional, and the service was top-notch, thanks to Jasvin Pahuja's excellent assistance. He helped us create our own custom waffle, which was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was also impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making our visit even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back soon to indulge in more sweet treats!

Kaspas milton keynes . I go regularly to this place. I like the desserts very nice here. They lauch summer special it was very nice . Chimney cakes and cronuts are so tasty . Tropical paradise sundae is very tasty. Thanks to kaspas team

Went there with my autistic grandson for his birthday. They were nice enough, but half the ice cream was quite melted which he didn’t like they bought a candle out for him which was quite suede, but then when they brought other food out, his doughnut dropped on the floor so then he become reactive also because the ice cream was melted and then the cone broke that made it even worse. We had to then go and buy another cone after spending £41 on the other stuff and then the ice cream was dripping through the bottom of the cone. My daughter asked if they had another cone and they said they’re all the same would not go there again, would not recommend it The only nice bit of it was the fact they did bring a doughnut out with a little candle in for him, but because where they bought the food out, and these doughnut dropped on the floor. It made him so reactive. They didn’t replace the doughnut so then it ended up where we had to buy another doughnut and the ice cream, which, because it was dripping through the bottom of it, he wouldn’t eat wish we had not gone to kaspers tonight We had to leave quickly because my grandson becomes so reactive just couldn’t believe how the ice creams were so melted, and as I say, when we asked about the ice cream cone after his first one broke, they were not helpful then and then when we had to buy another one and it started dripping through the bottom which you don’t expect it where a cone is meant to keep the ice cream in there, so the ice cream must’ve been quite quite melted to start dripping so quickly So that then he wouldn’t eat, because it was too melted, what an experience

Stopped by for some quick desserts, however they took about half an hour to come, which is rather long considering we had only ordered 2 desserts and they weren’t even too busy!

jasvin had great customer service and was very kind he definitely made the visit so much better with his positive energy :))

Terrible delivery driver. Very rude and argumentative my door bell doesn’t work.. but didn’t think to knock, so called me and was rude down the phone aswell as at the door.

I went here for eid with family we order shakes 4 and waffles 3 they made the shakes from just milk and they were in a takeaway cup I complained and got another 3 made but they again put in takeaway cup but we were on tables and they still tasted weird than we got 3 of the same waffles it was supposed to be 2 of the same and one oreo than I went back to complain again they said we will make the oreo one for you but they than but hardly any oreo and white sauce on top when I asked for chocolate sauce so in the end I gave up and did not eat the waffle and only I had a lil bit shake not happy
