We had two outstanding curry meals - pave steak and pork/prawn both with copious tiffin accompaniments - absolutely delicious - paired with ice cold rose and super friendly service Book, go and enjoy..!

Called in to Ventnor today 7th Feb whilst on a short break holiday. Staff very friendly,spotlessly clean and a fantastic array of pasties and scones in the window. purchased 2 pasties and 2 fruit scones for £12. If it tastes as good as it looks then I’ll be happy 👌

The Carnaby Tea Rooms is an excellent place to go out for a meal.The whole cafe is such a joy to be in.The owner is very friendly and her and her staff make you feel extremely welcome.The Carnaby Tea Rooms menu is wonderful and the food is delicious.We have sampled everything from a Christmas Dinner complete with 10 different sorts of vegetables all well cooked down to the Shepherds pie and not forgetting the Wonderful Cheese and Mushroom Omelette which is the best Omelette we have ever tasted! We always feel at home at The Carnaby Tea Rooms and I highly recommend the food and ambience you will not be disappointed as it's the best place to eat not only on The Isle of Wight but on the Mainland too.

Beautiful cafe ,I asked about the special on low income how it works ,she said it’s only for very low income people looking at us like we wasn’t ,apart from that need a cafe like these more in struggling towns .

Best ice cream for miles Staff so friendly and never get stressed. Encourage tasters... Always so nice to the doggies too.

We had a really lovely breakfast at the Two Cooks today, full English is excellent, especially the sausages,great service.

Highly recommend the stripped brasserie! Staff were great, accommodated allergies and were very attentive. The atmosphere and decor are great. The food was amazing, recommended the pepperoni pizza and the lamb chops! Also were given a rose as it was valentines day weekend, a lovely touch! Will definitely be returning ☺️

Fab-u-lous, seafood platter was a feast for the eyes and the tummy. Have been a few times, always excellent. Awaiting seasons opening, so i can bring visiting family & friends, always a winner

Amazing birthday dinner here for my sister on Friday night! We were a larger table which is no easy feat in a small restaurant but the staff made us feel very welcome and fitted our party of 7 in, we all had cocktails (highly recommend the dragonfruit cocktail and the apple and wasabi margarita that comes with sorbet!) we had a mixture of the small plates and a few mains between us and each one was individual and enjoyable! The katsu rice cubes are a great welcome snack and the lamb dish with chimichuri was some of the best lamb we’ve ever had! My sister chose the yellow Thai curry which was very fragrant and tasty and her partner had the swordfish which was cooked perfectly! The whole evening was enjoyable with the best service from this wonderful kitchen and the waiting staff, and we even enjoyed a sweet birthday treat of Ube doughnuts which came with a decorate birthday plate and cake! Thank you so much everyone! We will definitely be back!

Genuinely one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had! Right from when we entered the place we were made to feel at home. The service was impeccable and the owner, Fabio, took a lot of his time out to talk to us and make us feel welcome. I consider myself a pizza geek and this was easily one of the best I’ve had! Full of flavour and with an amazing base. And the chilli oil was like something I’d never tasted before, wow! My wife absolutely loved her pasta too, she said the pancetta was delicious. But what really struck me about the place was just how friendly they all were and how well all the team there seemed to get on. I don’t want to effuse too much about the owner but I could tell he really cared about the place and the people working there. He seemed so genuine and I could feel the love he’s clearly put in to this place. We had a great chat about football too which is always a plus for me! My first time on the Isle of Wight but when I return I will be going back there for sure!

Amazing little find! Called for coffees, were tempted by the offer of a Sunday lunch from an enthusiastic and friendly staff. One of the best Sunday lunches we ever had: choice of meats with all the trimmings, accompanied by six vegetables! The puddings were also excellent. Wonderful all round. Highly recommended.

Dropped in for a couple of beers and played some trivial pursuit with my 16yo son. Great family friendly atmosphere and excellent beers. Great to see they have Wightnuckle on tap
