We had a lovely time at the Seven Hills Bar, just like the previous times when we have visited. (The drinks were amazing, hence the picture of the empty glasses:) The local beers were really good and we received excellent service from Elena and Mate just like before!

BEWARE - Absolutely shocking experience with customer service from reception, I gave my registration number to reception as a guest and there greedy ( outsourced ) car parking issued me with a £100 fine some weeks later - disgusting !! and will NEVER stay there again !!

This was a favourite venue of a friend who had died. Those who attended the funeral were invited back here for some refreshment. The team who looked after us were so very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and piping hot - perfect for serving on a cold grey February afternoon.

A lovely cafe inside Tesco. Friendly and attentive, with good food and coffees. Will be sorry to see H&H go from this Tesco pub early May. Wishing the staff well!

Recharge Cafe, Ground Floor. Went here with a friend for lunch. We wanted some quiche which looked very tasty. It was stone cold. Asked if it could be put in the microwave. THEY DON’T HAVE A MICROWAVE. So they were tasteless. Wanted some saucers for our cups of coffee. THEY DON’T HAVE ANY SAUCERS. This is Mercedes Benz. Not some little greasy spoon. Disgraceful. Don’t bother.

Friendly staff, food look fresh and nice, we had the chilli and rice. Which I have to say was overly hot, as in cooked hot, it was lukewarm. Plus the chilli did not have much taste to it. I understand you have to make bulk but just slightly disappointed. Later on though, in the afternoon we had a cup of tea and shared a scone, jam and cream, that was much better.

We've been here many times before and had no issues. This time they said would take 20 minutes to cook 2 jacket potatoes as they had none ready. We weren't in a rush and we didn't mind the wait. However the potato came completely rock solid hard neither of us could eat it. We tried to mush some of it up but honestly was rock hard, luckily was hot inside. However since leaving we've both been violently ill. I think for future referance no m and s cafe should be serving jacket potatoes, which contain many problems if not cooked correctly, with cooking times less than 30 minutes and no foil wrapping as this doesn't cook the potatoes properly. I would like to have seen how that jacket potato was cooked but my lesson is learned that I will never order the jacket potato again from M and S cafe.

The lady in the till wasn't very nice. After telling us they run out of pasta and chicken, she gets upset because we didn't think in a second option straight away and took us an extra minute to order an alternative. We just ate here because it was already late for the kids, we assume the food is not great but at least we expect a good service to compensate the quality. And btw, how can they run out of anything being a supermarket?????
