Seven Hills Restaurant, Bar and Terrace in Elmbridge

Exceptional breakfast and service at Seven Hills, Hilton. I have regularly stayed at this hotel and am pleased to write this review because of the exceptional service that has been consistently provided.Best of all is the energetic team lead Niky who always has a smile and pleasant attitude, and cannot do enough to help her guests. The food is fresh and I am impressed that this hotel manages to keep such loyal employees, they must be doing something right.

A good experience made even more enjoyable with the lovely, friendly waitron, Sofia. She was most helpful and an asset to the hotels dining experience.

I visited this lovely restaurant yesterday for the first time. The food was great, staff were friendly and Rakeb was amazing, constantly checking if everything is okay. Great atmosphere highly recommended!

Thank you to Vanessa, she was outstanding! Really went the extra mile to ensure our visit was a good one. She is a credit to the restaurant. Also the head chef is a great guy and ensured we were catered for despite having allergies within our group. Food was excellent too. Many thanks.

Visited during a hotel stay. All staff I came across were courteous and felt like they wanted to be there. A specific mention to server Thea whi I felt went over and above to address some dietary restrictions (not the usual standard ones) working with the kitchen staff to ensure I could safely eat. This team went over and above to give me the confidence in what incase getting was ok for me to eat, safely. Thank you Thea.

Seven Hills is an above average Hilton hotel restaurant. The menu is eclectic, the food well-prepared, and the staff are fully-engaged in the success of the venue. Today I had classic fish & chips, and it rivals any I’ve had in London!! And they have a delicious Camden Stout on tap that pairs wonderfully with this dish!

The roast was very poor. The meat was very tough, roast potatoes were soggy and everything lacked taste. I won a competition on Instagram for these to be free so I expected both roasts to be free however they only deducted £30 from our bill and not the total cost of both roasts which was £40. Didn’t say anywhere it was only £30 towards the meals so was disappointed especially after a bad roast.

A wonderful experience, Melroy took care of us. He was exceptionally attentive and so polite and well mannered. This made the evening an altogether lovely experience. Highly recommend.

Stayed for a week with family and young children cristi was amazing our whole stay and accommodated all our needs and helped with all questions

Good bit of food to have while watching the football, good pints, george was on bar and very attentive didnt have to wait to be served with a busy restaurant. Top service

Superb Sunday Roast. Party of 5 and every one of us had a perfect meal in a great setting. The restaurant looks recently refurbished (April '24) and is set in fantastic grounds. Also, wanted to say a big thanks to Salete for looking after us so well, always smiling and a perfect service throughout. We will be back.

We had breakfast, dinner and drinks at the restaurant, and the experience for all three was fantastic. The crew (especially Elena who helped us multiple times) there was very friendly, while the dishes were well prepared and fresh. I would recommend those traveling to Cobham to give this restaurant a go - it can hardly let you down.

Lots of yummy sounding options on the menu. Had a hard time deciding what to order. Cobb salad was tasty. Service was great - Thea was attentive and friendly. It was a nice end to a long day.

We had an excellent stay at the Cobham Hilton hotel made extra special by our restaurant experiences. We have stayed over the last two weekends, purely by chance of circumstances. Both stays were great. Nicky as usual is superb in the restaurant, welcoming, friendly and extremely professional. Her staff, especially Emma ably assisted by Zoe and Harry have obviously been trained very well and do their very best to make sure that everything is working as well as possible for breakfast. Well done Hilton- a few gems in your restaurant!

Where staying at the hotel for business and managed to make a same day booking for a group of 10 which was extremely lucky given how busy the restaurant was. Food selection is decent enough with a specials option as well. I opted for the chicken mahakin which was very nice though thought the popadom was slightly stale. But overall the selection and quality of food was very good. Our waitress Thea was exceptional, very friendly and attentive, I noticed on multiple time she'd check on the tables to see if their was anything that might be needed, a credit it to the team. The only negative I'd have to say is I opted for the Apple Crumble desert and after waiting longer than everyone else was told they had none left :( for they did comp me a desert of my choice.

We had afternoon tea at Seven Hills and was served by Cristi - he was great! Great experience for Mother’s Day we would recommend!

Once we arrived our initial service was slow but once someone attended to us service was faultless. Food was served promptly and was delicious. The set menu could have included a slightly enlarged variety. Overall our experience was very enjoyable.

It was very lovely food for brunch ! Mothers day deal for £15, we had some lovely food (pork belly and eggs benedict with pastrami 😋) will definitely recommend and come back. We had complementary prosecco for the ladies!!!

Stay at this hotel often on my regular monthly business trip. It is a quaint hotel with quiet, modern, clean rooms. I always eat in the hotel restaurant and am always greeted and cared for by Elena - The friendlies, kindest waitress whom has always looked after me in the years I have visited this hotel. The food is always good. I would recommend the chicken wings to start and a ribeye steak for mains with cabbage/yoghurt on the side. The Head Chef knows how to cook 👍

Great staff, great breakfast. You can enjoy your British breakfast with very high quality products. Or you can design your own breakfast with different variety of good products here. If the weather is shining a little bit around the trees, you can start your day already happy with fresh weather.

Visited the restaurant for 2 nights in March with colleagues from work, it was such a great experience with polite, attentive and knowledgeable staff both nights. Cristina, Elena, melroy are such a credit to the company. Out group had a great time, and nothing was too much for the team. Will be back soon again.

The renovation is so incredible the whole space has had a miraculous uplift, it honestly made me smile walking in. The staff were massively friendly and accommodating, it was a really enjoyable space to work and have a coffee after visiting their gym.

Staying in the hotel with my kids. Didn’t want to travel for dinner and tried the hotels seven hills restaurant. Attentive and great service from Elena. Kids ate pizza and chicken breast from the menu and they were happy.

I’ve been a regular here now since July, and have to say even when I’ve had issues with my corporate booking agents the staff here have gone out their way to help and resolve. The food here is consistent with all other Hilton’s I’ve stayed...

The worst burger I ever had, served with soft / wet french fries. It was barely eatable and definitely not what you can usually expect at a Hilton Resort. Considering the price of the meal, they should be ashamed.
