Ordered a seafood platter to be delivered. When ordering the manager was helpful and adapted my order. Delivery service excellent! Lady was polite and again helpful. The food was nothing short of fresh and excellent! Thank you

This is such a lovely fish restaurant. We had a delicious meal (the photos posted on trip advisor do not do this place justice). Absolutely fantastic service they were so friendly and could not do enough for us. Really enjoyed our evening here. Very reasonable prices considering the quality. Will definitely be back when we are in the area. Thank you!

My partner and I enjoyed a fabulous meal on our first visit to Shelby's. It's a small intimate place and the outside (it's next door to Kwik Fit!) is quite understated. The down to earth service couldn't have been more efficient or friendlier (Thanks Jodie) and the food was very good value. I can recommend both the spinach and pea soup and the thai fish cakes for starters, and the grilled sea bass which we both had for the main course. The chef was happy to do a bit of mix and match from the menu to accommodate our preferences for what accompanied the sea bass. We were surprised how quiet the restaurant was with just one other couple dining there during our visit. We will definitely be returning to Shelby's and hope it gets the recognition it surely deserves as the quality and presentation of the food is really very good indeed.

I have had freshly cooked lobster from Shelby's three times, they are amazing. I did have the Seafood Platter last weekend, which consisted of lobster, crab, prawn, oysters, scallops.It was a banquet meal, really amazing.

Last night (Saturday 6/2/21) I order 2 lobsters to takeaway from Shelby's. I collected them at 6.30pm and they were amazing. Freshly cooked with the shells cracked, absolutely delicious.

Saturday night I bought three freshly cooked lobsters from Shelby's, they were delicious. I was very impressed by the selection of other fresh fish and shellfish, I will definitely go back for more.

We held a small and special (socially distanced) celebration meal here. Organised in a short space of time but Kate the owner went out of her way to accommodate everything we asked for plus we received great service on the night. Definitely worth a visit

My husband and I love FNDN (Friday night date night) but our local, fantastic restaurant had been sold to new owners in Jan. After refurbishment, they unfortunately had to close shortly before Lockdown. Now reopened as Shelby's, we are pleased to see the quality and charm continuing. Fish and seafood are the specialities - what a selection there is. The seafood chowder is out of this world and will become a regular favourite. The cod loin was beautiful (I had mine without the bacon) and the vanilla and strawberry cheesecake soft and delicious. Amy is charming and deserves every success. Spread the word - we need to support our local places - more so than ever now.

We are delighted to have tried this new local bistro. We had a Friday night takeaway. My son had Hake and chips with sides of mushy peas and onion rings. I had panko king prawns. All piping hot and cooked to perfection. Great light crispy batter and very generous juicy fish. Excited to try more items especially the Lobster Spaghetti! We shall return....it’s great to have really good local restaurants.

A new place opened in Oatlands Weybridge. It used to be called SOSIO’S which wasn't the busiest place in the world. Shelbys has entered as fish resturant. We only had the Fish and Chips with all the chips shop trimmings. Cod and chips 3 times and I had the Haddock. You wouldn’t guess it wasn’t from your local chip shop. You do pay for the convenience but very nice. The only fault I would make was the batter was a too thick so a little greasy on the inside of the batter. A little thinner please Shelbys. :-). They seem to have full range of shell fish from the Lobster to lightly dusted calamari. from Newlands Cornwall. You couldn’t get any better than that! I haven’t tried the menu yet but we will! A welcome addition to any already well catered for area. A perfect fit!!

Went for the first time tonight to Shelby's Seafood & Steak. We have watched it be refurbished for the last few months, and they have done a super job. Very friendly staff and excellent food.
