We have been several times before but tonight was not good, the service was very slow and although the food was nice it was cold, especially the vegetables, the staff did not engage with us during the meal and we felt just left to it, we did mention the cold food as a "feedback" but it fell on deaf ears, shame really as the food was tasty I think it was because the service staff were so slow to bring it to us,maybe it's time to try elsewhere!

Usually very good but today our roast dinners were cold, my tea had the string and paper label in the water and when asking for a very small version of a desert got charged full price. Wasnāt a good experience today will give it a while before returning

When I say how stunning this place is, it is an understatement. I have had a few different options here... The salmon and scrambled eggs are to absolute die for.. As is the Welly! The latte's are out of this world too and the staff are so friendly even when they are so packed out. Aimee served us a few weeks ago with such a positive smiley attitude and today I was met by Kelly who is just a ball of fun! The owners are so kind... Get in there early as it is clearly a fan favourite. Best brunch/breakfast I have ever eaten in Dover. No wonder it's popular!

Amazing quality and excellent value for money. Bought lunch for four adults for less than Ā£20 to take on the ferry. Much nicer than the usual chain shop for this product, and all freshly made. Will definitely use again before crossing the Channel.

Purchased a breakfast stick and it was very very tasty, coffee was rather small for a regular coffee but next time we would happily buy a large one. Highly recommend this place, it was my first time but would certainly use again.

I usually go here all the time, but clearly the guy was having a bad day. I was in a rush but the customer in front was taking her time because she was pretty much an imbecile, there was 2 of them serving the one lady which wasnt needed and caused a huge que. I didnt say anything, I didn't complain as it wasnt necessary to do so, but the guy at the till (manager I think, Italian, Algerian guy) saw I was annoyed and purposely started snickering and started moving even slower. Again I go here all the time and have no issue with this store, but why this gentleman felt it was okay to do this when I didn't make a complaint or say anything. I waited without causing fuss. This is the same guy that used to work in the Old Walthamstow Mall branch that was noted to be very rude and abrasive.
