I decided to have my first Chai Latte this morning. I am a died in the wool latte drinker, and was reluctant to change. I asked the staff to read the ingredients to me and boy was I surprised the Chai latte tasted like Christmas. I loved it and I’ll be coming back for more. I had to have a ham and cheese toastie to go with it theirs are the best in the world. The COSTA staff no matter where I go around the world are very friendly and lovely and helpful.

Costa was all delicious and perfect, delivery driver was awesome but I’m still annoyed with Just eta as a company for not actually refunding me previously and then saying they had but they still haven’t and then I stupidly spent £60 on “fish & chips” which was awful and applied for a refund and been ignored but I really wanted Costa so I am a victim if my own laziness

The driver turned up to give me my food but it wasn’t the costa I had ordered, I said that’s not mine & he said oh I’ve given your order to someone else, I’ll try get it back but he hasn’t returned so I’ve had no lunch & been charged

Lid not on hot chocolate foord ruined and drinks ruined as all leaked

all 3 drinks tasted funny and only half cup full ... none of us drank the drinks .. complete waste of money

Great place to meet friends and family. Staff, very friendly and helpful. O, yes the Coffee was good too.

The Kit Kat hot chocolate appears to have bits floaty in it. According to the menu it should have light whip and bits of wafer, but the wafer bits are just floating in the hot chocolate and created a rather disgusting texture. There also was no small Kit Kat chocolate with the order.

Worth the wait. I love Costa Flat White.

Order came very late and then missing 2/3 items. Very disappointed.

Had to cancel the 1st order as it was over an hour late, second order came uncooked/cold and late by 40mins too. Very disappointed.

The toppings on top of the coffees completely collapsed as they must have been waiting around for a very long time. The coffee wasn't hot but warm. The restaurant are always great so the rating is a reflection of the waiting time. Also very confusing my order was out for delivery the driver disappeared from the map then reappeared over 10 mins later pretty much in a different area. Can only assume another order was delivered in between?

I love Costa Flat Whites, wraps and just-amazing carrot cake all delivered fresh and tasty by good drivers who can follow directions and don't get lost.

delivery time changed by 30mins when arrived all was cold ended up have to microwave my coffee and put panni in my toastie maker to warm all back up. Didnt pay nearly £20 for my warm food to arrive cold.

Drinks where Luke warm at best. Drank my coffee in one.

Was nice food just very overpriced, £4.60 for a bacon bap that had one piece of bacon in it. Nearly £5 for a thin slice of cake. Nothing special, like I say, it’s nice food and drink but very overpriced for what you actually get.

Delivery driver was rude and just left bag on floor at my door and walked off

The food and the drink were piping hot and the quality was the same as if I'd been in the shop.

Popped in before a hospital appointment sitting near the door I was amazed at staff who not only knew peoples names but their orders they opened doors for customers in wheelchairs and helped elderly get settled They were not only good at their jobs but were so happy serving and helping people, will definitely use this cafe again. Just refreshing to see a place run in such a positive way oh and lovely coffee .

Food quality was shocking, drinks completely melted with the lids not attached, bread is soggy and we are missing an item.

Unfortunately the oat milk wasn't oat milk

Food arrived stone cold, hard and chewy. Toasted on one side and not the other. Would not order from here again.

Here it was possible to get a great coffee and some lovely sandwiches. It was only a little breezy since the outlet of the a/c was everywhere.

Food was good, unfortunately over half the drink ended up in the bottom of the bag so I couldn't enjoy it very much and ended up with lots of clean up.

Bubble tea balls had burst in the bottom of my drink. So was all slush. Tainted the drink badly.

I have now ordered large latte three times (because as a carer i am housebound for much of the time). Every time i have written into the order notes that ONE shot ONLY please because i can't take strong coffee. Every time this is ignored/not noted and i get bitter strong latte. No more Costa :(

No stars as food was a mess and had to send it away. Not costa shop itself as they were very helpful. The driver wanted to leave the mess with us. Complained as not hygienic as drinks were running down his leg!!!! Doesnt deserve any stars byt had to give 1!!

Still not here even though it says delivered, ordered for 9:40 because I have work now 10:10 and got to go to work starving, joke.

Nice coffee staff are helpful and like everywhere these days quite expensive.

A very warm welcome from the staff. Interesting value for money and very good products. A strategic place for a bathroom break! I recommend it.

Don't normally go here but I was getting an "too good to go" bag staff were friendly, there were plenty of seats at the time of my visit.

Ordered at 16:38…. Arrived at 18:03… said it would arrive at 17:10..

Great service and coffee. Only one thing, they only have one member of staff 8.30 to 9 at weekends so sometimes a queue.

Good range of light bites and snacks. Coffee as you'd expect, staff nice.

It's a Costa, serves coffee & for me the first place I ever had non-instant coffee so my standards are pretty basic when it comes to coffee. I used to think those bottles of Camp Coffee were the real thing. And BTW, it's not called Costa for nothing - if you come here, it's gonna cost'ya

It's changed quite a bit since first opening But still great coffee and still great service. I had a lovely sausage bap today.

Cakes were ruined due to being in the same bag as the toasties.

Missing the marshmallows bacon was disgusting cold rubbery the roll was far too chewy disappointing

Toilet was dirty and urine all-over the seat and floor. Staff not overly friendly, no one cracked a smile.

Ideal stop off for a quick, (or slow), coffee. Can always rely on a decent drink at any Costa coffee shop. I will always choose Costa over others...

One of the less inviting outlets, only really saved by the staff! The fiat white I had today was terrible and way over heated. I only went here to kill 20 minutes and wished I hadn't!

Coffee spilt in bags lukewarm , food as if it was left on side had to reheat

My local shop as I live in the town centre and I couldn't be happier to have it on my doorstep! Coffee is always on point, the manageress (I think she is the Manager as she is there seemingly every day) is really nice and always acknowledges her regulars, and the team as a whole are all super friendly...love the place! Biggin Street Costa take a bow 👏👌

Food says delivered at 3:49 it is now 4:11 and I still haven’t received the order. I am sure it would have been good if it had been delivered

The taste of the chai latte was very poor, it tasted of hot milk and not of the warming chai spices. Very disappointed

I visited Costa today based in dover in the main town, with my friends to have a nice relaxed Costa however, was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome by one of the staff members. I believe her name was Daisy. When she asked me and my friends what we would like to drink she was very impolite and didn’t show good customer service or come across welcoming. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed by the lack of service We was giving.

Toastie was stone cold! Ridiculously late and I’m fuming! Will not be ordering again!!!

Drinks and food are fine. Not the cleanest Costa I've visited.
