The best restaurants in Amersham Town Chiltern South East

We purchased a travelzoo voucher as we've never been to the restaurant before and wanted to try the food. Really pleased we did, the restaurant is lovely and we couldn't fault the food and service. Looking forward to returning soon.

Koko’s New Coffee Shop in Beaconsfield is top notch! Great coffee - that’s a given, but the most delicious home made sandwiches & cakes. Absolutely unbeatable in this quaint, friendly little coffee shop - definitely don’t walk past!!!! The Nutella Cheesecake is insanely good!

Nowhere better in Amersham, or Bucks! And now peanut butter is on the menu, it’s complete. Best pastries, best bread, best coffee, friendliest service and advice….and best music (although Mondays, Christy plays a dodgy playlist). A wonderful place to eat and drink.

Consistently our favourite night out anywhere. Drop at No11 is an absolute treat. James who runs the place is a superb host with an encyclopaedic knowledge of wine. The drink itself is first class and is always accompanied by exceptional cheese and wine. We pay this bar a visit every time we can get a babysitter. It’s absolutely our ‘happy place’ Would give more than 5 stars if we could.

Elaine and her Team are fabulous! We regularly eat Sushi and Sashimi in some of the top places in London. Zuma, Dinings etc. I can safely say that the quality here is just as good if not better!

Probably the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, and lovely warm cinnamon bun too. Excellent food. We turned up with babies, dogs and prams and they couldn’t have been more accommodating of us, really brilliant service!

Had a delicious cocktail ....wonderful experience where you can sit at bar and watch the fab bar staff make your drink with care and skill. Worth every penny

I would like to have written a positive review but having both called and emailed to enquire if they have wheelchair access and an accessible toilet I have had no response and will book elsewhere. I can only assume that they do not or they do not want my custom. Very poor.

During my recent visit to the Restaurant, I experienced significant issues with their customer service, which I feel compelled to share. Firstly, the allocation of tables was questionable. Despite visible availability of tables, guests, including myself, were made to wait unnecessarily. This left the impression that there was a lack of organization or a prioritization system that was unclear and inconsistent. Additionally, I encountered unprofessional and impolite behavior from a member of staff. Instead of addressing concerns in a courteous manner, their attitude came across as dismissive and indifferent, which is unacceptable in a customer-focused environment. Politeness and professionalism are fundamental aspects of the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, this staff member failed to meet those standards. Overall, the experience left much to be desired. For a restaurant to thrive, it must offer not only good food but also exceptional service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving staff training and overall customer interaction. It’s disappointing to see such potential undermined by poor service.

Food was okay, massively over priced. We spent £498 on a taster menu lunch when we weren’t even drinking alcohol! Atmosphere was great and where we were sat was lovely. Staff were nice but waitress had dirty nails….grim. Wouldn’t go back, just not worth the crazy amount of money we were charged.

The calamari and chicken Caesar salad are both amazing with a side of zucchini fries. The atmosphere and service is brilliant aswell. I would highly highly recommend
