Very disappointed with this restaurant tonight. Slightly hostile waiter at door when we arrived - no smile, no welcome . Food was ok but definitely ‘style over substance’. Nothing was particularly tasty. A capuccino at £5.35 seemed very over priced. We won’t be returning.

Had a lovely evening meal here the staff were very friendly and welcoming the restaurant was clean and pleasant, plenty of quality food at very good prices will certainly be going back

Literalmente el mejor café de la estación en el que he estado. Realmente auténtica deliciosa comida vietnamita, y un montón de otras opciones. Servicio muy amable y educado y súper limpio. ¡Voy a ir allí cuando no consiga un tren! Recomiendo encarecidamente este café.

Haven’t been back here since covid and it was surprisingly good. Set lunch is very good value as well. We had soup and salmon for starters, and chicken and trout for main courses. All were very tasty. Staff were attentive and more than helpful. Great to see local business doing well. Keep it up!

Brought the band and crew for breakfast. I work in Boston, and this was one of the best experiences I've had. The staff was super fast and always smiling; it was just a lovely experience.

Servicio lento terrible. Llevo aquí 40 minutos y todavía no hay comida. Escaso conocimiento de alergia alimentaria. Mucho personal escondido detrás del mostrador. Estamos en peligro de perder nuestra franja horaria de exposición. No recuerdes que fue así antes. Necesita a alguien a cargo para administrar el servicio.

Un grupo de nosotros tuvimos una comida para llevar de la tienda de Chichester de pastel y puré con guisantes y salsa. Dos de nosotros comimos pastel S&K y estaba delicioso. La pastelería era corta, crujiente y cocinada correctamente. El relleno consistía en trozos de filete, trozos de riñón y un poco de carne picada en una sabrosa salsa. El puré era muy suave y mantecoso. No se requiere S&P, ya que todo fue sazonado al gusto. Una porción de buen tamaño por el precio. La próxima vez probaré uno diferente.

Always the same great standard in Côte.

Absolutely disgusting. Got a delivery and I ordered 2 large meat and chips with salad, kids fish and chip meal, curry sauce and a box of chillies. All of it can stone cold and was literally freezing like it came out of the freezer. It wasn’t edible at all. The hottest thing that came was the curry sauce and that was lukewarm! I ordered because i honestly thought it was going to be good but i was wrong and i will never be ordering again!

What a gem beautiful pastries ,staff need to be a bit more chatty but nice

Decor/decorum was nice. Staff were nice enough.. Came in early evening with a couple of tables already inside. Food was okay but no wow factor to it. Didn’t think prices of items reflected what we got. They forgot an item that we ordered but gave us another item that we didn’t instead, so perhaps a mix up there. No check back to see how our meal was/for us to get another drink. Chorizo, calamari, mushrooms, a side salad with a med wine and bottle of beer with service charge came just shy of £60.. which I’m in two minds about, If it was worth it based on the overall visit. Overall experience was okay but wouldn’t go back in a hurry based on experience but perhaps a one off.

Nice layout in seating area. Beautiful atmosphere and welcoming vibes. Staff were good and service was satisfying. Ao far food wasn’t bad. Love egg benedict with coffee. Good location in middle of high street.

The bottomless brunch is so good really good food choices and a good cocktail variety for an affordable price had the best time for my birthday and the staff are so friendly!
