Good food, although a little slow to be cooked. Service was good.

Great foods, but please don't make you feel your customers who are ordering over the phone that you are not interested in taking the orders because you are probably busy.

Had champagne afternoon tea. Staff were lovely, left us alone to chat but probably could have come over sooner to ask if we needed anything, sandwiches were tasty but the bread had dried out a bit and they had left the crusts on. Not what you expect. Scones and cakes were delicious though. I would recommend as ok and hope the bread was better.

Got given a ‘voucher’ for a free shot with any drink which is the only reason we even went. Bouncers were immediately aggressive and unfriendly - my boyfriend accidentally stepped on the foot of one due to the cramped environment and apologised immediately, and it was very clearly an accident. One bouncer responded as if we had made some kind of physical aggressive threat and reminded us it was £5 to enter (there was about 7 people in there on a Friday night) Very strange superior attitude given that the place is virtually empty. New bouncers needed ASAP!

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting TacoBell in Canterbury, and I must say, the experience was delightful. The food was absolutely delicious. The services were outstanding, especially thanks to an exceptional staff member named Roxana. She was incredibly helpful and kind, making the visit even more enjoyable. Her behavior was exemplary. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a great meal with excellent service!

Absolutely disgusted with how I just got spoken too. The elderly woman, Tutting, sighing rolling her eyes because I’m asking for prices of things went to pay and then decided I wanted 2 more items the sighs and rudeness I’m godsmacked. Made me feel anxious the whole time I was in there. How can you treat your customers like that! I even said to her I will go to the bakery the other side of the road if you can’t handle situations and get stressed like that. Terrible customer service.

My fav part is when they didn't take my name, and then gave me the wrong order. It was a really nice end to my long busy day.

Is my first time going to this place, i am not recommending at all. The staff is not taking the order, they are looking at you but they put you to wait. You pay a lot of money for tiny plates and one of the desserts is like a croissant with chocolate but is supposed to be waffle, however i asked for knife to cut it and they don t even have knife. I said if he can cut it for me so i can share with my friend and he said we can do it alone. The place is dirty as well and no customer service. As well is very expensive!!!!!! NOT RECOMMEND

Below average generic take away with absolutely no love or care given to food. Pretty dismal waste of money.

Great British breakfast The waffle stack was good too. Friendly staff .. when in Canterbury give them a try …. We will be back and will not hesitate to recommend to my friends

Got the Gravey dipping double bucket, the fillets were good but the hot wings didn’t taste good. After 20 min I got home and got a bad stomach ache and then you know what I sat on the toilet for a solid hour.

Last time I’ve bought churros from this place! Had 4 churros instead of 5 and have been payed £7. Realised churros are not well cooked/prepared and even chocolate spread doesn’t look like it should be looking! Very disappointed!
