Abundantes pasteles caseros, pasteles.
Ice cream tubs very small for price and they hadn't even got spoons to eat it with! Suggest going to one of several other places for ice cream in Rottingdean.
This is one of my best coffee places in Brighton but something went wrong recently. Staff used to whip up a superb coffee, without fail, but the new person is not exactly a coffee person. She also looks as if she is there under duress, not because she wants to serve coffee. A smile and a little welcoming vibe would help. And also, if your coffee goes wrong, which can happen to anybody, maybe make a decent new one.
So I got hooked in by the all-day breakfast!
I had a very enjoyable but somewhat guilty and non dietary brunch, which was very tasty.
My motivation in writing this review is more about the warm service and greeting I received. If this was my local, I'd be in there all the time. There is a wider menu too for lunch/evenings. Please do support them.
Personal gruñón
Tan apretado en la tahina y humorístico. Literalmente un envoltorio con ensalada. No volvería ni recomendaría. Ve a Israel por algo comestible.
Stunning lunch at Fourth and Church yesterday! Five star, fine dining and top notch service.. with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
Great value lunch set menu, nice portion size with gorgeous flavours! Our servers Ruby and Peter really knew their stuff! They were both so attentive and second guessed all our needs, offering great advice on wine and even offering a taster on one we’d commented on. They made our day! And the food was next level too. Chef’s kiss!
Well done on all your recent awards! Hugely deserved, we shall be back !!!
We had our first supper at Wild Flor last night and the ingredients were very fresh and tasty and portions and pricing was on point. The food leaned a bit too French for us to become regulars, think good lashings of cream and butter, at least in the dishes we ordered. We could appreciate what they were up to, though we'd have preferred a bit more balanced seasonings - like more fresh herbs and acids to balance the richness. Lovely local space and recommend if you're looking for a good somewhat rich meal.
