Fireaway Pizza Brighton in Brighton and Hove

Ordered through UberEats. Was told food would arrive in 35 - 45 minutes. After 60 minutes food still wasn’t delivered. Tried to call the store 5 times but every time no one answered. Tried to call store again to cancel order, still no one answered. Waited another 15 minutes, still no sign of food. Ended up cancelling. Terrible service

Order came slightly late but was told they were very busy - was given a free milkshake by way of apology!

Have tried it many times because of its delicious taste ,good service of the staff. Real Italian pizza with fresh vegetables and toppings in great price.

I've had this from Uber eats and been in-person and like I thought wedges were supposed to be crispy, it's basically boiled potatoes with seasoning atp it's sad. the wings are flavourless even tho I picked the honey one lol, it tasted like nothing skin was just sliding off not great. and the pizza is ok at best again it mostly tasted like nothing but it's still like cheese on bread it's edible ig. The guys at the till are nice tho good service. Besides that would not recommend at all.

Not worth the hype. 2nd time ordering and will be the last. Calzone soggy and inedible. Wetter than the river thames.

Every side dish ABSOLUTELY COVERED in dried oregano, meaning that's all you could taste. Pizza was nice, definitely room to be more generous with toppings Vs other places. Mozzarella caprese salad contained just one cherry tomato cut in half

pizza was really nice, like the extra cheese to, most pizza places when ask for extra cheese, there's nothing on it, very impressed with that, milkshake very nice aswell, polite delivery driver to.

I ordered a Calzone (with a few extras). It was delivered within the time frame specified. Even though the courier was untrackable. The food was very good. Certainly the best Calzone I’ve had outside London. Would definitely use them again.

As i just have to give feedback on this franchise. As my friend suggested me to try the Pizza from Fireaway and i did that. The best thing is that the delivery colleague who are delivering the orders. They are giving best as well as fast service to their valuable customers. Really, the delivery is too fast and reliable. The behaviour of delivery boy is also very good. And now if talk about the taste and quality of the Pizza then i would just say. There is no competition of quality, quantity of the Fireaway pizza. And i also forgot to share the Wonder taste of strawberry milkshake. It is too tasty and very healthy as well.

I came to Brighton for summer trip i heard about a famous pizza store in Brighton i had a vegetarian pizza with a nutella shake it was totally amazing very good experience and especially thanks to the person Who serve me i remember his name ankit Thank you ankit

Genuinely the saddest pizza ever. The cheddar looks like phlegm :( potato wedges were just undercooked and over seasoned, full of regret

Found this place on the off chance. we received a warm welcoming smile from the gent behind the desk. straight away helped direct us through the menu including all of the deals. Food was served hot and very quickly! all made in front of you. very good, fresh stone baked pizza. would highly recommend and will be back in the future!

Hi there, I’m contacting regarding the order status of my pizza. I ordered recently and I’ve been waiting roughly an hour since it’s said to have been delivered. It still hasn’t come. I’m extremely frustrated at the disservice I have come to due to JUST EAT’s delivery service. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Service and delivery time was good, the food, while technically had nothing wrong with it, wasn't outstanding either, at the price point it is fairly valued, certainly passable and far from the worst options available, and if you want something affordable, this isn't a bad choice, however there are better Pizza's out there, but they are more expensive.

A very nice place to have a pizza, I tries veggie Supreme and it's a great pizza, oreo mcflurry is a must try.

Food was on its way within 12 minutes of ordering which was a bit concerning, the food was eatable but Pizza was floppy and cheese was rubbery. Wedges were half cooked. Dessert was not really very nice either, bit stale. Overall from this experience I wouldn’t order here again but it could have just been a bad day.

Awful experience- ordered from uber eats, was told they'd be delivering it so we won't get any tracking. estimated delivery 1:40-2. it's now 2:30 and no food! can't get a hold of them either, it says the user is busy when trying to call them. fully convinced they've just taken my money and run. i get it's new years but why accept my order if you don't even get it out to me!

The worst pizza I’ve had in a long long time.. infact I’ve had better pizzas from a freezer!! So called “signature pizza” Absolutely pathetic below amateur level pizza it should be called. To top it off it had tinned ingredients and tiny amount of meat just In the centre of the pizza.

A mistake was made with my order (wrong pizza toppings as part of a meal deal) and they immediately sent an entire new meal deal right away. I order from this place all the time and it’s amazing, great pizza for a very good price, and this has cemented them as caring a lot about their customers. Incredible place.

Ordered online- came on time but very cold, ordered the wings which came to a completely different flavour as well as the pizza which was completely different as well called in to complain to receive no help whatsoever. Got food poisoning the next day. Awful

The gluten free base was undercooked and tasted very floury. The potato wedges were missing and after phoning them were delivered 40 minutes later under cooked and cold. Would not recommend.

Very bad experience. Ordered delivery - the meal arrived much later than expected, as a result the food was cold. I’d ordered Plain wings for a nine year old - who received the extra spicy ones instead. So, the 9 year old was hungry because their dinner was late - and then couldn’t eat it. Thanks guys! 🥳

Best pizza I've had for a long time!

Pizza not great ingredients below par hardly any pepperoni and no meat ball which I ordered extra. Chicken strips were to salty had two could not eat the rest. Only real positive was the big olives on pizza but honestly that is it. Going to suffer tonight, and will need a bucket load of water .

Ordered through Uber Eats - The did not deliver - I went to the store to pick up the pizza, they refused to give me the pizza! They have taken the money and refuse to give me my food - I was shouted at by the man in store, while the men in the back laughed at the situation - disgusting - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES Update to their response - the food was not left on the door step! When I asked where my food was, both on the phone and in person the response I got was silence. The gentleman in the shop (I’m being nice, he certainly was not gentlemanly!) was aggressive and rude - whoever wrote the response clearly did not investigate this properly. A proper response would have meant contacting me and getting all the facts correct. Awful service, again - DO NOT ORDER from these THIEVES!
