Just had a fantastic Sunday roast. I had the beef and other members of the party had the pork. The portion sizes were generous. The meats were cooked to perfection. The crackling was crunchy and full of flavour. The beef was tender and delicious. The Yorkshire pudding£ing was light a fluffy and there was a good selection o& vegetables.
One of the best roast dinners I’ve ever had.
This was our first visit to the Old Forge but will not be the last. We went for Valentines Day and it is the first time that we have been to a Valentine's meal were there was no increase in price for the special menu.
The area we were in had only 4 tables and all those present thought their food was fantastic. There is a relatively small number of choices for each course but the quality is 5 star.
The venison and mushroom bon bon starter was one of the best starters I have had anywhere. Only surpassed by the rice pudding with rhubarb and ginger compote and rose petal granola. If the other courses had not also been great I would have ordered two of the dessert.
The staff were all fantastic and very helpful.
I cannot recommend this enough. Patrick's menu is novel, exciting and beautifully cooked
This place could be so much better. I ordered the fritatta. I was expecting something round with potato in it. Instead I got a small square of cheesy egg. Which was quite pricey at £12. There are very few tables but while we were there, two people complained about their food. Either we got a bad day or it's gone downhill but they really need to up their game.
Always a really warm welcome. Lovely food and great coffee! We had the granola pots which the kids love. Our favourite thing is also the pancakes and the park which is very good for running off all of our energy .

Great drinks and amazing ice creams. Iced coffees etc and milkshakes. Lots of choices available. The prices are quite high, but for a treat whilst at the seaside they’re worth it.
don't go in pubs much these days was in Aldershot doing a bit of shopping.wanted a sit down and a drink. i find some of the pubs in the town too busy and loud. i have been in the Trafalgar before and always found it a good experience. bar staff were friendly and helpful ,nice crowd of people. good beer reasonable prices. i would like to say thank you to all the staff ,keep up the good work
I visited this little gem of a cafe twice whilst driving from Coventry to visit my wife who ended up in hospital in Brighton.
The cooked breakfasts were both perfect. Really good quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. When I said I didnt want toast with my full English they immediately offered a substitution. Staff were friendly and cheerful and the cafe was immaculately clean.
A truly lovely couple of visits at a very difficult time!!
A classic Worthing pub which has recently been reopened under new management. The pub feels much fresher whilst they have managed to retain their emphasis on a large variety of modern craft beers, real ales and ciders. Their beer list changes constantly, and there is something new to try every time I've been there.
El servicio es sonriente.
Lovely coffee and mushroom soup followed by a delightful flapjack. Great little cafe with small shop.
Very pleasant staff and excellent decor.
Highly recommend for light bite and nice scenery.
