Great food all freshly prepared and served with care and attention. Very welcoming. Deserves to be successful. Best Thai food in Liverpool without a doubt.

Rude staff. Business ran in an unusual, ineffective way. Very poor customer service skills. Called in on a whim to enquire about how long it would be to order some food. The woman behind the desk completely ignored me and my friend. When she finally came over she was rude, pointed at a sign that said we had to register or order via WhatsApp before a certain time in the afternoon. I understand if they don’t take any more orders but her tone was rude and frankly I’d rather drive to China than ever walk foot in there again.

Served by Jenny and Sean this morning at at approx 9am 24 February. As usual excellent service, always a pleasure to visit this little coffee shop. Often come for the train far too early so as we can enjoy a visit to this establishment and the warm welcome we always receive. Many thanks, Graham and Pat.

Went for lunch. Order classic hot dogs Waited 40 minutes Received hot dog roll with three small thin sausages Luke warm No onions so not as advertised. Very disappointing as cafe had been recommended Seemed to be very unprofessional.

Hygiene in this place is non-existent. Staff touch their mouths or hair and money, then touch the food. I watched as 1 woman coughed into her hand then prepared someone’s food. It’s pointless wearing gloves if they touch the money then the food but don’t change the gloves in between. I’ve been a few times over the years, really hoping that it would have changed. It’s recently changed its name but, the hygiene is still the same unfortunately.

We had a 8 course taster menu and to be frank, at +£90 per head, was very poor value. The pub down the road was far superior in food quality….this felt like a case of a chef trying too hard… vanilla sauce with fish…??? No surprise to say that was dreadful, I don’t think I ever want that combination ever again. Im not convinced Mark Greenaway was there in the kitchen, he wouldn’t let the sub par food make it pass to our table. I also genuinely think the restaurant would be 1000 times better if it stuck to honest local food, done well.
