The best restaurants in North West

Was busy but service was poor pizza was burnt.

Now the Mint lounge. The new place is nice, light and clean. The staff seem to be mainly the same. Three of us are and shared a few dishes I opted for the lamb handi as my choice which I have to say was probably the best I'd had. All the dishes that was served another meat one on a sizzler and a veggie one all superb. Lovely fresh tasty rice and nicely cooked garlic naan. I am taking my kids this weekend as they love a good curry and have been dying to try here since they saw the new sign a couple of months back. Overall an excellent curry house with amazing staff. Keep up the good work guys ! This will be my go to curry house as well as chapati cafe.

Proper local pub serving top ales with loads of choice. The bar snacks are top notch too and everyone is really welcoming. They do pop up food vans out the front too which is great.

Lovely place to eat. I had the Aranchini as a starter and the Ribeye as the main, it was beautiful. Highly recommend this place.

Had a very nice afternoon here. The greek stew was excellent washed down with an Efes.

Lovely atmosphere snd nice to be able to talk to each other. Delicious gin snf tonics snd tasty Porter. Would highly recommend Skew Bridge.

Our party of 4 dined here on Monday afternoon - sat outside in the warm Spring sunshine. Great! Friendly and attentive staff. Great menu with plenty of choice. We all had a different main - Good portion size, well presented, fresh & colourful... My Fish Stew was amazing, served with a side salad. Lovely atmosphere - Our first visit to Lark Lane and La Gomera, and it won't be our last. Looking forward to our next visit already!! See you soon!!!

Well we have waited over a year to visit and it was certainly worth it . Great food, super friendly staff and a great outdoor eating space. Will definitely be back.

Injera stays fresh for days, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is traditional and cosy

Love everything about this small restaurant. They offer 10% for NHS staff too which is helpful. Love it

Lovely place. Definitely coming back tomorrow for more food, quiz, bingo and DJ. Keep an eye out for the frog in their indoor pond. Nice size family indoor pool that you can privately book.

Great food but let down by front of house. Didn’t appreciate wine served in gin goblets! Also asked for additional napkins but never got them. The Chefs work so hard on the food side which is very good however sadly this isn’t matched in front of house.
