Cinnamon Lounge Indian Restaurant Warrington in Warrington

I use this restaurant from time to time to take customers for dinner. Either as a large group or as was the case last night, just a few of us. We ordered a selection of starters to share, including prawn puri, chicken chaat, spicy seekh kebab, bhaji, and then Madras, Pathia and Karai for mains. Being well aware of British Indian Restaurants and how they create such amazing dishes in such little time, I feel I have a good understanding of their cuisine and how they approach the British palate. Because of this I ordered the food in quite a specific way, asking for certain things to be a little hotter, or crispier than usual. Nothing was too much trouble. When the food was served, and we tasted each dish, we all agreed that it had been prepared with real skill, passion and care. Each component was simply delicious and it quickly became one of the finest indian meals I’ve ever had. And believe me there have been many. Great service as well, in particular by one waiter who even brought me a complimentary paratha because he recognised the knowledge and love for indian food that our table had. Thanks guys, a memorable meal.

We visited the cinnamon Lounge for my daughters 14th birthday as she absolutely loves the food especially the garlic mushrooms! When we arrived the staff had added two "Happy Birthday" helium balloons, banners and a light up sign wishing her Happy Birthday. The service was fantastic and the food was amazing as always. Some family members who were with us and had never been before were really impressed and all said they would return in an instant. Thank you to all of the team for making my daughters birthday so special.

I ate here for the first time the other week with some work colleagues. The restaurant is very smart and nicely decorated, and all the staff were really nice and friendly. The menu is big. But I appreciated that a lot of it has been split it up into spice levels, so was very easy for me to find something not too spicy! I had the Tikka Paneer to start. Good sized portion and nicely cooked paneer. For my main I had the chicken Kharahi. The sauce was really tasty (and there was a lot of it). The chicken unfortunately was a bit overcooked and dry, plus there wasn't that much of it (I expected more than 6 pieces of chicken) but it did taste really good with the sauce. The naan bread was really really good! Perfectly cooked and doughy and soft with some crispy bits as well. Overall we had a lovely meal, and I would happily eat here again.

Just had a Chicken Tikka Peri Peri Sizzler with madras sauce. This is one amazing curry! So much flavour going on! Love it.

Fine quality food. Tender meats, amazing spices, courteous services. This is a proper curry house. The kids also enjoyed seeing a tiger at the top of the stairs.

We visited the Cinnamon Lounge on Saturday evening. It was a party of 15 and had not pre-ordered. Meals were all served in good time, the food was amazing and the staff are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend the restaurant.

Always amazing service here. I ordered to collect and was greeted with warmth and the food was stunning. As a gluten free eater with coeliacs it's great to know they really know the importance of cross contamination and can put my mind at ease everything is cooked separately .

First time visiting with friends who regularly visit the cinnamon lounge. Good choice of curries well labelled for potential allergens . Onion bgajees really crispy and tasty. Bhuna tasty. Good prices fantastic service. Worth visiting again when we next visit Warrington.

Great starter! Seek Kebab enhanced with Garlic, Fabulous. I had the Mix Biryani with Madras Curry Sauce and a Peshwari Naan Bread. I couldn't finish the Biryani! Too much to eat Lol 😆

Great staff. Great food. Just a bit too noisy so I struggled to hear my friends across the table. Only half full but all tables seated in one half and other completely empty. Might be better to spread people out?

Convenient for our post Oktoberfest curry. Looked busy, but waited just a few minutes for a table. A few other post Oktoberfesters had the same ideas as we did. A fine selection of dishes, vegetarian options, but the King Prawn Byriani hit the spot. Quick service and efficient staff..... See you next year...😊

Visited with family on 11th September for a birthday meal. Food and service was excellent. Staff very friendly. They even gave me a large slice of chocolate cake with candle on top. Altogether a wonderful evening. Highly recommended.

I tried this restaurant for food a few weeks ago. The meal I had was very nice, freshly prepared, couldn't fault the food or the service. Was very impressed. The restaurant was nicely decorated too which added to the good vibes whilst dining here for the very first time. Would definitely return & would definitely recommend. excellent Indian!

It's been 4 years since my last review here. I am lucky enough to be working in the area again and have had the opportunity to visit recently. So it's my third visit in as many weeks and i have to say the service is great, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is brilliant... overall, it's better than i remember from 4 yrs ago... 5 stars from me... just one recommendation, dont go for plain chicken in your main, go for chicken tikka.. a lot tenderer... if that is even a word 😀

They selling Nice food. In 1 April 2023, I had gone this restaurant. There services and food qualitys are really unique .

I visited this really good restaurant prior to going to the rugby the other day. I was met on entering by friendly staff. The restaurant has an early evening special at £15.90 from which I ordered a papadom, the pickle tray, tandoori chicken, and lamb madras and rice. The food was really good and tasty, as was the service. I can certainly recommend anybody to try this excellent restaurant.

Really good food and great service. Didn't have to wait too long for food and the time between dishes was perfect. We had starters and a main and all of it was gone, not because there was not enough but it was just right. Really good atmosphere and good price too. Definitely recommend

Comfy and pleasent, clean and the food is great and fresh, for an easy evening out rather than sitting in and having it delivered it is the perfect place get out of your house and back to places like this

We have been visiting this restaurant regularly for over 5 years, the food has always been absolutely delicious, and the service top notch, I personally have tried pretty much everything on the menu and have never been disappointed.

Visited on my own early evening between meetings. Food was good though quantity was a little bit light. The three stars was down to lack of warmth / friendliness from the staff. They were not rude but just unfriendly which took the edge off the visit.

Really good food, with fab veggie options. Table service was a bit hit and miss but the restaurant was full and I don't think they expected it to be! Would definitely both recommend and visit again.

Best Indian restaurant and takeaway in Warrington FACT. Now I have cheated on them a few times this year and every time Im disappointed in my self because others are just not as nice terrible to be honest. The service is always brilliant for home delivery or eating in.

Fantastic food and service at reasonable prices

We had my dads 60th birthday meal here! There were 25 in our party and we all had a fantastic time! It was a hassle free organising it with excellent communication ensuring all the party was catered for, including children and vegetarians. We were allowed to drop cake and balloons off day before if we had wanted to. The restaurant is spotlessly clean, mirrors shone and decor was bright and clean, it was immaculate, it’s this attention to detail that makes the cinnamon lounge stand out from other places. The food and service on the actual night was excellent. Staff were brilliant, food was perfectly timed so we weren’t rushed, quality of food was outstanding as usual, everybody commented how delicious the food was and there was lots of it! Staff were friendly and professional and couldn’t do enough for us! It was an all round lovely family night that will be a special memory for us all,thank you everybody at the cinnamon lounge for making it all so special!

We chose to visit cinnamon lounge based on their Google reviews. From first walking through the door, we were immediately greeted warmly and offered a table. Ambiance, service and food were all of a very high standard and most pleasant. Food was freshly prepared, well presented and served nice and hot. Service was friendly yet remained professional and considered. The price was very fair and I shall gladly return. Happy to make this recommendation for some great food and a great evening. Thank you
