Fantastic little eaterie, food was amazing and staff were so friendly and was dog friendly and everyone made a fuss of him

Most excellent music venue for alternative bands

First time popping in after living in Stockport for years. Nice change from the usual suspects around the markets and mersey way… glad I did! The chef recommended the special which was a great shout. Can’t wait to go back and try their rueben next time. Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent food and lovely staff

Absolutely amazing, we came here on a whim and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are incredibly lovely, welcoming and attentive. The food is beyond words, the Cantonese sliced duck is a must try! We will be back soon!

I have been to Elliot's a few times and have always been impressed. Last week I went again with my wife and parents. There was a very small delay to us getting our food -so small we hadn't really noticed and I wouldn't have even thought about it - yet the manager came over to us to apologise personally. I really didn't think an apology was necessary, it was a busy night and the staff were working hard, but the important point is that this guy really cares about the experience which was in no way diminished. Try Elliot's for yourself. I feel lucky to have such a lovely place within walking distance (and don't skip desert, especially the chocolate ganache). 10/5 from me.

I recently attended a retirement party for my Uncle at The Armoury. Jodie and her team went above and beyond, and made it an event to remember. Nothing was too much trouble, they were brilliant! The homemade food was delicious. But the main thing for me was the ‘service with a smile’ from the whole team. The ale was perfect too, as you would expect from a Robinsons pub. Well done to Jodie and her brilliant team. 5 stars.

We visited the hotel for lunch, a birthday gift from our daughter.

Just a lovely place to eat . Staff are great . Atmosphere is great . Food is fantastic. The steak is so soft that I took some of mine home for my lunch, was still soft the next day !

Nipped in to get a pizza to go. Super quick service, the waiting staff were very helpful and friendly, easy to order, we changed a few toppings to suit our taste - nothing was too much trouble, we were less then 6 minutes from ordering to driving away in the car with it! The pizza and Garlic bread were absolutely delicious, a really good size and excellent value for money! Highly recommend and we will definitely be getting again - may eat in next time ❤️
