Quite enclosed dog friendly campsite. Lovely rural location. The pub is very welcoming and friendly by both locals and visitors. Owners outstanding and cant do enough for you. Cask Ales on point and food excellent at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend and we are coming back in the spring (maybe sooner) for a week. Good transport links by both 81 bus and train station at Wennington.

Been here once before and we waited a long time for food so went again today for my sons birthday what a disappointment wasted over one hour to find out apparently our food hadn’t been put through on the fill what a joke this place is very very dissatisfied and disappointed won’t be visiting again

Very good service and very good food, the owner knew everyone.

Waited too long before I was served. Stood at the counter for ten minutes without any acknowledgement. But when I was served everyone was polite. Food was delicious though
