Incredible food, had the rice and three, and honestly the Dahl was my favourite. The chai was perfect too, and the parathas were the best I've ever tasted. I sneaked a taste of my sister's onion bhaji and that was crispy and sweet. My brother, who's vegetarian, was very happy with the vegan options.

Wow! Seriously impressed with this place. First time visit and it was probably the best rice and three I've ever eaten. Top quality food and lovely people. The lamb curry in particular was divine 😋 It's also superb value for money. Highly recommend 👌 Will be back very soon.

You won’t get a better rice and three than here. Wide variety of excellent daily specials, good value, and a decent enough (if “takeaway with seats”) environment if you want to eat in. Lovely team too.

It has taken us ages to get around to coming here, and hopefully like many we were prompted by Jay Rayner's wonderful review. We had one if the best curries we've had in years here. Across our two rice and three orders, we enjoyed lamb massala, karahi lamb, keema and peas, and aubergine and potato. Our empty plates followed 10 minutes later. Absolutely delicious. And only £8.50 each. Bargain. Wonderful place, very friendly owners, the menu changes daily and this is a fantastic addition to Salford/Manchester's rice and three scene. Food is very homely. My kebab got slightly burnt and could do with extra salt. Service hygiene standards can be improved. One feedback: train people serving food to hold the bowl of curry from below (use cloth if hot) rather than hold from top and dip finger into the curry. Spotting a dirty finger tip going into curry right before eating isn’t a pleasant sight.

I am sorry to say that this place has been overrated we ordered mix grill and two currys and got very disappointed kids didn't even touch the food kbab was like eating plastic and curry tasted not nice

2nd time I've eaten here and will be coming back. Really friendly staff , clean premises and pleasant atmosphere. Food is tremendous, I can highly recommend the samosas( both meat and vegetable ), seek kebabs , lamb masssala , chicken korahi and chapattis and garlic naan. Really reasonable prices. Tremendous, highly recommend.

The best place to go when craving or wanting to try out Pakistani cuisine. The flavours might be elevated by friendly staff but I am not letting that affect how delicious the food truly is. No fuss, easily order at the counter and they bring it to you. If visiting on a cold day, their chai is pretty great as well.

Love this place. The staff are so friendly and the fella that runs the place is a great cook. The veggie samosas are delicious, chicken biryani is so authentically tasty and the chicken tikka is unreal. Prices are super cheap and all of the food is great quality ingredients and tastes so fresh.

Great value, mix grill was great, tasty lamb chops too. Read a bad review about the garlic nan, but it was absolutely fine! Good home made chilli sauce too. *Edit, just went visited This and That / if you like This and That then don’t come here as you’ll never go back to This and That! Still amazing authentic recipes everyday here - not been disappointed yet 🤞🏽

This is a hidden gem in Manchester by far the best rice and free around. I definitely must visit when heading to Manchester the lamb chops and the curries are amazing.

I eat lamb curry, onion/ potatoe balls, Samosas and veggie/cheese naan. Even if the place where it lies, the ambiente are not that nice, the food is really tasty, delicious spices and nice service. Honest prices. Don't miss it.

The food is so delicious and to some extent you do get the authentic tastes in the food irrespective of whatever dish you are eating. The service is excellent as well whether it comes to serving or assisting in anything. The atmosphere is quite nice you can enjoy your food in the comfortable environment.

This is curry heaven! All the dishes are original in taste and authentic. Reasonably priced which is a bonus. I am Pakistani and have lived in Manchester for years and tried all the others.......this is the best.

Massively disappointed. Didn’t live up to the hype by reviewers and recommendations. Seekh kebabs were ridiculously over cooked and dry. Chicken tikka was undercooked and partially raw.!! Lamb chops again were over cooked and DRY, wafer thin.. not what we see on review clips of succulent juicy lamb chops… one of the reasons we visited was because of that… Naans we’re good tbh, but it’s a high price to pay if the only good thing was the naan bread. Service was warm and welcoming, but it’s the food that fills the belly not the smiles.. All in all, it won’t be a venue we’ll be making the repeat trip to. Shame really, being a family run establishment I really wanted this to be a future favourite, turned out to be the exact opposite.

Will definitely be visiting again the customer service was amazing he accommodated for us to make the curry how we liked it, food was hot and fresh. Very clean interior.

Was randomly driving past and decided to try this spot! They were really welcoming and the service really stood out to me, so thanks! The food itself tasted like authentic, home-cooked Pakistani food. Wasn’t too heavy or oily either, with a perfect portion size. Prices are very reasonable considering the taste and serving. Could possibly do more to improve the ambience maybe with some light music in the background ?

Foods nice and flavourful. But lacking that extra spicy kick. If it has a spicy option. It would be nice. Tasted like a fantastic supermarket curry.

Very nice food. Everything neat and clean. Food tastes was so nice , fresh naan and the aloo parantha was very good. Good service.

Gorgeous curry, fairly priced and plenty of variety with different specials each day of the week. 3 curries and rice on one plate for £8.50 is enough to fill 2 people with a naan. Loads of sides to pick from and they offer standard chips / nuggets etc as kids meals. Service is pretty quick and the staff are always friendly, polite and happy to help. Chilled atmosphere and open long hours so you could nip in on your lunch break or go for tea and sit down to enjoy your food.

I Had a mix grill and my girlfriend had chicken massalla and we got rice chips and a garlic nann and every single things was amazing the flavours were delicious the quality of meat was excellent and everything was fresh and cooked to perfection even there salad is beautiful, I can't believe we have never been here before now we usually travel to get a curry and maida grill has been on our doorstep and we will definitely go back to this place again and recommend to anyone, the prices and food is quality and value for money.

Beautiful lamb chops.. great flavour and portion size, especially as they came with a wee salad and yoghurt dip. Perfectly placed for my walk home from work, will absolutely be stopping in again. Friendly staff and brilliant service - Very reasonably priced!

well let me just start with, I'm a massive fan of this and that in town, but my mukka put me on to this place and wow, it does not disappoint, I've Benn twice in 3 days and the food is amazing. First time I sat in and had rice and three, the lamb karahi and lamb massala are top notch, the tonight I had chicken karahi to take away and has blown me away, they always put extra green chilli on for me as I like it hot, can not recommend this place enough, and the owners are brill.

Up there with one of the best curry’s I’ve ever had. 3 and rice is a class price. Staff are super friendly. Can’t recommend enough

AMAZING FOOD! We heard about this place through social media and knew I had to go. Mixed grill (lamb chops, chicken tikka, sheek kebab), Lamb masala, rice, chips and an epic keema and cheese naan oh and 2 cans of pop..... £21.50 Take my money and I'll be back to give you more! Couldn't fault that food if I wanted and lovely people too 👌

Best grill house in Manchester, I've been going for over 6 months never dissatisfied, humble friendly hard working staff and the food is made fresh all the time Everytime. Keema naan, lamb chops, curries authentic and top-class, not greasy, very clean dine in or take out, don't miss an opportunity to try them out, you will not regret it.

Loved the food and service here. Came for Iftar and received complimentary fruits and dates, which was very kind. Food tastes good, is very reasonably priced and has a homely touch. Highly recommended.

Visited for the first time this evening, lovely food, very generous vegetarian rice and 3.Also cheese stuffed nan and vegetarian samosa, husband had the 2 meat curries and one vegetarian and meat samosa. Equally as good. We will return.

Had Masala chicken and 3 chapatis cost £7.60, The chapati was cooked to order and for 70p each they are very big, the curry sauce is excellent well balanced with spices, and chicken was plentiful and super tender, Ive drove past this place so many times never again will I only drive past excellent food and service definitely go again

Had it twice now it’s second to none in Salford absolutely amazing.

You know cannot falter the quality of food very traditional and cooked wel,l seasoned well, 100% will order again for more friends too and order arrived perfectly on time

What's not to like. Delightful experience. Incredibly friendly owners and the most delicious rice and 3. Lamb intensely flavoured and spiced. Soft naans and a perfect chicken tikka salad. No longer local. But will return when visiting family?
