Fantastic Chinese! We travel from Bromborough as no other Chinese comes close to the Eastern Delight

Fun place, love the quirky decor. We used to LOVE the pizza before they changed the menu to the pizza slabs, and we’d drive 45 mins to visit here. Really disappointed with the change in pizza base as we just don’t enjoy these anymore. Ideal location for the beach and lake, we would also come for a walk before eating and as it’s dog friendly this suited all our needs. Please bring back the thin pizza bases! The loaded Cajun fries are still yummy :) staff friendly and welcoming.

Sorrryy but he curry sauce is too watery. The tikka sauce is so sweet that it’s like tomato bbq sauce 😢

Really disappointed by this place tonight, got in around 6:15 for our booking and after being seated we immediately asked if we could order our 1 year olds meal first as we would like to get him fed as soon as possible which the guy understood and said that was ok. After poppadoms and chutneys about an hour had gone by but still no kids meal, we was getting worried at this point and baby getting very restless so got up to ask the guy if he could check that the kids meal had been ordered, guy goes into the back and comes out to confirm this is getting done, an hour and a half later and finally food comes out but no kids meal at all, I wasn't happy to say the least, when I asked about the kids meal he looks at the ticket confused but says oh they'll just go get it, it was clear they hadn't even started this meal and was only just starting to cook it now, after another 5-10 minutes of waiting I asked the guys to just leave the kids meal as by now it was too late and we had to try and give him some of ours instead. Two guys came over to apologise about this and then tried to make out they was doing us a big favor by not charging us for this kids meal (oh thanks for not charging me for a meal that we didn't receive 👍) I was livid at this point and that obviously just made things even worse, all in all a massively disappointing visit and definitely wouldn't recommend taking any kids here. Shocking service.

Went for a meal with partner, had had a hard day, we usually love this place but this visit not so much. Food is always gorgeous and service but two lads that the staff knew were just hanging around, smoking at the front outside then just hanging around right next to our table, just ruined the atmosphere and mood. For a restaurant and the price just think chatting and having friends or family just hanging around the guests is poor

Ordered from here last week and it was lovely but tonight it was horrible. Chicken kebab could tell fhe chicken wasn't fresh and had been reheated. It was tough and every thing about the meal was just not fresh. Shame because it was nice last time. This happens alot with kebab places they're not consistent

Regret to report that the Magazine has installed muzac, with loudspeakers not only in every room but in the garden as well. There is one outdoor bench, outside the front door, which is free of it, but otherwise forget about a quiet drink there any more. Down from 5 stars to 3.

Just back from Epirus with my family of 6 Two children four adults, All the adults had the grill Meats rice chips and dips all homemade and fresh, Absolutely fantastic and the meats cooked to perfection on coals ( even the kids nuggets where packed with chicken and proper home cooked chips ) My first visit but my family tell me its not a one off its always very good here Will definitely be going back and the service to match it , Think are waiter was Bedros who couldn’t of been more helpful Well done

This hotel is fabulous. Staff are really welcoming and friendly, and nothing was any trouble to them. Really clean rooms and quiet. I stayed there the night before getting ferry to Belfast & location is perfect. I'd stay there again without hesitation. Lovely hotel

Great staff friendly atmosphere just a few details would have made it better hence 4 star
