Premier Inn Birkenhead Town Centre hotel in Wirral

Lovely Staff, very professional and gave us a warm welcome on arrival and at breakfast. Rooms very clean and usual premier inn standard. I have stayed in more newly renovated premier inns but this was clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Near Hamilton train station (5 min walk) which will get you to James Street station in centre of Liverpool near the waterfront in 5 minutes. Great stay, would come again.

This is how a premier inn should be. These are some of the friendliest staff I've ever met. The hotel is ready to find, it's got on site parking, and best of all for me, it's right next to the Queensway tunnel. Parking can be a little expensive, but premier inn will give you a discount code. Can't fault the place.

An excellent place for a stopover before the early ferry. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

In need of refurbishment. Also be aware of onsite Parking operated by Your Parking Space This parking has anpr but does not make it clear that there is no readmission. If you paid for 1 or for  4 days and take car out of car park anytime say 1 hour later after entry you forfeit and lose ALL money paid. The signage and also payment website is misleading and according to Premier Inns have had numerous complaints about their misleading if not fraudulent cheating of the customer. Do not use if you need to use your car at any time during parking period.  The Wirral  council should choose an honest provider for this service. A disgrace. Parking company offered a vague refund but Customer still the loser.

Great location and quieter than city centre. Hamilton Square train station 5 min walk. 5 mins and 1 or 2 stops and your in the city centre. Room was a bit tight, and toilet door wouldn't close properly. Staff super friendly and helpful. We didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment.

Just stayed in Birkenhead Premier inn, very friendly lady on check in desk fantastic. Clean and spacious rooms with hot powerful shower. Highly recommend and a lot cheaper than staying in central hotel .

Stayed in Birkenhead central premier inn on a Saturday night whilst being up for my aunt's 80th. Was welcomed into the hotel by Staci, who was absolutely lovely. Saw Staci again for the breakfast service where once again she was lovely. Her and the team on for breakfast were great even though I think the whole hotel decided to descend on them at the same time. The staff are a credit to Premier inn in this hotel. It was very busy. Thanks for a smashing stay. Look forward to staying again.

It was so good he rooms were good check in was good I was late but they wasn't angry at me rooms look like a place never been touched

I’ve stayed in Birkenhead Premier Inn whilst working up this way and could honestly say it’s been a pleasant experience. The Staff will go the extra mile, very polite and very helpful. Food is OK, it's standard pub food so don’t be getting exited. It was hot and filling with plenty to choose from. Overall I am very pleased with my stay, first time in Birkinhead / Liverpool and will definitely be coming back. Lovely people!
