Terrible customer service. Have been waiting over 90 minutes for our food delivery. Every time I try to call, they hang up the phone. Never ordering from here again.

Despite booking a table. Arrived to be told a 30 minute wait for food. Go to order and told it’s at least 50 minutes. Ridiculous

We visited the restaurant a few weeks ago, and the manager, Sean, recommended few places to visit in Wallasey. We came back today for lunch and the food was delicious, and very friendly staff.

This pub is a lovely place to have a meal. Lovely food, staff, service and good value for money too. It is well worth a visit 🙂

We always experience varied issues with ordering online! If you don't want to do delivery, take yourself off just eat!! Order cancelled AGAIN with no explanation. Not bothering again

Having eaten well and received excellent service here in the past, I write this review more in sorrow, than anything else. The service my friend and I received this lunchtime, was appalling. Firstly, we waited some 15 minutes before a member of staff actually took our order for two Sunday lunches. We then waited; and continued to wait until we saw other customers, who had arrived after us, receiving their meals. We then spoke to one member of staff who apologised saying the kitchen had lost our order. But instead of prioritising us, other customers continued to receive their orders before us. To make matters worse, apart from that one member of staff, the manager couldn’t have cared any less. In conclusion, it’s sad to see the declined of a place that was once renowned for service and the high quality of its food. If Sheridans continues like this, it won’t be open for much longer.
