Amazing food and service! Absolutely gorgeous food, highly recommend. Have told all my friends and family about this place. The salad is so fresh and cut nice and finely. Have not found any fault with it at all; everything we have had from here has always been delicious, piping hot and super tasty. The staff are lovely and kind. Thank you! Brilliant all round :)

Chicken great but worst baked potato I’ve ever had ! Over cooked microwaved Potato and the tuna mayo was slop. Was very expensive for what it was too.

Salt overload on pizza and no extra pepperoni after asking and paying for it. I will not be buying anything more from charcoal pizza.

Advise to get the hot sauce separately from main, but meat and chicken best i've had on the wirral for quite a while . will deffo order again 👍

Absolutely amazing service my daughter is autistic and will only have a pepperoni on top of the cheese and the amount of other places that get this wrong untilll I found this place he knows our address now and the food is super fresh

Food was hot, but I ordered chips and curry and they sent curly fries, which I don't like.

Used to be a decent Kebab house...Not anymore ....their Chicken and Doner are over cooked..literally dry probably reheated? Never ordering again 🤢🤢🤢

Great tasting food 😋 my chicken burger meal was delivered hot & well cooked and and came with a generous portion of chips. Very fast delivery and the delivery driver was very pleasant indeed. Worth every penny / great value for money, so I will be ordering from them again.

Not the best pizza. We were looking forward to it because we really like the kebabs. The pizzas were Oily and stodgy. Turned up on time but was only warm too. I’m really disappointed.

Don't know where the delivery driver had been but the food was stone cold when delivered

Very expensive for such low quality food. Small portions and lacking flavour. There are far better places at much lower prices. We won't be ordering from here again.

Burger was all soggy not nice and the one piece chicken was pink taste funny

Took nearly an hour and a half to deliver 2 kebabs and a bottle of pop. Rang up to ask where the order was and got hung up on. Terrible service, shame as the food when it arrives was actually quite nice. Very disappointed

Food was really bad! Kebab was so salty I couldn’t eat it and I like salt! Kofte was lovely but the rest uneatable! Curry sauce was powered. Won’t be ordering from there again!

Pizza had a lot of tomato puree on, chips were either soggy or rock hard

Had an issue with delivery because a neighbour took it in and I think consumed it 😩🤣 when I called to ask where it was they quickly redone our order and got it to us quickly, I would order again food really nice despite the long wait.

Delivery was on time, food was great, but the way the delivery driver spoke to me was unacceptable, she should be ashamed of herself and quite frankly fired as this is not how you speak to people, i have video evidence of this occurring on my ring doorbell.

Food was great , but , then got into a altercation with the driver who delivered , after I stated on my order to call my number on arrival , which he did not , driver decided to jump out of his car at confronted me , I was met with huge aggression, shame that they have such horrendous staff as the food was really quite nice , I won’t be returning

The driver was polite & apologised for the delay. Said they were v busy which, with it being a Friday night, was understandable. The food... Cheap, hard beans on the spud Blitzed coleslaw! Prawn cocktail was just prawns, sweetcorn & mayo. Yuck!

I cannot fault this place. Ordered a pizza and a kebab and it arrived on the door in 14 minutes. Food was piping hot straight from the oven and the portion of kebab was excellent. 5/5

always very very clean this place, very clean. Eveytime I have ordered, it has always been on time or easier than expected. Great portion size and value for money. Drinks are also always nice and cold. Staff are always friendly, and give lovely customer service.

Really nice base on the pizza, very much like Pizza Hut base. Nice and light and easy to eat. The chicken tilka kebab was awesome. Hand made pitta and tasty. Thanks guys, really would recommend 👌🏻
