New Managment and it’s absolute garbage now . Chips seemed like they were frozen and stale . Ribs were awful and dry - you know it’s not going to be any good when the food you order is ready in less than three minutes

Have been here twice over the last few weeks and both times it has been amazing. Compared it to another local Chinese and this was delicious. Friends of mine weren't sure about going here due to some recent reviews but were blown away. Great chow mein, great salt n pepper chips. Great black bean sauce. Overall a perfect takeaway.

I think it has new owners as the food has gone downhill, The sausages have no taste at all, and the gravy well that was disgusting. Won't be returning even though I live 2 mins away.

I've been going here for years,Just got a takeaway from here,this place has clearly changed hands but kept same name ,it's obvious they have no idea what they are doing from over the counter,I did make a complaint at time of ordering,got home it's awful thrown in bin strongly advise not to go there it is that bad

I am gutted I don't know whether this has a new management but the fruity curry has changed since last year, its spicy and horrible, doesn't taste fruity at all

We havent ordered her for over 12months or so , however thougjt we would give the place another try,. Ordered char sui with tomatoes, sauce was like cheap Spanish tomatoe sauce that you would find in Spanish cafes, didn't particularly go well with onions. The better part of the meal was egg fried rice. My partner ordered noodles with tofu..neither were particularly nice tbh We both agreed it would be pointless trying again. Staff very nice though.

Original owners back and you can tell. Food is freshly cooked and tastes amazing. Will definitely be coming back for more. Gorgeous fish and chips cooked to perfection. Liver dinner was amazing!

We've been ordering from Sansans for around ten years. I have some dietary intolerances and they were so accommodating from the start. We recently ordered again a few Saturdays ago. I was told on the phone that the chippy had changed hands. It didn't appear to be a problem speaking to the lady on the phone. My husband went to collect our food shortly after, only to be told very abruptly that this would be the last time they would fulfil our order, meaning we could no longer eat there. I rang up to ask what the issue was and it seems the chefs can't be bothered. Our custom over the last ten years isn't of any value apparently. We are now unable to eat here, and nor would I want to ever again with their attitude towards loyal customers. It's an absolutely terrible way to run a business and they couldn't care less! We'll be going to Oriental Delight from now on where they were falling over themselves to accommodate us!

Just got fish and chips , fish very nice but the chips !! Don't know how many times they were warmed up , but had to bin them as they were inedible .

Edit: Saturday 8th June 2019 - 18:45, had the worst meal from here , which is disappointing as SanSans is usually great. So I had the Chicken Foo- yung with chips & the chicken meat was horrible & rubbery , chips weren't great either. It left me with a severe stomach upset all night and Sunday morning. Won't be going back there any time soon. :( After nearly 4 & half years, finally went back to SanSan's tonight ( Saturday 11th November 2023 @ 18:30) to get a takeaway, consisting of Vegetarian Spring Rolls, Fish & chips & Sweet & Sour Chicken with chips costing £16.50 total. Whilst the Vegetarian spring rolls were very nice, my main meal of Sweet & Sour Chicken was absolutely DISGUSTING. Worst meal I have ever tasted...someone needs to show them how to make a proper Sweet & Sour sauce as this was awful,it wasn't even the wright colour - it was like clear gloob, but Worst of all the chicken was tough as boots, totally inedible. I got the impression the chicken used was several days old...YUK. Only the Pineapple, carrots, onions and Green peppers tasted fresh. Meal went straight in the bin. Total waste of my hard earned cash. Definitely not going back here.

Chips were dark brown very greasy and still hard worst chips I ever had ,yuk

Went here because usually long queues.. Means nice food but I ordered small chips to try here.. Got far to many but they were dry like warm ups.. Didn't enjoy...

The three best dishes from San San 1/ Pad Thai Beef 2/ Sweet and Sour Pork 3/ Chilli and Garlic Chicken The fried pad thai is always my favourite, reminds me so much about HK taste. Sweet n Sour Pork, the pork is still crispy even after we drive home. Chilli and Garlic sauce is our pick because it gives a kick, very spicy but yet delicious:)

Fish was more overcooked batter than fish, ordered on the phone told 20 mins got there and waited another 20 minutes only to be disappointed. Fish was hardly edible.😪

Absolutely discusting ordered crispy duck salt and pepper chicken fried rice and noodles the full order stunk of off fish called up to speak to manager to have the phone put down on me 26.00 order and to have the phone put down when you our explaining why the food smells of fish will be reporting to environmental health as its appalling behaviour never will we order from here again never discrase

Fish and chips are delicious and Chinese food great too.

Had no flavour at all in my meal an they forgot to put my brothers meal in bag an I had to drive back to shop meanwhile my meal had gone cold an had to bin it because it had prawns in an I didn't want to reheat the meat or fish

Been here 3 times and NO MORE. incorrect orders and now had "special chow mein" and got half portion with just noodles and onions. Won't accept we are owed from previous misses orders with missing rice and soup. And now I am stuck with half portion of supposed chow main and hubby gets half cooked chicken balls

Great food bit 😌 longer than normal wait. Still advise you to go there for a quick bite to eat. This meal is sweet and sour chicken with large chips

This place in constantly getting my order wrong. I have lost count how many times they have done this. When I tell them they deny it. Very frustrating.

Went in yesterday lunchtime ( Thursday 28/02/19 ) Food was terrible. Chips were cold. When I said they didn’t seem very hot I was told they had just been cooked ! This was obviously lies. I’ll never go back again waste of money as it went in the bin. Disgusting

Sansan's is quality. For Chinese food it is second to none in the Bebington area. All the staff are friendly and I would recommend without hesitation.

Used to love it but I've had a couple of times where they've spiced items to a point where I can't eat them. These items were not meant to be spiced. Its a shame because they're really good besides this.

Love the Vegan menu at San Sans and the food is absolutely delicious and the Black Bean is home cooked ...well worth waiting for and they don't use palm oil.... Nice friendly service and such a clean kitchen you can see everything being prepared and cooked ....I recommend this place to anyone

Used to really enjoy gut over the last month have ended up with some incorrect orders. Spring rolls instead of cheese, and onion in our cheese and ham omelette. Hope it's just a minor blip as we swapped to San says from a chip shop that is actually closer to where we live

Food is good. They gave a 5 star food hygiene rating and the staff are very pleasant.
