Excellent Sunday lunch 😋 Would highly recommend Professional friendly staff, will definitely be back next time I visit Liverpool.

Area Manager turned up for a meeting with the staff 😡 Our table was booked for 2pm. We got the one starter that was ordered. Took well over another hour to get the 7 main meals ordered - disgusting ‼️ Why could he not have had his meeting before the Queens opened especially as it involved the staff in the kitchen. We were told he had gone when we asked to complain. No apology from him. We did order deserts and coffees which were a lot quicker. No offer of even a coffee for waiting for well over an hour. DISGUSTING. We have eaten there before but today is the last time for all of us and our extended families. Not a good birthday meal for me ☹️ THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE STAFF WORKING THERE BUT ABOUT THE INCONSIDERATE MANAGER WHO DOES NIT WANT TO KEEP HIS CUSTOMERS

Went on Thursday evening for our anniversary and had such a fabulous meal that we immediately booked for Sunday lunch. What a letdown. Arrived on time to be advised by the maitre d' that the only available tables were by the front door with 'iron throne' seats and every customer and member of staff constantly passing by, or upstairs but had to vacate the table within the hour because a large party was expected. How preposterous! So we cancelled and went to a nearby pub instead. Sent an email complaint but have had no response. A master class in how to win and lose local customers at one fell stroke!

Best food in Prenton good service

Found this cafe in March this year 2024 and have been back every Friday since, their breakfast is the best we’ve ever tasted, the quality of the produce and the cooking ability is top class, we look forward to it every week. We were only looking for a cafe on the day but it is that good we keep going back. We get a full English and poached eggs with bacon. Their tea is fantastic too. Thanks to the staff who are lovely too. Would recommend this cafe to everyone it’s the best!

Well cooked food with some interesting vegetarian meals, which makes a pleasant change. Prices were reasonable and the food was tasty and good value for money.

We’ve visited the restaurant a few times now. Tasty pizza and friendly service. Perfect for a relaxed family dinner. I think the pizzas are slightly overpriced compared to my favourite pizzerias in Liverpool City Centre. I was also surprised to see that the takeaway menu is the same price as the sit in menu. If it was slightly cheaper (say 20% discount for takeout ) I’d be more inclined to order regularly. We’ll definitely still return as it’s still one of the best family friendly dinning options in the village :)

The food and service was perfect. Great place and great atmosphere.

I ordered lamb tikka masala. The sauce was thin, watery and tasteless. 7 small chunks of very tough meat that tasted like beef rather than lamb. Went in the bin! Won’t be ordering from here again, very disappointed
