I went in on my time which I was treated to 2 free meals drinks,for being unpaid carer ,lovely pub food was lovely plenty to choose from .Very welcoming staff lovely.

Dined here with 2 friends last night. Never been before but will definitely return. The food was delicious and good portions. The ambience was good and customer service excellent. Afghan chicken was amazing. Sweet but spicy. Can’t fault it and would highly recommend.

Granted parking can be difficult but the food is worth it, great service super friendly cooked fresh 👍🏻

Always had a good meal from Heath Street (5 rating) but last week it was not up to its usual standards. There were a lot of black potatoes but as they give a generous portion there were still enough. The batter was not as well cooked as usual, a little soggy and pasty inside. The peas were really dry. Only today when walking up from the village did I notice that it has changed its name, no longer Heath Street Fish and Chips. Never used any other chippy as never needed to. We will give it one more go and if it is still not up to its previous standard we will maybe need to try some of the alternative suppliers in future.

Great pub good atmosphere really friendly

It is a well looked after Premier Inn with polite and helpful staff. Update 29.12.24 went for breakfast and almost all of the cooked breakfast was barely warm. Make sure you check before your server goes.

Great freshly cooked food. Nice to have a take away that isn’t dripping in grease.

Fantastic food. Delicious. The pizzas are the best around! Great value for money and very friendly and attentive staff too. Recommended.

This is a lovely chip shop. The fish and chips, was excellent, and plenty of it. Would definitely go again.

Estoy de acuerdo con las otras críticas sobre el olor y la mala calidad de la cerveza, solo desearía haberlas leído primero. Normalmente un pub independiente es mejor que una cadena, pero esta pronto habría tenido una nueva gestión si fuera parte de una cadena. No sirve comida, que es igual de bien porque dudo que obtenga un certificado de higiene. En cuanto al olor, no estoy seguro de si son los baños o la humedad general, pero probablemente dice por qué era tan tranquilo. Se necesita un bebedor empedernido para ser feliz aquí.
