The guy sold us old/cold donner kebab, was soo thick binned it, not happy

Ordered food online at 19:43, called at 20:18 to check they’d received the order and provided the order number along with the delivery address, the girl said yes the food will be with you in 20 minutes. Called back again at 20:56 and the bloke who answered lied, said he’d tried to ring twice to say delivery was out of their area and that no food had even been prepared. Waste of time, poor service and pathetic lack of communication.

I haven't ordered for a while as they got my order wrong last time. They did replace it. BUT WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A SECTION FOR INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR FOOD ORDER IF THE SHOP DOES NOT READ IT. Twice now I specifically asked for my salad and sauce to be separate from my kebab I don't like warm salad and the ketchup was for my fries but it's now all over my kebab. My t is ruined again. Last order for me I'm afraid as they just cannot get it right. Shame as the food is generally very good.

This must be my sixth kebab from King Kebab now over a period of a few months and they are the best kebabs i have had, i wouldn't go anywhere else, i said to the chap behind the counter that i pass four kebab shops to get to King Kebab, very friendly staff, excellent food and looks very clean, what more can you ask for.... 10/10 Thank you.

Poor quality worst kebab chicken didn’t taste done tasteless donner cold, shish chewy as hell, kids pizza hardly touched complained and no sorry at all.would not recommend.

Sorry no, absolutely not, you need to re-analyse what it takes to make a fresh kebab, you're definitely not Kebab Kings. The Naan bread was hard, the chicken was lacking in taste and quantity. The so called Lamb kebab meat tasted like meat flavoured rusk. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion. Get yourself to the Black Country we'll show you how to make a propper kebab.

Tried this place for the first time this evening. Service was good and pleasant and the food was speedily delivered. The kebab was tasty and my wife was enjoying her Cheeseburger until she discovered a long black hair wrapped around the burger. Unfortunately it spoiled the enjoyment so despite the four star rating we won’t be calling again. Might be an idea for staff to wear hair nets.

First experience and I wanted it to be a lot better than it was. That said, I would go again as the reviews are good and my experience may just be a one off... We all have our off days right? I ordered mixed kebab, chips & some wings... Took what seemed like an eternity to arrive but there had been a power cut locally to called to check all in hand. I was assured all good with my order and would be 15 mins longer... After 45 mins I decided to call again to see where it was up to and was told on its way. (Friendly and good customer service) Chips piping hot but kebab cold... The shish kebab meat was fatty and tough, the chicken tikka had no char and looked like it had been boiled. Dinner meat was nice but cold :( Got a free tomato and cheese pizza though. Happy days. Will give you guys another chance. Thanks 👍

Great place for a quick eat, staff are very nice and good with fussy people like myself, food is above standard for a takeaway only thing that could be better is the sitting in ( stools are hard and uncomfortable) besides that its a high recommended, pubs close so convenient 👍🏽

Been going to Kebab King for almost four years, we have never had a bad meal, the staff are really friendly and welcoming and they do so much for charity during Ramadan that people don't know about. Top blokes and great food.

Great value for money, I got a mixed meat kebab it was delicious, I travel all over Britain for my job and have had kebabs every where I've been, this was one of the best I've had, well worth a visit, good selection of chicken and burgers also.

Kebab King is one of those places that seems to offer more than its competition. Like most places I like some of the dishes and font like others. Their kebabs on pitta are great but I tend not to like the naans (which are used for "Large" kebabs) onion bhajis are great though.

Alaways ordered from kebab king and food was hot and amazing then as their prices went up qualatie went down!! Waited over 2hrs for 2 chips that were cold! Had kebabs that had hairs in! Pizzas that werent cooked! Salad that was brown! And when we complained we was spoken to rudely and said "well you aint having any free stuff"? Well i didnt want more cold food with hairs in for free! I wanted to complain never eatin here again
