We travel from St helens once a month to treat ourselves food always great would always recommend

Order took over two hours to arrive. The food was luke warm at best and the chicken was over cooked. Felt like biting into rubber. Shame, used to like this place…

Ordered and then rang to confirm all good 20 mins later they just cancelled on me no reason. I rang them they said were closing soon ! Crazy ! Don’t bother

This place has a great gluten free selection of food which is very tasty & the staff are very helpful.

Been here a good dozen times. Had my order messed up about 3 times. Given benefit of the doubt over time but now it’s a bad habit of terrible customer service. When I Walk in, staff vape constantly in the kitchen. The place isn’t run like a business. Joke 3/10

Food is amazing but delivery can take up to 3 hours which is ridiculous I called to ask how long delivery would take as it’s been an hour and it’s my birthday and I have plans so didn’t want it to take 3 hours and the man on the phone rudely hung up as I was mid speaking. I am absolutely disgusted. It’s such a shame because the food is so good. But I’m trying to have a nice birthday and all I’ve had so far is someone being rude to me when I have paid my hard earned money for their service.

Lovely food and great staff, the app had updated the page incorrectly but once I rang they where able to sort it out and confirm it was on the way, great help and food is always spot on

Food was ok seemed to be more veg than steak in my steak meal. Food was ordered early to be delivered at 12pm and arrived at 12:45pm.

Lovely food but delivery was over 2 hours from the order

We have order before and the food is always amazing however delivery took over 2 hours to get to us and when the food arrived parts of our order was missing and w let them know and they could send a replacement

Ordered at 7:20pm nothing arrived by 9:20pm

this is the second time i have used this establishment and each time they push the delivery time out my one hour. if they are busy they shouldn’t take the order. it’s not good enough

Absolutely gorgeous food and the best service I’ve ever received. Upon our food being delivered the driver stated that the pizza toppings had slid off and it was a little messy. Before my partner could even say it wasn’t a problem she stated she was sending another pizza which honestly arrived within 5-10 minutes. Class customer service and unreal food! Would 100% recommend.

Ordered BBQ pulled pork wrap and even though it was nice, it was very spicy which was disappointing as it did not state that it would be spicy. Same for the halloumi fries.

I used to love this place and ordered from here a lot with having a busy work schedule. The food has progressively got worse with each order. This order was the icing on the cake for me. I ordered the chicken fajitas. The chicken came from a packet, it had a strange eggy smell to it and the portion size was tiny. Really bad quality inedible food, I had to bin it after a few bites. Also this place is unable to provide macro and calorie information which I find bizarre being a healthy restaurant.

Very different appointed. Waited over 2 and a half hours and the food eventually came. They also wouldn’t answer the phone. . And food was cold. Appalling.

Food wasn’t great, was cold, the rice wasn’t brown but more like hard grey bullets. The whole thing didn’t look appetising at all.

Absolutely bang on ! As per usual ! Main was gorgeous, piping hot and fresh. And the protein orange flapjack was lovely too ! X

I love the options they have as it’s the healthiest food I can order in the area and it’s always lovely. Just a shame that everything is always spicy even though it shouldn’t be. On one of my previous orders I even called to confirm that a sauce I was going to order isn’t spicy and was told of course not. Sure enough it’s spicy. Shame

Very slow delivery not worth the wait

Really sad to say! I’ve heard good things about this place so thought I’d give it ago, I have to say I’m very disappointed 😞 I ordered the steak meal with creamy mash potatoes and pepper corn source, it came half cold, watery with the pepper corn source and hardly any steak! Odd taste too, didn’t end up eating it! Definitely needs improvement, but unfortunately I wouldn’t buy from here again

Nice food but I’d question how healthy it is as the rice box was very greasy.

Absoloutly lovely food, freshly cooked with great ingredients. Highly recommend for flavour, cooking quality and fresh ingredients.

As ever the food was excellent. Full of flavour, innovative and still piping hot. The only downside is that Golborne is so far away it takes a while before it gets here, but worth the wait. I wonder if they will start doing more low carb and ketogenic dishes. The range is certainly very different to anything else around.

NEVER ARIVED!! Ordered food on here, after waiting over an hour and 20mins for the food to arrive called the shop but no answer, quick google turns out the shops shut. Order was accepted and money taken, Absolutely gutted because now it’s 8:30 on a Tues night and got nowt eat an I’m starving. Fummin is not the word 😫

I’m so pleased to have discovered Heaven n Health. The food is the best I have tasted in a while. Absolutely delicious.

Absolutely gorgeous meals, i had salt & pepper chicken box just wish the sauce was served in a pot rather than lavished all over, next time i would request separate. But would defiantly recommend, its nice to have a take away doing meals like this rather than unhealthy meals. Loved it 👍🏽

Beautiful food and quick delivery. Unfortunately the 'free' lotus bite didn't arrive and the meal with sweet potato cubes came with sweet potato mash. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyable meal for all.

Still not arrived 2 hours later

I only wish I’d checked the reviews before ordering from this dump! NUMEROUS reviews of extremely late orders and poor quality food being very delivered late. We were no acceptation to this terrible service! Overpriced, poor quality food delivered nearly 2 hours late and STONE cold. If I thought this was a one off they could be forgiven but was lied to when ringing them and a consistent pattern is apart. It’s not rocket science - if you can’t fulfil the order don’t accept it! The sooner this shambles of a place close the doors for good the better!

Food was excellent but waiting so long to eat it was unacceptable.

1) website got my address wrong. Kept saying that my house number (21) wasn't valid. It put the delivery down for number 5. 2) food took just under 2hrs to come. About an hour into the wait I phoned up (because I'd had an email saying it had been delivered at 1.20pm) They should be updating customers on the wait time because honestly if I had known it was a 2hr wait I'd have cancelled. Woman on the phone told me they were busy and the driver was on his way back to the and then he's coming to me. LIES. 3) I'd asked for medium steak and instead it was well done and chewy. Poached eggs weren't runny. There were bits of shell in the eggs too. AND I DUNNO WHAT THAT SAUCE IS BUT STOP CALLING IT PEPPERCORN/PEPPER SAUCE BECAUSE NO IT ISN'T! I had to spit out the three bites I had because quite frankly, it was inedible because of the aforementioned mentioned reasons. I gave it to my dog and he picked at a few bits of steak and half an egg and has left the rest. My dog won't eat this food, but he LOVES human vomit. So what does that tell you? The appearance of this food can only be described as.... "Sweaty". Do NOT fall for the menu pics cuz issa bait and switch.

Second time I’ve ordered now and it was perfect. I ordered a few minutes before they closed and they still delivered it which was going over and beyond. The sweet potato fries are amazing

Food was really tasty but it took 2 hours to arrive when the app said 45-60mins. As tasty as the food was, we had children waiting for their dinner so probably wouldn’t have ordered if we knew it would be a 2 hour wait.

The food is really good and well cooked however I have ordered here multiple times and it is ALWAYS over an hour and a half late and they always say that ‘they’re busy’ or ‘they’ve got a lack of drivers’ I find that a bit stupid as it’s always the same excuse and it is extremely late I once ordered food at 7pm and it came at 9pm there is no excuse for that

Pre ordered my lunch to be delivered at a set time. Not delivered rang the shop 3 times to be told they are busy and it will be with you shortly. I ordered this at 09:50 this AM surely there should have been some priorty. just not acceptable!! The last time I will be ordering from here!!

I love Heaven n'Health but this order wasn't the best. Potatoes were way too salty and overseasoned, they didn't deliver the extra burger I ordered, and it was late. Still one of my favourite places but a disappointing order.

Bit late but excellent food as usual...give these a try ,healthy and nutrious food that is also very tasty.

The food is delicious and really filling. Great to have so many interesting things to choose from on the menu. It's good to know I can have a takeaway and still eat healthy. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered food online and was given a 45 minute delivery slot. When the food didn't arrive in time, called to find out what was going on. Was informed that the delivery was only a minute or two away. 20 minutes later, the food turned up, lukewarm at best with cold sweet potato fries, and the order was also incorrect. What was sent was inedible. Left hungry and angry as when I tried to call, minutes before closing time, the call was ignored. Will not use them again.

Order took over an hour to arrive and was wrong when it did arrive but they only arrived as the shop closed so was unable to get a refund or new meal so instead I will be left hungry and 18.97 down. Not only was it cold but it was smothered in a vile sauce that I’d specifically requested wasn’t on my food. Wouldn’t order from here again.

Such a delicious and healthy takeaway and the portion sizes are fantastic I'm so glad I've discovered this place because I honestly can't order any takeaways these days especially with all the grease kebab houses. With heaven and health I have certainly found a gem 💎 10/10

I ordered food at 6:30 and it was delivered at 8:50. And by that time I had already ordered again from a different place and I have not been given a refund.

I’m gutted with my order today . Spent £25 on a build a box and a seoerate box of hallumi . My order just arrived . I got my brocolli and asparagus that I paid extra for but didn’t get the greens I selected that were included in my box the 2 slices of hallumi that should of come seperate on top of salad as shown on there pic when ordering actually came in my build a box this was for a different person . So they had my prawn juice all over their hallumi . I normally luv this place but gutted they let me down today :( I paid for large box but was more like a small . Hopefully next time I order it will be as good as normal .
