Great freshly cooked food. Nice to have a take away that isn’t dripping in grease.

3hr wait on delivery even when eta was 1hr,we ordered food in advance as we thought 1hrs notice would be enough. Food wasn't what was expected very over priced for what we received, smoothy very waterery, lady kept making excuses for long delivery wait. Spent around £100 in total so hardly a cheap order. Celebratory lunch for leaving party ruined by late delivery. Very disappointed with service will not be returning. 1* Service all around.

We ordered at 6pm was estimated an hour delivery Which then got delayed twice. We rang the restaurant and they told us that it was leaving the door another 40 minutes and no food

Over an hour late, paid £50+ for 3 rice boxes & 3 boxes of soggy sweet potato fries that weren’t listed as sweet potato, they were just listed as fries. The 3 rice large rice bixes were 95% rice, tiny amount of veg and only 6 small pieces of chicken

I used to use this place a lot, tonight half the order missing, ice cream you could drink! Now closed but assured the forgotten items will be here tomorrow - not impressed

Food was lukewarm, chips very soft and wet, don’t feel I have had value my money, no discounts for first order or delivery

Absolutely shocking, placed order delivery estimated time was well over an hour for it to then be late, rang for update told us driver on the way for it not to turn up. Would not order from there ever again.

Brilliant food, really fresh and tasty, always spot on and ive had different things each time, the people who run the place are amazing and cant do enough for you...try the loaded sweet potato fries

just a delay on the delivery time that wasn't a problem but was worth it the food was absolutely gorgeous and arrived hot and faultless compliments to the chef

Ordered and then rang to confirm all good 20 mins later they just cancelled on me no reason. I rang them they said were closing soon ! Crazy ! Don’t bother

This place has a great gluten free selection of food which is very tasty & the staff are very helpful.

Been here a good dozen times. Had my order messed up about 3 times. Given benefit of the doubt over time but now it’s a bad habit of terrible customer service. When I Walk in, staff vape constantly in the kitchen. The place isn’t run like a business. Joke 3/10

Food is amazing but delivery can take up to 3 hours which is ridiculous I called to ask how long delivery would take as it’s been an hour and it’s my birthday and I have plans so didn’t want it to take 3 hours and the man on the phone rudely hung up as I was mid speaking. I am absolutely disgusted.

Food was ok seemed to be more veg than steak in my steak meal. Food was ordered early to be delivered at 12pm and arrived at 12:45pm.

Lovely food and great staff, the app had updated the page incorrectly but once I rang they where able to sort it out and confirm it was on the way, great help and food is always spot on

We have order before and the food is always amazing however delivery took over 2 hours to get to us and when the food arrived parts of our order was missing and w let them know and they could send a replacement

this is the second time i have used this establishment and each time they push the delivery time out my one hour. if they are busy they shouldn’t take the order. it’s not good enough

Absolutely gorgeous food and the best service I’ve ever received. Upon our food being delivered the driver stated that the pizza toppings had slid off and it was a little messy. Before my partner could even say it wasn’t a problem she stated she was sending another pizza which honestly arrived within 5-10 minutes. Class customer service and unreal food! Would 100% recommend.

Ordered BBQ pulled pork wrap and even though it was nice, it was very spicy which was disappointing as it did not state that it would be spicy. Same for the halloumi fries.

I used to love this place and ordered from here a lot with having a busy work schedule. The food has progressively got worse with each order. This order was the icing on the cake for me. I ordered the chicken fajitas. The chicken came from a packet, it had a strange eggy smell to it and the portion size was tiny. Really bad quality inedible food, I had to bin it after a few bites. Also this place is unable to provide macro and calorie information which I find bizarre being a healthy restaurant.

Food wasn’t great, was cold, the rice wasn’t brown but more like hard grey bullets. The whole thing didn’t look appetising at all.

I love the options they have as it’s the healthiest food I can order in the area and it’s always lovely. Just a shame that everything is always spicy even though it shouldn’t be. On one of my previous orders I even called to confirm that a sauce I was going to order isn’t spicy and was told of course not. Sure enough it’s spicy. Shame

Really sad to say! I’ve heard good things about this place so thought I’d give it ago, I have to say I’m very disappointed 😞 I ordered the steak meal with creamy mash potatoes and pepper corn source, it came half cold, watery with the pepper corn source and hardly any steak! Odd taste too, didn’t end up eating it! Definitely needs improvement, but unfortunately I wouldn’t buy from here again

As ever the food was excellent. Full of flavour, innovative and still piping hot. The only downside is that Golborne is so far away it takes a while before it gets here, but worth the wait. I wonder if they will start doing more low carb and ketogenic dishes. The range is certainly very different to anything else around.

I’m so pleased to have discovered Heaven n Health. The food is the best I have tasted in a while. Absolutely delicious.

NEVER ARIVED!! Ordered food on here, after waiting over an hour and 20mins for the food to arrive called the shop but no answer, quick google turns out the shops shut. Order was accepted and money taken, Absolutely gutted because now it’s 8:30 on a Tues night and got nowt eat an I’m starving. Fummin is not the word 😫

Absolutely gorgeous meals, i had salt & pepper chicken box just wish the sauce was served in a pot rather than lavished all over, next time i would request separate. But would defiantly recommend, its nice to have a take away doing meals like this rather than unhealthy meals. Loved it 👍🏽

Beautiful food and quick delivery. Unfortunately the 'free' lotus bite didn't arrive and the meal with sweet potato cubes came with sweet potato mash. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyable meal for all.

Food piping hot and cooked to mitchelin star standard everytime. Absolutely beautiful food, tasty well presented and owners always go above and beyond to make sure everything is first class. Thankyou

I only wish I’d checked the reviews before ordering from this dump! NUMEROUS reviews of extremely late orders and poor quality food being very delivered late. We were no acceptation to this terrible service! Overpriced, poor quality food delivered nearly 2 hours late and STONE cold. If I thought this was a one off they could be forgiven but was lied to when ringing them and a consistent pattern is apart. It’s not rocket science - if you can’t fulfil the order don’t accept it! The sooner this shambles of a place close the doors for good the better!

Food was excellent but waiting so long to eat it was unacceptable.

1) website got my address wrong. Kept saying that my house number (21) wasn't valid. It put the delivery down for number 5. 2) food took just under 2hrs to come. About an hour into the wait I phoned up (because I'd had an email saying it had been delivered at 1.20pm) They should be updating customers on the wait time because honestly if I had known it was a 2hr wait I'd have cancelled. Woman on the phone told me they were busy and the driver was on his way back to the and then he's coming to me. LIES. 3) I'd asked for medium steak and instead it was well done and chewy. Poached eggs weren't runny. There were bits of shell in the eggs too. AND I DUNNO WHAT THAT SAUCE IS BUT STOP CALLING IT PEPPERCORN/PEPPER SAUCE BECAUSE NO IT ISN'T! I had to spit out the three bites I had because quite frankly, it was inedible because of the aforementioned mentioned reasons. I gave it to my dog and he picked at a few bits of steak and half an egg and has left the rest. My dog won't eat this food, but he LOVES human vomit. So what does that tell you? The appearance of this food can only be described as.... "Sweaty". Do NOT fall for the menu pics cuz issa bait and switch.

Food was really tasty but it took 2 hours to arrive when the app said 45-60mins. As tasty as the food was, we had children waiting for their dinner so probably wouldn’t have ordered if we knew it would be a 2 hour wait.

They were accommodating to my dietary requirements and it was lovely food. Really flavoursome and good sized portions.

Super yummy food, really tasty and good quality. Although my juice was forgotten and it took 30 minutes longer than estimated for delivery. I would still order again as the food was so good!
