Food didnt have much flavour and was a bit watery

really tasty, was worried it may get cold as we live in Leigh but it was piping hot. recommend

Love this place used it for years never disappointed lately my daughter has starting liking Indian food and loves the chicken tikka from here with pershwari nan she won’t have it from anywhere else

Delivery was within the estimated time and the food still not when it arrived however, the food was bland and disappointingly tasteless.

lamb chops were off, I could smell them and as I went to bite them the taste was vile....rang restaurant and said I.coyld have some free next time....there won't be a next time!!

Awful.. carrots was hard, rice dry as though yesterdays. Garlic chicken starter was shredded mixed with onions and oil. Absolutely dreadful.

Well ordered food at half 6 last night. But unfortunately i fell asleep and didn't hear my door 🙄 but woke up 3hours later and phoned them to explain I'd fallen asleep. They asked if i still wanted it which we did, and it come 20mins later piping hot. Thank you for the top service guys. Emma and Jamie x

Took 2 hours to arrive then it wasn’t cooked. Poppadoms were greasy in the middle and not crunchy. The garlic naan was doughy.

Place was rude on the phone, marked down that my food had been delivered half hour before it had been delivered. Food was cold and staff hung up on me when I rang to ask… ruined Christmas’s eve

We've been getting our Indian takeaways from here for a number of years now and can highly recommend. Food is always consistently good and delivery windows are reliable. Very nice to see a local takeaway with a substantial number of vegan options too.

food wasn’t that nice, came warm, the delivery driver knocked on the door once and left the food out, if it wasn’t for us having a camera there’d have been no way to know it was there

Ordered a chicken tikka masala ? As I opened the cartons it looked like dog food a deep brown city with blobs of red chicken and it tasted absolutely awful. Never again. Beware.

Asked for some chili sauce but was drowned in kebab and practically in edible😳

We always order Indian food from here as it is always fantastic. Great variety and tried chicken tikka masala Badshahi tonight that has potatoes in it and absolutely fabulous.

Prompt delivery unfortunately food was cold ???? Only round the corner. Popadoms not fresh curry not to an acceptable standard will not order from this establishment again unfortunate because it is local

The curry eat watery Ive never seen anything like it, and they forgot to bring my van in Pepsi. Kebab was ok but not worth returning for.

The korma was absolutely vile - dark in colour and extremely oily and watery. Garlic naan bread tasted plain, rice was fine, chips extremely poor & even the poppadoms weren’t good (stale) Such a shame as I’ve ordered from here a couple of times but won’t be ordering again.

Love this place love the pizzas and the currys best by far.

I understand everything as gone up, but giving 4 bits of meat in a meal is ridiculous, specially when you’ve paid close to £40 for 3 meals, I didn’t write a review last time but thought better this time, safe to say we won’t be ordering from here until it’s worth the money

OK, but i wouldn’t class this as Indian food as it lacked the flavours and spices of India. Biryani was bland, although rice was cooked nicely but it lacked biryani flavours and spice, karahi lamb curry was far from a karahi, the saag wala also had a funny taste and lacked flavour and spice as did all the dishes which is a shame bc this place has potential. Onion bhaji was nice, shami kebab OK but neither anything special. Overall rating for me 2/10. Wont order from here again, once again wasted my money trying to find just one decent take away in Leigh!

Lovely curry sauce, lamb was a bit overcooked and chewy. Everything else was great.

Good portion size- not too much rice so no waste. Plenty of chicken and the curry was very tasty. Delivery was prompt.

Order, they accept, charged me, then cancelled straight away after it charged me and cant get money back for 5 days. Now i cant afford food for the evening, this was meant to be out "treat". Not going to try here ever again. Wouldn't recommend.

Had a pizza, can't remember what it was but it had jalpenos on it. OH MY it was nice.

I ordered butter chicken, never had it before, so I give it a go, absolutely beautiful, nice and hot, and fresh, I will be getting butter chicken in future.

All round poor service. It was late, it didn’t taste good at all, I was expensive and what’s more, my guts the day after were somewhat agitated (that’s the polite way of putting it) I’ve used Astley Tandoori before, but this was the last time. Disappointed!
