We have been here several times and always enjoyed. But today's meal was over priced and very average Frozen chips, cheese and onion pie was just mashed potato with a tasteless cheese. Coffee was excellent. Service was OK. Not sure if we will be back

Myself and my friends attended last night, we had a great selection of amazing cocktails, the food was fantastic and great value for money. The service was 10/10, the staff are super friendly! The new decor is fantastic and adds a modern, contemporary feel. Great for a girls night out, would definitely recommend!!

We were at this restaurant tonight with my Family who live nearby in clitheroe. We went as the reviews were so good. Anyway I will say the food taste great just needs some presentation refinement. Service though was atrocious we waited 45 mins for starter and then 1 hour for the main course. We’re not asked about further drinks/water. We then ask for dessert menu after waiting 25 mins for menu we just let it and got the bill. We paid £135 but would have paid a lot more if service had been better. We told the server on paying the bill and she give her apologies. It was a Saturday night but there were plenty of servers who didn’t seem interested in looking after us. NOT a good experience!

Country pub looks a little dated inside mix between 80s and traditional decor. Nice open fire on a chilly January evening. The food is really nice plenty on the plate. The landlady miserable not a smile or a thank you. The gents toilets are outside and are freezing cold.

Great family breakfast! 7 of us ,had 6-64 visited this morning.We had pre-booked as we were a large party. We had two children ,a vegetarian adult and a vegan adult. All of our needs were met admirably. Immaculately clean and the table was set ready for us. All members of staff were cheerful and polite.The service was prompt with all the meals delivered together. The boys had been given a small biscuit to have with their drink while waiting. All the meals were beautifully presented and really tasty. The menu has a lovely varied selection and we all had different breakfasts which were freshly cooked to order. We were there for an hour including a look at the nice furniture! The toilet facilities were very clean. We were parked right outside. Nothing to gripe about here! The restaurant area was full by the time we left. Full marks ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely beautiful welcoming and amazing place to visit. The food was delightful, the coffee was so tasty and welcomed. The ladies who served us were so happy and genuinely nice I would definitely recommend a visit. The menu was varied and catered for vegetarian and vegans also. The price was really good for what you get x

This was our second trip to the Freemasons. We stayed with a different group of friends this time and were not disappointed. It’s such a welcoming and comfortable place to visit. Andrew and his staff are lovely. The rooms are bright, modern and comfortable. We didn’t have a hairdryer but this was rapidly replaced. We had the tasting menu and wine pairing. We particularly enjoyed the teriyaki sausages, salmon, trio of beef , fabulous thick cut chips and mushroom veloute. The staff managed my gluten free diet without fuss. We will definitely be returning

It’s star bucks you know what your getting while getting overcharged for it haha has definitely lost its warm cosy atmosphere after the revamp but coffees the same as before 👍🏼

Web and app says open but this was completely shut. 7 cars including ourselves all baffled as to why we couldn't get a McDonald's. So miffed. Defo not a 24hr one like it states

We have stopped going to Starbucks due to one rude member of staff called Leanne. Which is a shame because everyone else has been absolutely fine. I’ve never come across someone who works in the service industry who is as miserable as her. We’ve never been rude to her or rushed her, she just doesn’t like how we order drinks using the app. We order to ensure the correct milk is used, as sometimes it’s misheard. Ironically one time it was misheard by the lovely Leanne, who very audibly said we were wrong, in a very grouchy tone! (We have been told by Starbucks customer service it’s fine to order and go straight to the speaker.) And god forbid you complain about her attitude- because she’s so inappropriate that she will confront you about it! In a “Sorry you felt I was rude but admit you were wrong” kind of way. Not paying £12+ for a drink, to be ambushed by a barista. No thank you. And she also said that the manager had “repeatedly told us to park up etc when we order in app”. This is completely false, so either the manager has no backbone, Leanne is a liar or they mixed us up and no real apology given. By the way, we moved from a city, where it is actually busy. Clitheroe Starbucks is not, so there’s no real reason to be so overwhelmed by 3 customers inside and two cars and blame that on your rudeness. Long story short, Leanne is so overwhelming rude and unpleasant, we as regulars, will not be returning. To everyone else, thank you for serving us with respect and a smile.

Don't often complain but this time I did and asked for a refund for my 3 piece meal which was disgusting!! Yesterday bought a 3 piece take away meal when I bit into the pieces they were filled with disgusting hot oil and the flesh appeared to be undercooked and greasy my hands covered in it- it was awful and I took it back for a refund. Will not visit this branch if KFC again !

The food is great as usual and i have been served by Farah .she was so friendly and well communicated with clients ............
