Based on the other reviews I am not quite sure what went wrong for me... I tried the chicken burger AND a normal burger and found them both quite poor. The burger was OK but not something I'd be eager to try again, the chicken burger was quite bad...it almost felt like there was too much of the coating making it not very enjoyable. Its a shame I didn't try something else off the menu looking at some of these other reviews, but I'd be worried to take a punt now just in case the reviews aren't real...

Unfortunately, my friend and I were made to feel very uncomfortable throughout our dining experience at Cicchetti Manchester. From the moment we walked in the door, we had staff members pointing at us, laughing and whispering to one another. As two 22 year old girls who were excited for their first visit to Manchester, this is not something we expected from a restaurant claiming to be ‘exceptional.’ We really enjoyed the food so to have our evening ruined by the staff was very disappointing. For this reason, we wouldn’t return.

Great dining experience. Family meal we all enjoyed the food we ordered. Children had chicken gourmet burger meals which the said were very tasty. All elements were fresh good quality ingredients. The Beef brisket fries are delicious. The lamb tava was delicious an authentic Pakistani style karahi curry. The Beef burger we ordered was delicious one of the best we have had in Manchester halal restaurants. Desserts were good too. Lovely interior, bright modern furnishings. The service was very good, friendly attentive staff. Was a bonus to be able to park easily at the Tesco car park. Great family restaurant. Can’t wait to return and try out other dishes.

I have deleted my old 5* review to replace it with this 1* now. 13 of us spent over £100. We initially sat over 2 bench & tables next to each other as the large table near the family area was busy when we arrived. As the food arrived, that large table had left and was being cleaned I asked a waiter could we please sit over there instead as 1 table. He agreed, as most of the desserts came I asked could we move now, he said to ask the manager. I asked the manager who refused. No thought about enhancing our experience whatsoever and came out with some excuse about cleaning again. They'd have to clean up our table anyway in fact probably more work to do 2 instead of 1 large one. Anyway a rude, ignorant, short term profit seeking manager/owner. We won't be going again. I feel sorry for the people who have to work for this guy. Edit: in response to the manager comment, it was nothing to do with the play area. It was the larger seating we wanted to move to, clearly communicated you don't want us to sit there as you would have to clean up the tables but you would have to clean up the (2) tables we were sat on already and had not eaten yet which would have needed to be cleaned up.

There was no corn on the cobs with my delivery

Food had been sitting. Yolk of egg hard - over cooked. Toast cold. Sausage cold. Very disappointing. No quality whatsoever.

Not impressed my food had so much pepper I couldn't eat it my son enjoyed his food me and the girls found it to peppery not Palestinian friendly sell pepsi etc so a big fail for me

Could do with a complete overhaul in terms of the quality of food on offer and staff attitude, some of them really do not want to be there and it shows. At no point did we feel welcomed or that our custom was wanted or required.

I have ordered Loaded box .. Refryed and Old Fries were given in the box. Secondly who put lettuce in loader box. Nothing more than halapeno and Lettuce lol.. the sauce on the loaded box was spot on but not worth alone. i request to owner Try Mak halal saycy box. The chicken they use and other things thanks. Their burgers are nice but if you say spicy even 2-3 times person on till never bothers or the guy making peri burger is never bothered he will still give you Burger with no spice at all. Need to improve

Decent food, delivery was early but missed out a kebab, when contacted, very friendly and apologetic and got it too me within a half an hour so all and all am impressed and enjoyed the scran too !

service took forever, one member of staff on a very busy night not happy at all!

This has to be the worse place I've ever had food from, bland tasteless and the curry sauce is like water, sausage was red inside not even cooked, the chips was discusting I ended up putting the lot in the bin, don't bother wasting your money
