Best Pizza Express in Manchester. Thank you to Tony, Josh and Magda who made my visit special.

Stopped in for a pint and had a lovely time! We got lucky, it’s usually quite crowded but we came at the right time and got a table. Table service was great and quick. Lot of history at the pub. People were fantastic. Really added to the Manchester experience.

Absolutely wonderful great customer service very attentive helpful, great sized portions for the hungrier in the group.

Sunday 9th june. Server Elliott, first time in botanist had a great experience, cocktails were great but Elliott made our time their more special very professional young man with very good service skills. We will be going back.

Excellent 👌 enjoyed the stay even though it was only for 1 night.. excellent service and meal in restaurant.

Didn’t eat here, went for a pint of Cask beer but None available, ok pint of Amstel please £4.95 with an inch collar....OK no problem, needed to use one of the phone chargers ......£6 for just a little over an hour so if you want to sit in a cold pub with short measures and get STUNG to charge your phone then this is the place to be.

Had the ribs and a T-bone steak well done. All was cooked to perfection and tasted great, the sides of peppercorn sauce and steak cut chips were nice too. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely worth a visit!

Had booked a table here, so arrived and waited by the door as stated, to be seated..and waited and waited. Eventually, hubbie went to the bar and ordered a bottle of wine. Very chaotic bar service, yes busy and noisy but bar staff weren't on it at all. We stood at a table with our wine, and realised we had been charged full price in Happy Hour. So, hubby went back to the bar to tell them. Really hard work getting any attention, no apology..rude service actually. I then went to the bar to ask about our reservation, but was blanked by the bar girl. We then decided to drink our wine and sack it. Felt very unwelcome. Nipped to the loo and realised there were restaurant tables round the other side of the bar, which we'd never seen before. Things took an upwards turn when we met Hattie in the restaurant, who was lovely and served us with a smile and attention. Food nice, but am pit off by the rude girls behind the bar so wouldn't return.

Fabulous restaurant!! I keep going there over and over, tasted different dishes and love them all!

Had a great night here this evening, the bartender Callum and the door staff really looked out for me and made sure I was okay after a guest made me uncomfortable. The team are all brilliant and truly care about their guests. Callum, Niall and Mccenzie made sure I was safe after a man was being creepy to us and ensured myself and my friends were looked after. Thank you guys. We’ll be back. :-)

La chica con mechas blancas en el pelo era grosera, miserable y actuaba como si quisiera estar en cualquier otro lugar. Horrible vertido de guiness y cuando me iba sostuve la puerta para dejarla pasar y ella no reconoció y dijo gracias. Vergüenza porque el lugar tiene potencial

Another unblended coffee, some Naristas are not very good at blending the coffee with the milk, also the last 3 shops we have been in the coffee flavour seems weaker than it used to be.

The food was really good. We were there just as it opened and had to wait a bit for our table, but the staff were super friendly and attentive.

Staff are all very lovely, being a smaller cafe, it makes it a lot less crowded, and as such quieter, so I would recommend if you are waiting for a train to head here and relax.
