Usually the best place around I don’t know what happened tonight instructions where not followed chips tasted like oil and tools not cleaned in between cutting pizzas so tasted other pizzas so was not nice and they forgot the drink

On menu they have ham and pineapple. You can't advertise as "real italiano pizza" AND offer that insult to Italian food.

If you want a breakfast that costs £10 without a drink and the bacon is cold and hard and mushroom is not cooked properly, then this is the place for you.☹️

All the tables said reserved although no one arrived for 2 hours Flys in the room Food average Would return for drinks only

If you want endless trails of public, including brassy teens traipsing in and out to the filthy toilets, overpriced inedible food, if the public areas are dirty then what is the kitchen like? Dirty tables and furniture, tramps sleeping in tents outside with rubbish and filth everywhere and stinking of urine, people vaping to their hearts content, then this is the place for you. Enjoy!

I came in yesterday for my dinner with the family food was delicious and the service was great we had a waitress called Jackie she was lovely so helpful she was great xx

Visited before my flight. After reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect and was pleasantly suprised. Service by Luci was spot on, she was friendly, warm and put my worries about flying alone at ease. Breakfast was amazing and very quick service. I didn't feel rushed and atmosphere was good.

Very disappointing visit. The food was cold. The portions were extremely small in fact they were tiny. The service was ok. The staff who served us were friendly. No condiments on the table, I had to ask for salt and was given 3 little paper sachets for 5 people. The soy sauce was watered down. It was expensive £22.99 per person for what was supposed to be unlimited but you have to order on the app at your table and it kept telling us we had ordered too many dishes for our party size. The soup was tasteless and 5 spoonfuls and it was gone. We will NOT be returning to the chinese buffet. What was quite noticed by people sitting around us was the app tells you not to order too many dishes. Only order what you can eat. If they don’t want you ordering more than you want then don’t advertise as unlimited buffet as it miss definitely is not.

Great stay, bed was absolutely massive and the rooms are a good size. The only negatives were that the events in the evening were quite loud when we were winding down and the shower didn’t work at all. The rooms could do with a lick of paint, but the food and service was incredible - really big portions.

Awww hey what happened!! My G . No red salt on chips. Asked for medium, thats was a kids portion.. Tiny !! .. still hungry.

Went in as I've a celiac son and seen online they cater GF. Waitress was very good and informative but my god £28 for a little pizza I nearly dropped but I didnt want to refuse my teenager as being celiac it's not often he can have a take away. Needless to say he won't be having one to often. I just cant justify nearly 30 quid for a bloody pizza shame on them chargin this.

Spotlessly clean and well organised Costa, great manager, or think she was, was from Surrey. Herself and young man were efficient and friendly 7am ish Tuesday 10th. Other coffee brands could learn by these 2 Costa staff. Coffees hot when had breakfast in or when we had take away. Excellent.
