Priory Pizza in Liverpool

my daughter had the fero milkshake what had a lot of lumps of gold foil what coursed her to become unwell

This place has majorly gone downhill recently food is always late (nearly 30 minutes past the time stated this time) and hardly warm

Asked for a large kebab salad and garlic mayo got home there was no salad no bread just meat mayo in a polystyrene takeaway tray.

Arrived fast food was hot and amazing

Extended time by 30 minutes still 10 minutes late drinks where warm and the food was all cold

Fries were as hard as carrot sticks I ordered a pasta that was well overcooked hard and dry with a burnt cheese topping the kebab meat was ok but the nan it was in actually snapped as it was hard as nails The cans of drink were warm

An hour late. Freezing cold!! Never again!!

Food is ok never had a smile from staff they always look miserable like it's too much hard work... the place could do with a clean and a lick of paint as well but the food is ok had better had worse

Chips where undercooked despite being asked to be cooked longer got very little popcorn chicken compared to normal pizza was amazing as usual thankfully

Disappointed this time Chips changed so kids wouldn’t eat them, popcorn chicken was over cooked and turned up lukewarm warm

This used to be a nice place to order feom but the last 3 months standards have slipped badly one week the chips came soggy and undercooked the next week there hard and tastes like cardboard the pizza was undercooked the nuggets came coldish and it took over an hour there reason behind it was there busy we where regulars but we've gave them a few chances hoping it was just a bad day but it's not it keeps happening we won't be ordering again

Usually the best place around I don’t know what happened tonight instructions where not followed chips tasted like oil and tools not cleaned in between cutting pizzas so tasted other pizzas so was not nice and they forgot the drink

Food was amazing as usual driver did forget my milkshake but they made me a new 1 and delivered it quickly also was the best milkshake I have had

Burned chicken fillets on chicken kebab and I’ve paid nearly 8£ they shouldn’t be sending food like this. First and last time I’ve ordered 👎 inside the shop it’s not very clean, and staff not wearing any gloves or hats when preparing food 👎

2 and a half hours late. ordered 35 minutes into the match so had plenty of time for food to arrive before full time. Excuse was the car was stuck in match traffic but the driver said the car broke down when the food arrived. Stone cold food and denied a request for a partial refund. shocking to say the least.

over 40 minutes late and was delivered with the wrong pizza and cheesey fries. I'm furious I want a refund please

I ordered meal for 1 with 2 topping that is good . I also ordered veg somasa but instead of it they delivered veg spring rolls .

We have always order from priory pizza. The website was dead easy to use. Now I think they've changed management. The website never works and food was 1.5 hour late. Answered my called when it's 1hr then kept cutting my call. Not ordering from them anymore

Good value food. Had the doner calzone pizza on the strength of one of the reviews below. It was good quality with very generous slices of meat, but lacked spice or garlic flavour for my liking. If it had it again, I would simply ask for this; not a criticism as they obviously want to appeal to every palate.

The worst possible pizza in town,low services....after 1hrand30min the kids will not eat it could 😡.....they give you 25-45min as delivery and show up after 1h30min with rubbish......they are plenty nice pizza 🍕 places in town all over.......

Ordered as delivery was estimated 15-25 minutes. Food did not show up for 2 hours! When we called to complain the person on the other end was extremely rude, hung up on us multiple times, and started saying we were in the wrong for calling up! When the delivery came, food was average and some of the order was wrong. Awful experience, would definitely not recommend.

Awful service. Ordered a basic pizza, after 1 hour rang the restaurant to get told it'll be 10 mins. Rang again 20 minutes later to get told 10 minutes and sorry. Rang again 25 minutes later to get told order cancelled and refunded, sorry. Won't be using again

1st order was OK enough. 2nd was horrible. Couldn't find option to add extra cheese on the app, asked in notes for them to prioritise cheese. This mangled, kinda burnt, meat bread turned up. A fair amount of slices with no cheese from half way up, I forced some down, GF eat the garlic bread, most of an 18" wasted. Delivery driver looked like he was up to something evil.

Great pizza for a reasonable price. Loved the pepperoni. Highly recommended for pizza if you are in the area.

The meals are very cheap and tasty. I get Pepsi Max which is a bonus as it is not available everywhere. The portions are perfect.

During my 1month stay on priory road, I got to have their donor wrap and beef burgers multiple times. It's the best and the owner is very friendly.

I've got to say that they do make a mean hot & spicy pizza; and it tastes really fresh. It stands well above just about every other one that I've bought from the area. Kudos, you've got me sold.

First time here only went in as was hungry after the liverpool game and had a few hours drive ahead.. food was really nice and great prices.. had the kebab and the meat was good.. could of had a few more salad options but not to important.. Will be back 100% so please ad coleslaw to the menu.. love it with a kebab.. there chips were beautiful and there milkshakes are to die for.. made to order on site absolutely banging.. top lads in there good service..
